Yesterday I went to check because my car, a 2021 Nissan Rouge, has a leak on the top of the car. It seems like every rain the water enters the car. I made an appointment to have this checked since because of this the trunk of the car stopped working. When I got there they told me that it did not cover anything for my car but if I have only had it for no more than 3 months I should have bought the car. They wanted to charge me $180 to diagnose that I had the leak and $80 to check the trunk because it doesn't work. I asked them who I should talk to because that is not fair that I just bought the car and they charge an extra fee plus $4,500 dollars to leave the car in good condition that is drivable and they did not check the leak that the car had. They directed me to the Manager and he made me wait to see what he could do. And unfortunately he didn't do anything, the seller came to tell me that he had to pay close to $300 to diagnose what was happening. And the manager did nothing. Not only that, there are several things, 1 key did not work, I had already reported this before 2 months ago, they told me that they were going to replace it and that they would call me and nothing until now. It makes me sad since I liked that place. It's not the first time I've bought a car there. In February 2022 I bought a Nissan Altima car with 0 miles and I did not have these problems. I can't believe they can't help and keep some of their clients safe. But in this car that I bought at the end of January. The key does not work, the water leaking from the outside has the car on the top of the driver side and because of this the trunk stopped working. And I can't believe they can't help me how disappointed I am in Nissan River of Hackensack. They do not know of dangerous that the leak can continue to affect the proper functioning of the car. It has already started with the trunk that can come later.

Great experience with Nissan in Hackensack. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly, energetic and courteous. I made an appointment online and as soon as I arrived, they were ready. I met with the sales professional, Manny, who exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure that I not only got the vehicle with the features that I wanted but also the best value for my trade-in. Manny even threw in a few extras to sweeten the deal. Riverside Nissan Service Department is by far the best service I received from NMAC dealerships. Rachael is always such a pleasant person to help schedule the service you need and the service center is fairly quick depending upon the service being performed. They always have great coupons to offset the pricing.

RUN AWAY. If you have a Nissan that needs to be serviced/parts, do yourself a favor and look for another place. This is the most unprofessional, horrible place I have ever dealt with. I bought my car at this dealership and had no issues with the purchase itself however I was given a key that wasn t functioning properly and I ended up losing the key by accident. Brought the car in to have a new key made and that took 3 days because I kept on top of it because no one even knew that my car was in the lot to begin with when I personally told them when I dropped it off. The overall experience was extremely frustrating. From the lady that collects payments to management, everyone has its own level of incompetence. Save yourself from this headache.

Brought my car in for a transmission problem, luckily still under warranty due to the extension for cvt's . I had Andre as my service advisor who was great and very professional. Was provided a loaner car and only after 2-3 days was called and told the transition was replaced. When I arrived I was greeted with some unexpected issues unrelated to the transmission but Andre and his manager took care of it and made it right for me. Even with the delay I am very happy and would recommend those who need to bring in their nissan to bring it to this location.Service: Transmission

We found a great car for my son, the one we had been looking for for weeks. We went to 3 other Nissan dealers who were unable to give us the deal we needed and that s when we finally went to Riverside Nissan. They were kind, courteous and professional and got my son a great deal on his first car that he would be purchasing on his own. They just made a lifelong friend and I will be suggesting Riverside Nissan to anyone looking for a great car and deal. I will definitely be back when I need to get myself a new car. Take your business somewhere else! Needed a car for my wife was sort of in a rush because our car was totaled in an accident and we needed a car. Visited Riverside Nissan to look at the Rogue. My salesman was nice and tried his best but was so poorly trained, seemed like they just told him to go out and sell a car with zero experience and knowledge of the process. They ADD multiple bogus fees that tacked on another 2k. Fees were poorly described I think its a tactic they use so when you do negotiate they end up winning because the fees are phony (atleast how they tried to explain it) saying $500 for a mechanic travel fee but the mechanic was on site. Another weird tactic they don't explain any of the financing until you agree on the overall price, made no sense because they wont give you the monthly costs until your pretty much done with the contract. The worst experience during the buying process was the finance manager. This guy was awful and so unpleasant, as if we were taking up his time, tossing the paperwork at us to sign. I've never felt such regret after leaving. This place tries to do small tactics to scam the customer and just make the sale. There are many other dealerships around the area you don't need to give Riverside your business. Watch them with bogus fees and ask for all details of pricing (they'll say its out of their pay grade to provide such details) OR AVOID THIS PLACE

All dealerships state the price of a maintenance bundle or package on their website, or give an estimate on the phone.The front deck lady was surprised I asked for an estimate and refused to give me one!I think people who answer the phone should know better.

I can't say that I would recommend this location to anyone. I have had a number of not great experiences, however because of my kind service advisor I keep coming back. I recently had work done on my car, I went to the store 3 miles away and my car would not start. I was told to have my car towed to the dealership at my own expense.

Bait and switch thought this practice was banned. Dealership drops their price of their CPO cars online when you go see the car they add a $5000 mandatory warranty included with the online price. Greatest example of bait and switch, definetly proceed with caution at this dealership just con artists.

They put a dent on the trunk of the car I bought from them the day before, and won't accept responsibility or fix it. Dishonest service employee who helped himself to the change I have in my car the two times while in service.

Everyone has been polite and professional whenever I visit for service or repairs. I have a Nissan dealer about a mile from my house and I still return to Riverside Nissan for my vehicle.
