Honestly I rarely leave reviews but Dales Custom Auto did such an amazing job fixing my Kia Forte from a deer hit, I had to. Super nice and helpful the entire process. They exceeded my expectations and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this auto body shop to anyone I know

This latest repair was the third car to be repaired at Dale's. As with the previous repairs, the car was returned looking like new. Communication with me during the process was outstanding. Wonderful people to deal with.

Thankfully I don't need to have my vehicle repaired at a body shop too often. Dales is the best place in town, and has been the best for over 20 years running. Dales doesn't advertise because they don't need to. Getting body work on your car is never a pleasant experience but Dale's Custom Auto makes it as pleasant as can be possible. Their workmanship is of the highest quality; you would never know your car was in an accident after they are finished. In addition, Dale and his staff are friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Dale and all of his employees are top notch at what they do. I've been bringing my cars there for repair for 37 years, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. When I picked up my car after this repair, it looked like it just came out of the showroom, inside and out. I couldn't be more satisfied.

They skillfully installed aftermarket door trim on my new K5. They were easy to get a fair quote from and set up an appointment quickly. Once I arrived, they explained everything and even double checked with me before installing the trim to make sure I thought the placement would look good. 5-stars all around. I highly recommend Dale's. He does high quality work for very reasonable prices. Though there are places more local to where I live, it is worth the hour drive to know I am getting quality work and I trust Dale completely to be honest & fair. Dale and his employees really made the process of getting your car fixed after an accident painless. With a rear end collision and over $6000 in damage I was devastated. But Dale and his crew worked with the insurance claim people and made the process easy. I was informed of the progress along the way and they met the promised timeline. Recommended a few people to Dales. I needed work done for Dent on door, got some estimates and went with Dale. First time wasn't impressed. Was actually very disappointed. Spoke to him about it and he was great. Customer service was excellent. I was impressed with his willingness to make it all right. And he tried, as quickly as possible. I was never fully satisfied with the job but customer service gets me. So second time I needed work done - for a minor hit and run- figured why not give him another shot. Got some estimates before going to him, he was the most convenient and scheduled quickly. So I went with it. Ughfff. Picked up the car and of course looks great when you're picking it up. Took it home and was so disappointed- again. Couldn't get it back to him that week. Was garaged anyways. The more I looked at it the more upset I got. Made a visit to him the following week. Not the best day to go but the best for me. He was ok at first but once I showed him some areas and asked if he taped a section he got so upset and started walking away as I was trying to explain why I thought that. He was rude and not wanting to hear me out. Showed him pictures of why I thought so and he then admitted that he taped and why. Which was fine - but the job was not. So many specks/dust on the paint - which I know will happen- and other areas that were poorly done. He said to come back and he would make it right. I have not gone back. The durability of the paint/clear is not good at all. I have more chips w less than 500 miles on it than I had w 20k miles. So I find it almost pointless to go back since the chips and paint coming is so noticeable. Looks as if when I wash the car the paint wants to come off w it. I take care of my vehicles. It's not a hot rod or a luxury car but I keep it in excellent shape. I expected better quality and service. I didn't go for cheapest, I was looking for best. Dale's redid my saddle bags and top case for my motorcycle (twice) and did an excellent job both times. They were very honest in their assessment and estimate and came in right on the money. The work was excellent. It can be a bit tricky to get to though once you pull into the little industrial park they are in. Highly recommend this shop. I also saw some police cars outside waiting to be worked on, so another indication of trust in their work.

Forgot to review this place a while ago, so here I am now. I had a very bad collision in September, with a deer on the highway, and Dale's could not have been more accommodating. They were able to get my car in for repairs right away. Everything was taken care of and fixed on schedule, despite covid complicating things all around us! When I went to pick it up it looked better than when I bought it and they had me in and out in under five minutes. Can definitely recommend!

2001 GMC Jimmy - Rear end bumper plus several other parts with paint, etc. All done perfectly, on time at the best price of all shops in the area. I highly recommend Dale's to everyone I know and would never go to any other body shop. Dales is the only place I go to have repairs to my cars. They have done work on our truck, convertible, and recently my Audi. Everything was done on time and done with great care and perfection. A deer hit my car on a Tuesday. Dale's took the car in and estimated the work. He patiently explained the details in an understandable fashion. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and the car looks like it did before the altercation with the deer. They even redrew the pin-striping which if non stock. If you need collision work, go to Dale's.Seven months later, my new headlight lens is getting cloudy and looking old. Dale's took care to work with the insurance company to get it replaced. No hassle. Great customer service.
