My appointment was so stress free! I work remote and brought all my work supplies and they set me up at my own desk to make me feel comfortable. I always received updates for when my car would be finished. It was overall an amazing experience!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating on my first visit and test drive. However following up is not top priority for the sales representative. I was very clear that I was working with a 3 week time frame, they assured me they had a car that they could get from another dealer at which time I left a deposit. For the next 2 1/2 weeks I had to continually call them to find out what was going on and if I needed to look elsewhere this continued until 2 days before my other lease was up and I became very upset on the phone. They found me a car that day and it arrived the next day. This particular customer service was not ideal and they did apologized, but in the end I did get the car and I love my Sportage.

Had a great experience working with Brett Drummer @ Motion Kia. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and listened to what EV car would be best to meet our needs! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The entire purchase process was seamless. I went into the dealership after researching the vehicle and price point I would be comfortable with. Without any issues the Motion Kia team made it happen. I have to say both Steve Mattison and Orlando Sanchez are truly superb at what they do.You have a customer for life.

Loved my buying experience at Motion KIA of Hackettstown. NO PRESSURE!!! My sales rep Howie was wonderful! With all the new technology, there were many things I did not understand about the car. Howie explained everything to me about the Seltos, and had me drive both the Turbo and the regular for comparison. That was very important because I was questioning the pep of the regular engine. I found out during my test drives that with a press of a button there isn't much difference between the two. He also saved me quite a bit of money by pointing me toward a vehicle that had everything I wanted without paying extra for things I didn't want. The sales manger, Bob, found me the car I wanted right away. I was able to drive it off the lot, two days later. Even the financial check out process was quick and easy.I'm loving my new Seltos!

Brett and everyone at Motion have always been so great to work with. I found the Seltos I wanted in their inventory and it was out for a test drive when I arrived! I have had three KIA s and Motion is the ONLY dealership in my book!

Update below On October 26th 2020 I purchased a used 2016 Kia Sportage from here and they were very fair and nice people. Maria let me take the vehicle for a test drive and it handled great and I could tell they just put brand new brakes on the car. I just wanted to thank Maria for being an all star sales rep, very down to earth and no pressure at all she was fantastic. Mike also was really nice and unlike other places I was able to make my purchase quick and no pressure it took about 30-45 mins that s including the test drive and they detailed the car for me and I was already driving back home. I still need to get the car inspected in PA, but I feel it will have zero problems as the car was very well maintained and had exceptional service records. Overall I would say my experience was a very good experience and I will be coming back. Three great things about Maria and Mike were that they were professional, easy to work with, and very kind. I will be recommending Motion Kia to my friends and family and will be doing more business here in the future . Thanks for the pleasant experience! Sincerely Greg K. Worst experience. They charged the same price for oil change, but no were close to the experience as other kia Dealers. There is no basic water for the customer while waiting for the car service. Place is maintained poorly. In the current situation, the place should be more hygiene than before.Giving two stars just because of the person who was in the service area was nice and helpful, or else one star is more than enough.

Excellent! From the beginning, I knew I was going to get my car with them. Steve, Connor and Mike made everything easy during the process. I'm so proud of getting my new ride with them, an amazing 2016 Nissan Rogue which drives and runs great!

who knows the shop has the personality of a rock but my car is fixed. Thank god I could read the paper to see what they did. Maybe hire a robot. they can at least answer a question.

The guys at Motion are the best! I was in and out of there with my new lease 3 years ago and again this month to buy my car at lease end. No more waiting hours in the dealership for me! They get it done, and I got a great deal! Howie is a great guy, kind, and honest, and he really cares! It was a great experience both times!

Awesome experience!!! Brett from sales is the absolute best. He spent so much time with us without pressuring us at all. This was a new experience for me so I had a ton of questions, and he walked me through every step and then some. Orlando in finance was awesome to deal with! I'm thrilled with the entire experience, the deal, and the car itself. This team truly treats you like family!

I don t know where to start or what to say. I m still stunned. This is the first time in my life that the leasing process had gone incredibly smoothly for me. I spoke with Jay the afternoon before on the phone re: what I was looking for, he said he could do it and agreed to meet me at 9 am the next day. I showed up at 8:55 am and he was pulling the car to the front of the building and warming it up for me. Above and beyond.From there, things just got better and better. He kept true to his word, and I got the deal I wanted and needed, the one we discussed the afternoon before. And instead of spending endless hours at the dealership (a previous experience at an inferior dealer), my transaction was concluded in an hour and fifteen minutes. Seriously - it began at 9 am and ended at 10:15 am. Simply amazing.I have never had such an easy or enjoyable car buying experience until today. Thank you Motion Kia, and thank you Jay, for making the process simple and worry free!

Went to trade in my sports car for a SUV for winter driving. Subaru Crosstreks are overpriced currently so I was looking for an alternative. That's when I discovered INFINITI offered a small SUV in the U.S for only 3 years, the allusive INIFINITI QX30 AWD & this dealership nearby happen to have one, & not only that it was the exact one I wanted, the highest trim level with the panoramic roof, white exterior with tan interior, absolutely beautiful car! INFINITI's are the best looking vehicles on the road today, in my opinion & this one is made with Mercedes-Benz so it has amazing interior, but the exterior is all sporty Japanese & not boring old man German like.Their price was a little over what other dealers were listing there's at, but this checked off all the boxes of wants for me & since it was close by I went & ended up trading in my car, which I got around the trade-in value I requested. I was in & out of the door in little over an hour... I've bought 5 cars before from 5 different dealerships & this the fastest & most painless experience I've had.If I had any complaint it would be that the salesman was a bit odd, couldn't read him & I'm usually great at reading people. Also they didn't fill the gas tank. I've never bought a car from a dealership before that didn't fill the tank up for me before I left the lot.. but maybe since it's high octane premium fuel they didn't have it on hand or maybe they just couldn't be bothered, unsure. Also they admitted their "Mia" employee is a robot on their website even though she tries to convince you she's a real person, kind of weird.. they also said a lot of guys try to flirt with said robot & the employees can see the conversations, lmao.

