In my travels during the day, I stopped at Advance Auto to buy some antifreeze. Typical auto parts/supplies store.One of the reasons why I'll go back to this store is because when I asked the man behind the counter if they offer discounts for honorably discharged veterans like me. He said: "I already applied the discount to your purchase sir". At which time I thanked him for the discount, paid him and was on my way.

The customer service in that store is not there for some of the staff that work there. I don't know why but with my experience when a customer ask about refund policy the answer should never be whenever. I have been a district manager for 10 years and a Fleet manager for 3 years and you never treat a customer that way. I used that advance for every part or job I had in the past but as of today I will never return.

First of all, I want to take a moment to thank the staff! (Thursday 31st 23 shift)I had a rough day because my Tesla broke down so they helped me get an adaptor from a warehouse so I can use the only EV charger in town. Not only they got the part they extended their offer and gave me a ride twice to my car (had to jump it) I was stuck in the middle of nowhere where Tesla chargers are rare to find, I truly appreciate your courtesy and help today! Very compassionate and caring people, simply thank you!Give these gentlemen a fat bonus, a promotion and a raise.Bless

Used this store for every need imaginable, service used to be very good. The store manager at the time was very understanding, and genuinely cared about the customer. Who ever I had on the phone didn't want to help at all, treated me as if I was a problem to even talk to. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I am clueless, I have been repairing my own cars for over 30yrs. So to that counter boy who answered the call, LEARN to treat people with respect, not be condescending when you know less than the person you are talking to...

Had some trouble with some orders. The manager was quick to handle it. Plus its easy to get part order numbers wrong with all the different yet similar styles for the same car.

New Diehard Gold Battery installed today. The employee that helped me was very pleasant and efficient. He double checked the battery size and put in on the cart and wheeled it out to my car. He installed it very quickly too. I would recommend this store if you need anything auto

Was having issues with my car and the two gentleman were so helpful and came out to look at it in the freezing weather. They went out of their way to call a local mechanic who they knew was open after hours. I wasted $10 on a quart of oil that poured out of my car, but was able the get the help I needed thanks to them.

Love the guys that work there. Very nice people but they don't know much about cars and screwed me over really bad on a transmission I bought for my f350 from them. I bought the transmission and had it professionally installed then it blew out in 8k miles... I contacted them immediately and waited 10 months for a warranty replacement. Since i had to wait so long, o went to Ford and had them replace it because I needed my truck. Once the warranty replacement came they told me I needed my core to get the replacement but I didn't have it because I gave it to Ford as a core for the second one I had to pay for since I needed the truck. So they wouldn't refund me or give me the replacement. They really scammed me good. They purposely waited so long to replace the garbage one they gave me, knowing I wouldn't have the core.

Staff always park their work/delivery vehicles in front of customer parking and in the parking spots that are in front of the entry/exit doors. Some staff is good, some are eh. Don t always ask if it s in their system, you ll end up hearing they don t have it but if you take a look around in the isles you ll find it. I ordered a set of brembo brakes from this location and they came in used and damaged. None of the staff checked it before selling it to me, good thing I opened the boxes up before I left. Also they are slowly declining Mil/Leo discounts....not good.

I ordered my radiator hose around 8 am Saturday and was told it will be there by 11:30 am by an employee named James. I got my only ride I had to get the part and This guy sends a younger employee over to the counter, makes me wait 25 mins to tell me the delivery guy forgot to deliver it and left it in the truck. so I get another ride there to have him send over the same younger employee over to sell me the part finally. Even your other customers were baffled by your poor sales performance and educate. I'd like to see more bad reviews on you as time goes by so I don't have to see you ifI ever need an auto part in an emergency situation like this one was.

Hi, went in to pick up a product that was not in my local Washington store..they had put it aside for me, but no one else but Kyle knew about it..I also am used to getting my usual 10 percent discount for business account at the Washington store, but even though I had to spend my extra gas and time to drive at least 8-10 miles more to pick up the needed product at this alternate store, they would not be considerate enough to allow me my typical discount for business account, and said that "they should not be doing that over there" on top of that lack of consideration for a business as well! I am glad that Auto Zone is just around the corner... I will be doing my auto product shopping over there alot more often now. after being treated so poorly ! Incidentally, I had to return some items last week from the Auto Zone in Hackettstown (one I am now referring to). and they were more than polite and considerate to my needs... I highly recommend going over there instead!

Order parts on the internet and get as much as 30% off your order. Advance Auto is a customer oriented company. I save a lot of money buying parts here. I can't say enough good things about them.

a big sign says free battery installation and testing. but apparently they don't do it when it's cold. very disappointed as my son's battery was dead and needed it replaced and did not have the proper tools to put it in. It was too cold for them..

Fast friendly service by a work staff that knows what they are doing and knows exactly what they are talking about! If you don't know what's wrong with your vehicle there is a good chance they will and help you with the parts or questions you may have!

Used to go to Budd Lake location but they wouldn't accept a return on an item that anywhere else would have accepted. This location has more items and nicer staff.
