Really bad experience with venture altogether. Purchased a car from a location with 5 months later still no title. Nj location is worse than the Poconos. Amir even asked me to deliberately write a bad review on a business that I've never been to! Who does that. They will only call you back if it benefits them.Trust the bad reviews and avoid the nightmare I'm currently in.

These people are SCAM ARTISTS!! Don t buy cars from this place,!! They ask for deposits and don t refund them when you see what kind of junk cars they re really selling, THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ROB PEOPLE!! The good reviews are probably from friends and family. THIS CAN T BE LEGAL TO REPEATEDLY STEAL PEOPLES MONEY!!

DO NOT GO HEREWe were sold a car with a check engine light that had been cleared, resulting in a very expensive emissions fix. Amir, the manager, told us that he could help us get reimbursed and now a month has passed and it is impossible to get him on the phone despite calling every day. Does the ownership know what's going on here? Are they complicit? We came here and bought a car with our hard-earned money and then we leave with a car that had a problem covered up and we can't even speak to anyone at Venture about it after the fact? This is about more than just the money, this is about human decency.

I had a wonderful experience at Venture Motors. My family and I bought 3 cars from them, they made the whole process easy all the way through. We had 2 car leases that had come to an end, we were able to trade them in. Amir and Nate were amazing. One of the cars we got had some issues, we reached out to Amir and he took back the car and we were able to get another one. No buts and no issues, he was great. They are always willing to help you, they treat you with respect and they care about their customers.

WARNING: READ BEFORE BUYINGHighly suggest reading all the reviews about Venture Motor Cars before buying your car here... everything that people say is true. They sold us a car and when we got home the check engine light came on our mechanic could tell that it had come on a few weeks before: Venture Motor Cars had cleared the code in order to sell the car and it ended up being a very expensive emissions fix. When we called, I spoke to Amir, the manager, and he at first said they would reimburse us but then after that it became impossible to get him on the phone again. It has been over a month and he won't call back I've tried constantly to call and get the same thing "Amir will call you right back he's with a customer" then nothing. If you want to buy a car with your hard-earned money go to a place that has the decency to treat you right.

First and most important, my advice - Do not give Venturemotors a deposit, do not trust them when they say it will be refunded.I wanted to believe the good reviews and ignore the bad reviews but don t be fooled, venture motors is a deceitful and manipulative company praying upon innocent car buyers. They lied about the car I was interested in purchasing - and actually flew all the way from Maine to pick up. They lied about the time frame in which my deposit would be returned. As I write this, it s been nearly a month and they still have not returned a two thousand dollar deposit that I was assured would be refundable if I didn t purchase the car. I made it in what was good faith as I was traveling a good distance to purchase the car. The first red flag should have been the lie about the amount of a deposit they were taking - sales rep said 1k, business guy called and without discussion, took 2k.Please, do yourself a favor and trust all the bad reviews of this dealership.I have been hearing every lie imaginable for over a month now and still do not have my deposit back. I m not sure if this is how they suck people in and then take away their ability to purchase elsewhere but it s been nothing but lies.Beyond what has become a huge issue regarding my deposit, I was deceived about the condition of the vehicle I was coming to get. I specifically asked about warning lights on the dash and was told there were none. In reality, there were multiple warning lights. The stereo cut in and out as one of the warnings flashed across the dash - but with no particular pattern clearly signaling a significant electrical issue with the vehicle. Beyond that, the tires which I also asked about weren t even a matching set - very different tread patterns. The vehicle was described as being extremely clean and in great condition. The running boards were rusting off and literally held on with drywall screws, the back seat heating vents were destroyed, the dash was cracked, paint was peeling off the hood - you get the picture.After ubering to the dealer from Logan I was forced to either Uber away (into the night) towards a train station with no solid plan or purchase a car that was far from what had been described or purchase a car that I was significantly deceived about.I chose to walk from the car and was promised the timely return of my deposit.After weeks of phone calls with continued lies about the return of the deposit I m still waiting to see the return of my money.Avoid this dealership!!! Even if they have the car you think you want, based on my experience, I d strongly urge you to purchase from somewhere else. Read the other bad reviews and be warned. Seriously, this has been the worst car buying experience of my life.My next steps will be to reach out to my bank and likely fly back down to NJ where I will file a complaint with the police and file a suit to be brought to small claims court suing the dealership for my deposit, travel expenses and legal fees.Run don t walk is my best advice.