Howie (Sales) & Bob (finance) are the BEST! I had a small window of time to be in the dealership and needed to move quickly. They worked with me to get all documentation setup ahead of time so that the time spent there was minimal without feeling rushed! They answered all of my questions and I was done with the paperwork stuff in 25min! The rest was spent enjoying the car tutorial, and then I was done. SO refreshing, I ll be a Motion customer for the long haul.

This was our first car and first experience through Kia and Motion Kia. When you go, make sure to ask for Steve Mattison. We couldn t have asked for a better Salesman.Our last car has been in the family for 11 years, it was with us through a lot of family memories, vacations, and sporting events. Buying our next car was a huge step for our family, and Steve greeted us with not only a smile, but also a sense of peace. He had our new family car waiting for us when we arrived, he was patient and kind, everything you need and want in a Salesman. Most of all he was HONEST. We had been a little flustered and nervous walking in, and he was helped us through it all. Every one of our questions were answered with a smile, and he was just so personable. You could tell that will all of his experience he really loves his job, and helping people find the right car.Thank you Steve from the bottom of our hearts.We appreciate all of your kindness through the buying process.

I had an amazing experience at Motion Kia when buying a pre-owned car. I was able to get a great car and a relaxed buying experience. The staff was super friendly and no high pressure sales pitches. They took the time to ask me questions and find out what would best fit my needs then helped match me to the perfect car. I have to say, it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I ve heard good things about this place, and now I ve experienced it for myself. This place is flawless! They are honest, have an extremely pleasant and courteous staff, and provide an overall enjoyable atmosphere for you. This was the most comfortable and fastest car buying experience I ve been a part of. Every member of the staff is extremely nice and takes time to explain everything throughout the process without wasting time or feeding you nonsense. This includes the salesmen, branch manager, and finance manager. I am very confident in them and feel very well taken care of. I am looking forward to my service calls there and highly recommend this place!

Salesman was stellar, however the dealer is taking advantage of people with markups above MSRP. $5k ?! We went to Nutley Kia, paid NO MARKUP, and was in & out in less than an hour. Dealers are making record profits despite the inventory issues. This is just taking advantage of the community they serve.*Update* In response to the dealer stating I'm "misinforming people" ... I love the service work they do here! There was a issue with my car and they took very good care of me and got my car fixed asap! Highly recommended!I want to update this review because it's about 2 1/2 years later and this place still does a fantastic job! I was dealing with family Ford to possibly do a trade in and they made it the most horrible experience ever. I came back to Kia and it was such a smooth comfortable process and they gave me the best deal possible and got me lol into a certified preowned Optima. Which I love! I will always highly reccomend motion Kia because of their amazing work, they make you feel at home and its like family. Excellent customer service!

I called Kia about a knock in my engine. The guys told me to bring it right in for them to look at. Had it towed in on a Tuesday.Rich called me to let me know the car arrived to him. 30 minutes later or so he was calling me back saying that I was getting a new engine. He said he ordered it and that I should have my car by Monday the latest.Well on Friday morning that same week as dropping it off, he called and said my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived Alex explained everything that was done. The guys at Motion Kia in Hackettstown have taken very good care of me since I purchased my Optima back in 2018. They are great there.Thank you guys.....

Jamie, the sales rep was helpful and professional. The car, however had issues and was VERY quickly back to the dealership and has been in the service center for WEEKS. I'm not contacted with updates, I don't know when I can expect to have my new car back and I'm not confident in the reliability of a car that needs to be weeks in repair, right out of the box!

Decided on a new KIA Sorento SX back in 2016 for my wife because I had heard of their reliability. For 7 years had it serviced at Motion for every oil change and recomended service. Received new tires for the life of the car which was a nice benefit. Unfortunately the car died at only 107K miles. How is that possible? My 2013 Ford Edge has 130K miles on it and is running fine. Oil light came on the Sorento two weeks ago, brought it in to Motion and they said it needed a new engine, that it was a known problem with the Sorento's. 10K for a replacement engine. Another mechanic shop in town suggested we call back to let them know Kia was extending warranty's because of the issue. Motion said it was only the 4 cylinders not the 6 cylinders. When I tried to call KIA corporate I was on hold for hours at a time and was never able to get a person to speak too.I was able to get a few thousand dollars from Cars for Cash. Motion said they would try to work out a deal on a new or used car. We never heard back from them.Although the workers at Motion are friendly and always treated my wife nicely, I will never buy or have my vehicles serviced there again.

My husband purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento today. We worked with Steve who was kind, understanding of our needs and a good listener. He worked with us from start to finish and made our buying experience a positive one. Bob his manager was also pleasant and easy to work with. The finance manager, Orlando also got us in and out with all the paperwork that we needed to complete!We went to several dealerships within the past two weeks and none of them treated us with the level of professionalism, respect and kindness that we were given at Motion Kia.Thank you gentlemen for the great customer service that was provided today! I will be back to see Steve once the lease is up on my vehicle.
