Very easy to work with and reasonable prices. I dropped a set of wheels off for new tires expecting to be called the following week to pick them up. Before I even got home I got the call that they are done and ready to be picked up. Employees were all helpful and friendly. They even printed out the rebate form for me. Definitely would recommend and will be back.

You will never have to look for another tire center ever again. That is the only sentence that could accurately describe this business. Honesty, integrity, and experience, all bundled up into one place, which is very hard to find these days. Whenever you re in need of tires, go see Chris!

Great customer service. Kris and his crew offer service that is rarely seen nowadays and certainly not there at your nationwide tire shops. Highly recommend getting your tires from here. These guys won't over torque/damage lug nuts.

First time using them and it was a phenomenal experience. They recommended a similar tire to what I was looking for but had a deeper tread for like $4 more per tire. Definitely glad I took the recommendation, and I was out the door in under 30 minutes with four brand new tires!!!

I've been making purchases from here since the late 90s, but the last several purchases I've made since 2018 have been phenomenal. Kris is knowledgeable and always current with new products coming out that far surpass what "chain" stores put out. I've never been disappointed with his recommendations and will continue to patronize his business.

Courteous, helpful and accommodating! I had a flat at 6:15am before work. Called right after shop opened at 8:30am & they had me drop off my vehicle for two new tires at 9am. Within an hour I was on my way to work. Fair pricing. Good service.

Came here in the morning and they fixed my flat immediately. I couldn't be happier with their efficient and friendly service. Mavis had me waiting two hours when I went last time. It's a no brainer for me. Discount tires is the way to go!

I bought tires for my Veloster and next day one was flat. I live close by so I drove there at 10 MPH, found out that it was a leaking air pressure sensor. Chris fixed the sensor and even saved the tire. What great service! I always use these guys for tires.

Quick and easy. Went in for a slow leak I had in one tire. They found it, patched it and I was done in 30 minutes. I've also bought tires here on 3 different cars. Price is about the same I find with other places and the service is quick and on schedule.

Just put four new tires on my truck. Best price and service around. I showed up on time for 9AM with a cup of coffee. It was still hot as I was pulling out. Chris and his guys are great at what they do. Fast, friendly and professional service. Don't go anywhere else for wheels and tires. This place is the best around.

I got a flat tire, in the middle of a downpour with my two little girls in the backseat. Luckily I was less than a mile from this shop. They took me in right away, gave me new quality tires at a great price and everyone there was smiling and friendly. I can t even tell you how appreciative I was they were able to help me out so quickly and efficiently. I will be getting all my tires here from now on. Thanks again!!

Nice experience, was in and out which was wonderful! Expected a long wait or slow service like most places I've gone to but that's not the case here. Chris and staff were very pleasant and friendly with great customer service skills. Would recommend to anyone and I'll definitely be back if any future tire concerns.

The appointments are spaced out so that customers are not overlapped in the waiting-room. Chris, the owner, takes personal time to work with each customer and work out the best solution for your tires. He is honest, reliable, and has been a valuable asset to Hackettstown for many years. Prices are excellent and the customer service is truly hometown!

Chris runs a great business. Recently needed their help in a pinch and he graciously squeezed us in for a small repair job for my daughter s car. Always offers great service and great prices. A must use business in Hackettstown.

Lowest prices I was able to find. They're easy to converse with and quite flexible in scheduling. They put 4 tires on in under 20 minutes and they were properly balanced and calibrated. They ride smooth and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

Fantastic service. These folks are experienced professionals. They know the tires they sell, and even helped figure out an unrelated problem that was causing unnatural wear patterns.I have purchased 4 sets of tires from Chris at Hackettstown tire. Always priced right and services performed quickly and without faults.Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

Having just moved to Hackettstown a month ago, I wasn't sure who I should call when I realized I had a small leak in one of my tires. I went online, did a search and came upon Hackettstown Discount Tire. I'm so glad I chose to go here! Chris, the owner upon my calling, made sure I was able to have an appointment right after work. I ended up having a nail in my tire, they patched it, and Chris said since it was my first time there, it was on the house, welcoming me to Hackettstown! Thank you for the great welcome, Chris... I'll be coming here for all my tire needs in the future!
