Horrible experience with the scheduling. There wouldn't be any confirmation or updates on your schedule. If you are in an urgent need, its better not to chose this one. Not sure about their service.

Roy and Lynn are the most honest people. Roy is an excellent mechanic. Been going for over 25 years. You can trust both of them to always do right by you. Highly recommend.

This is my go-to repair shop. Roy does a great job and does not waste your money on unnecessary repairs. They also refer you to other shops for specialty repairs, which makes life much easier.

I brought my car here on the recommendation of my tire store. I'm glad I did. I felt and unusual vibration and it was causing uneven wear on the rear tires.Roy diagnosed the issue and performed a 4 wheel alignment that fixed the problems! He did it quickly, quicker than I expected, it was done the same day.Thanks Roy, I'll be back for the other services that I discovered are also done at Dimension.

I have used Dimension for almost 30 years now for repairs and maintenance on over 20 different business and personal vehicles of all different makes and models. I don t write many reviews but, felt that I needed to pass along the good news. Roy has proven to be extremely honest, fair, and qualified. I would highly recommend this shop for any mechanical repairs to your vehicle!

Very honest and friendly! This past time I need to have my mother in laws car checked out. We told then the breaks may need to be replaced. They test drove it and checked everything else we asked. They said ALL looks good and nothing needs to be done! My wife asked for a second test drive, being nervous, they did and again they said all is good.

Roy is an amazing mechanic. He has taken care of all of our family cars and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. So glad I can finally say I have a reliable mechanic