I m updating my review to 1 star. It s been over 2 months and I still haven t received my registration and plates. When you call and speak to someone there is no urgency in trying to figure out what is the delay. I spoke to 4 different people before I received an extension letter; which is just a piece of paper stating I bought the car and I am waiting for tags. I haven t driven my vehicle in fear of being ticketed for an expired temporary tag. If this isn t rectified soon, I will be submitting a complaint with consumer affairs and I will reach out to a friend of mine that is the manager of my regional dmv branch; to see what are my options as far as filing a complaint with the state. I don t like the feeling of once they have your money, you are an afterthought and communication ceases to exist. When this is properly rectified I will update my review. They deserve less than 1 star. Communication Is horrible. Once they have your money they completely forget about you. Stay clear of this dealer. Just found out today that this dealer doesn t even have the title to my vehicle. They are selling vehicles without titles. They are all crooks and scumbags.

Do not trust these scammers. My dad left a deposit of $2000 for a Toyota with Bill. He took out a loan with a bank for the agreed purchase price of $8,995. When the bank received the purchase order from Venture Motore, the price was now $14,000. This was not the agreed price and my dad was not aware of the increase in price and he was no longer interested in this car. He requested his deposit back. He went on 2/10, 2/17, and on 2/21 I went with him and spoke to Amir who agreed to send the deposit back via zelle on 2/26. I followed up today 2/27 and have yet to receive a response from Amir. This has gone on far too long and we have not received anything back. This has been a huge inconvenience to not only my dad but myself.

Just wanted to say this working with JC today made things easier than how it should be for buying a used car. I went to Brooklyn volkeswagon to get a used car, and my experience with them was horrendous. However, my experience with Venture Motorscars and dealing JC was just phenomenal. The whole experience was easy, stress free, and the quickest I've been out from a dealer. Yes, people don't have great experiences with buying cars from second-hand dealers, but I promise you on my word that they are the best. As soon as you walk in he greeted us with a smile and warm greetings. Then he had someone pull the car up to test driver the car. He sat with me and my wife when went to test drive the car and it took us like 15 mins to really test out the car. Great guy with great manners and a friendly attitude which made my decision even easier to get the car we went to look at. After the test drive, we went inside the office and JC got one of his workers to clean up the car a bit while we signed. PROBABLY EASIEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

Update 2/19/24:Refundable deposit of $500 still hasn t been returned to me despite me calling them atleast 10 times and speaking with Amir twice who promised I will get it back. It is basically a dead end as their representatives are not helpful either and plead ignorance. This has never happened to me before and it s a shame that such types of scams are still happening. Advise anyone looking to buy a car not to go there unless you want to lose money.I am generally not harsh in my reviews but i have no choice here. I went to Venture on 11/29/23 to take a look at a 2016 BMW. I was not sure about the car but Amir, the general manager of Venture, said that I should put down a fully refundable deposit of $500 to keep the car on hold. I confirmed with him several times if it s refundable - he said yes course . I also checked with the sales person and he said it s 100 percent refundable.Long story short, he charged me $500 right away but I decided not to buy the car and asked for the deposit back after a few days. After being patient for a month and a half, calling and texting 5 times at least and not getting any response whatsoever - I still have not received my $500 deposit back.This is literally highway robbery. He is ignoring this issue as he has done in the past based on what I m reading on google reviews and the Better Business Bureau which has a litany of complaints against Venture. This has never happened to me before when buying a car.It is unethical and unlawful. I am hoping Amir refunds me the $500 immediately as is my right - otherwise I will file a complaint with BBB as a first step.

Bobby Pryce and Amir are both respectable and professional men. I hold the upmost appreciation for their efforts to get me into the car of my choosing. They made me feel comfortable and confident about my new purchase. I am 50 years old and have a lot of experience with buying cars; so for me to be impressed is not an easy task. But.. Bobby and Amir are beyond impressive. They re both knowledgeable, honest and passionate about helping others. They sincerely care about people, not just after the money, like too many other car sellers. The new vehicle I purchased today is a 2007 Buick Lucerne, clean inside and out, and in great mechanical condition. I thank you Amir and Bobby. Come to Venture for your next auto purchase!!

