Employees here are very helpful. Every time I have some problem with my car, I come here and they help identify the code with their scanner and always help us choose the parts if the problem is easily fixable. Many times I ended up buying the parts and fixing it by myself. They saved me a lot of money. Thank you.

this autozone employee, cooper s. was very willing to help me with my head light. he identified the problem and saved money by putting it back into the socket. he explained to me that sometimes the bulb will come unplugged and will shake loose apon a bump or rough terrane. thank you cooper s. VERY good service.

Could not love this AutoZone more. Laura is the best. She spent so much time with me in the Fall helping to change a taillight. It took forever to pop the light off but she was patient and amazing. The same can be said for my experience today when changing out my battery that was leaking acid. The Cedar Knolls location told me they could not take out the battery bc it was considered a swap. Brought it to Hackettstown and Laura was the one to help again. She is absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you!!

I came to collect my online order, and I was about to head back to the mechanic but the staff here was so helpful they motivated me to DIY, I changed the engine air filter plus the intake tube. Not all alone by myself but with a little help from Jim (who works there). Joe and Andy rocks too Solid 5 stars, recommended to all.

My dad is 83 , that makes me older as well, battery or starter was acting up. We went to hackettstown AutoZone. Salesperson Andy was terrific with his knowledge and his patience with my dad and I. Found we had a bad battery, 6 years old, he changed it right there. Saved my dad and me time. Thanks

Laura in the Hackettstown store went above and beyond to get me a few boots for a brake job that I needed to finish the job!I'm never going back to that other store.I waited 45 min to talk to someone for simple pads. Then it was told they had it and they didn't. Then it was the next day...Maybe. A waste of 1.5 hours minus the drive.

Guys it's great you recycle oil. I make certain to clean the containers before returning them to recycle. They're back to looking like when I took them off the shelf to buy them. After you guys take them to recycle, I get them back literally dripping oil. Break out the blue shop wipes guys. Even though it's further, I'll be using Advanced in the future.

I needed a new batteries for my car key fobs,and wasn t sure what kind or how to put them in the fob. Matthew who was an employee at Auto Zone put the batteries in for me.He was so professional, and pleasant, and it only took a few minutes. Thank you again Matthew for your help!

Matthew was very helpful as he assisted me with the hand held code detector. The decoder was able to detect a faulty O2 sensor and faulty gas cap. Thanks again Matthew.

These guys were awesome! I was having 2 small issues with my car, and they didn't just tell me which isle to go to, they walked there with me, explained the difference between the products and helped me select the best part. Additionally, the one young man saw I was having trouble walking and he went out to my car with me, and attached the part for me. He declined the tip I offered. It REALLY makes a difference when you get good service. As a business owner (interior designer, Julie's Interior Designs), I GREATLY appreciate good service as that's what I insist upon.

Went here today to replace my car key battery, they were so kind and helpful!!!!! I first went to Advance Auto Parts where I was met by a miserable, rude, and angry employee who refused to help me or replace my battery. The employees at AutoZone are very accommodating they went above and beyond to help me find the right battery and replace it and make sure it works right. go here for all your auto needs these people are great.

This is the best auto parts store by far because everyone who works at it is extremely knowledgeable & very friendly and helpful. Very rarely they won t have something I need but they ll get it the next day. Andrew & Scott are awesome and they ll both go out of their way to be helpful. These guys make going to the parts store an enjoyable venture. Five stars isn t enough...

I came in for a few misc items. I was the only customer in the store at the time. The store manager and his associate lady Amber stalked me around the store like I was a thief. The manager tried to make it looked like he was fixing the shelves and so was Amber but they both were surely had their sight on me at every aisle in plain view. They both walked passed me 5 times as I was trying to pick the right light socket. It was extremely distracting, disturbing and uncomfortable. At the check out Amber gave me the cold suspicious stares like I couldn t afford to buy a tube of glue and a few light bulbs. I came back the second time a few weeks later just to see if it was my imagination. Same deal.This isn t my first experience getting stalked in the store by employees being an Asian but this is by far the worst experience. I ve learn to keep a look out for this kind of behavior and they do happens often in high-end electronic stores but for goodness sake this is an Auto part store. Why are there needs to racial profiling and bully your customers? Next time I ll bring my GoPro and it s will be posted on YouTubej

Just bought a battery from these guys at this store when inside ask questions and ask them if I could borrow a tool set so I could change the battery asked personally if i could borrow it and I ll bring it right back take me. Few minutes 3 minutes later one of these fools decide to call me telling me where I go I told them am changing the battery ohhhh you can t take the tool kit but I told him I was gonna bring it back they decided to threaten me they was gonna call the cops are you kidding me over a 30 bucks tool set I just spend $153 on a battery just Beware of these two idiot there don t threaten to call the cops if you borrow some thing from the store to change any thing if you do make sure you sign your life away I had to bring my brand new tool set show them I must of for got I had a set we all work just like you two fools there hope every one read this and take this as a Experience even your Hispanic like me forget it they own like there own if your Black African-American Stay away straight walk away they only like there own I notice that

They say they test electrical parts well they couldnt test my motor cycle battery they didnt have oil filter neither spark plugs t,hey did have cheaper oil and gear oil !! The manager did try to assist however regional Manger could do a better job fulfilling their obligation in seeing that each store has what they need to ensure their staff has what they need to fulfill there advertisement !!

Stop at Autozone today because the wiper on my daughters car snapped off. An employee by the name of Jim S came outside to check the car to see if I needed a new one or if it could be fixed. Come to find out the wiper was not on right and he put it on correctly and cleaned the ice off the windshield for me. Great customer service definitely will be back

Everytime I go in here which isn't often maybe 1 or 2 people know what they are talking about. The rest forget it. Went in for a relay (only because it was getting ready to close and needed part asap)Showed this clown and he hands me a Flasher!I said seriously bro? Then he starts to tell me to go to OK 4WD!!! WHAT????I reach down on rack below the flasher and said I Got This Bro. Take the rest of the night off. Get some Sleep. Never Again. I'll wait till following day to go elsewhere. And tell customer it was too late. Here is an idea, why don't you hire people who actually have a knowledge of automotive.