Had a terrible experience with Ventures Motors I will cures them every minute , Amir I prayed God Almighty should punish him severely for being a Dog Liar. I came all the way from the Bronx to look for Honda Pilot which after I changed my mind Amir convinced me to buy if I m not happy with it I should return it for refund which I agreed, after only one and half days I returned the car only Amir to change to an Evil Empire didn t want to refund my money. Venture Motors are thieves and Scammers no one should deal with them anymore

I left the Bronx to go lookout for Honda they kept calling me for upon reaching there I wasn t sure if I should buy but Amir convinced me pushed me to take it if I m not happy I should return it for refund, after one and half days I returned it asking for refund that Devil Amir refused to refund my money and then changed the paperwork all together God almighty should punish Ventures Motors forever and ever

I bought a used vehicle from the dealership. Please do your due diligence on purchasing a vehicle here because they will not return your phone call back if there s an issue a day after you purchase this vehicle this is why small dealerships get a bad wrap. You lost my confidence and my business in the future venture motors. But I presume you don t want to repeat customers very sad. i m giving one star because Bill was a nice man which was my salesman other than that whoever the owner is too busy making deals to call his customers back if there s a problem

Horrible, low rent lot. The car looked great on the side that was posted on the internet, the passenger side looked like someone poured acid on it. They had to crawl into the trunk from behind the rear seat to pop the lid.Then they try to charge $2K in doc fees. $5K quickly became $7K. Run away, we did.

After visiting all of the dealers on rte. 46, we met Amir. He was knowledgable, professional, and great to work with. They have many vehicles that have decent mileage and competitive pricing. Amir and his team are a diamond among the many dealers along the strip of Rte 46. Very happy with the end result. We purchased 3 vehicles and are very happy with service, value, and accommodations we received.

When buying a car, we want reliable dealers handling our car needs and money, that s not the case. A lot of things happened that led me to write this.I buy a car in 2022 and I m told I can refinance my rate. When I wanted to do that the finance guy NEVER got back to me so I had a second guy there eventually respond after MONTHS ! And I wasn t approved to refinance . Lied about that.I never write reviews ever , as horrible as a service can be but when it comes to an investment as big as a car, I took the time because I want peopel to avoid this from happening to them. You want offices that when you call they follow up with your needs.They re treated me like I m NOTHING.I was in a car accident a year later after my purchase , so I had to contact the dealership again ..and the dealership has to return the money for GAP and WARRANTY to you when you don t use it if an issue like mine exists.They haven t handled my situation and it s now almost February 2024. Since June 2023 to February 2024 they re investigating where the money is. Asking me to rescan the contracts I signed the day I bought to confirm amounts , like don t you have this stored ? I provide everything and it s some mysterious exuses. Like where s the money and why was I told it was paid out and they need MONTHS to figure it out. Somethings not right . And I never get an update.I HAVE TO CALL AND THEN GET TOLD CALM DOWN as if I don t have a right to be upset they do business like this. Shady. Unreliable. Not worth investing in a car dealership that won t take care of you. This isn t you taking care is your customers.Don t go here seriously. You ll be pissed at yourself . My advice, find a dealership that promises responsibility. This place just isn t it .Timeline of events :Accident April 2023I speak with the lenders they confirm they paid out those amounts in May 2023I reach out to them since June 2023 giving them grace and time.They never answer. I told the owner I m writing a review. He asked me to please not to. But this is the truth. They never pick up your phone on time and I mean the finance people. They don t even follow up with a phone call. I m chasing them for money that s mine. 8 months ! No call backs. No email responses. I have screenshots to prove. Don t go here .

We are out of state and purchased a vehicle from Venture in June. It is almost November and we have yet to receive the proper documentation so that we can get a permanent license plate for my daughters car. NO ONE ever has any answers. No one makes a return call as promised. There is no concern or urgency to have this matter cleared up for us. Very unhappy with this entire process.

Be aware, price on the website it is NOT the real price. I was looking at a car that was $12,995. I got there and the car was actually $24,999 because of the FEES! They just flat lie to you.Choose somewhere else, buying a car is already stressful, you don t need to be fooled by them.

I strongly encourage you find another dealer to buy a car from. Strongly feels as if they are running multiple scams and I am out more than $1000 promised to me during a car purchase more than six months ago. Do yourself a favor just go somewhere else!!
