Ricca auto body was SO EASY to work with. They interfaced with my insurance company for my repair and made the whole experience seamless for me as a busy mom! Not to mention the repair looks like new. Thank you Ricca, highly recommend!!

There's a reason Ricca Auto has been in business for nearly 5 decades. I just moved to NJ and they were recommended to me. I've never experienced service and value anywhere near this great before!! Seriously, If I lived 50 miles away, I would still make the trip to Ricca Auto for the quality and value!!

I rarely write Google reviews, but Ricca Auto Body absolutely deserves the recognition! For over a month, I tried to schedule some basic non-insurance body work thru another shop. After being told we can t give you a date for an appointment three times, I decided to move on. Ricca had great reviews on Google and is right down the road from me, so I gave them a call. Carl answered and said come on down tomorrow morning ! I came the next morning and he couldn t be happier to help. A week later, my truck was in the shop and a short time after that, the truck was repaired. Three things really impressed me about Ricca. First, both Carl and Robin were genuinely kind and helpful (like I d been going there for years, even though it was my first visit). Second, Carl is extremely detailed. He went over each of the four different repairs with me and shared photos of the steps taken to complete the repair. Finally, the work was done to a better than new quality and for a price that was extremely fair. This will now be my go-to body shop. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

The little shop that did!Ricca Autobody is the best! If I ever need a top-rated and competent auto-body, I will only call Ricca! I brought my car to Ricca after another body shop said they couldn't touch my car for three weeks! It s now three weeks, and I am back to driving my car. Ricca took their time to carefully inspect my 2010 Subaru Legacy. Then they quickly proceeded to repair my car and get it back to me. They are true professionals and my car came back to me in better shape then it went in. I would have never known that I was involved in a car accident! The paint job looks perfect! My car looks better than ever! They even told me about some improper work that was previously done on my car. GO TO RICCA! THEY ARE AWESOME! THANK YOU GUYS!

Had a great experience working with Robin and his family. Everything went smoothly from getting the estimate to the quick turn around time of having my car repaired. Would definitely recommend!

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!I made a huge mistake of trying to reverse the car with the door open and hit a tree, literally. But the amazing team at RICCA AUTO BODY saved the day! Not only did they do it in an hour but without having to buy a new door it looked like nothing had happen to the car!! Carl and Shameer are GREAT! Thank you guys again

My car was parked and sideswiped in a parking lot. I was recommended to Ricca's by someone I knew at my old body shop that is no longer in the business. I was very grateful for that recommendation because the Ricca brothers were a pleasure to deal with. They were very honest and friendly with integrity, and do incredible work. Which all of that together is something that is very difficult to find in that industry. I will hopefully not need a body shop too often, but if/when I do, Ricca's Auto Body will be the only place that gets my car!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ricca Auto Body is a family business that treats everyone like family. Most importantly, they do excellent work, and go out of their way to make their customers happy. I have used them for over 20 years and always leave feeling very satisfied with the work that has been done, and the professional way they run their business. I leave feeling like a friend. My I highly recommend Ricca Auto Body.My vehicle was stolen and recovered and I was under a lot of stress figuring out where to get my repairs done because most approved auto body shops were too busy to work on my car. They were quick, efficient and were very patient throughout the entire process. Will likely go back for any repairs i will need in the future.Greg was super helpful.

Ricca Auto Body did a great job on my car and with handling the insurance claim. The paint blending looks amazing and the repair to my door came out better than I could have expected! They were a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Highly recommended!

When my car was hit and seriously damaged, a Geico auto body shop in Englewood wanted to charge me $12,000 to fix it, then my insurance decided it was worth nothing but totalling it out. A family member recommended Ricca and $6,000 less was the best decision I ever made. When I thought I had lost my fabulous convertible forever -- they not only repaired the damage, but restored the car to better than pre-accident condition. I ve brought all of my cars to RAB over the years, and had collision damage repaired, headlamp fogging, repainting, and even the interior liner replaced, all 5 star work! But beyond that, the customer service is unparalleled. Robin and Carl treat each customer as a valued friend, and go over & above for each one. The front suspension on my Audi S5 V8 Manual Transmission had a problem (I needed to replace it in It s entirety). I took my car to a couple of shops, and I was about to decide on one of them to go with. By fate, I drove past Ricca Auto Body and made a U-turn and decided to see what they could do.That illegal U-turn was the best decision that I made for my car. From the moment I met the owners Robin and Carl, I knew my car would be in good hands. They were very knowledgeable about my car which instilled in me the confidence that they would do right be me and give my car the complete and proper repair work that my Audi needed.I ve got to mention my guy Greg over at the shop too. He explained to me with detail what needed to get replaced, sent me pictures with a quote, and provided world class customer service.After they replaced the front suspension, they called me to come pick up my car, as their work was now complete. I came down in my Uber and I couldn t believe what I saw when I got there. They took my car to get washed and detailed at no additional cost to me! Icing on the cake!!!My Audi drives with the precision and strength that it did when I first bought it, and with that shine from the car wash it looks beautiful too!For any major repair work that I may run into in the future, there s only one place I m taking my car Ricca Auto Body!!! Several months ago I called Ricca to obtain a quote on a relatively simple project of painting and installing a new side-view mirror on a relatively new car. Greg gave us a quote and a time estimate and several months passed (our doing, not theirs). Last week we took the part in and today picked up the car. Call me a skeptic, but I was expecting sticker shock when he presented the bill, figuring they would have some way to charge us more. To my pleasant surprise, they came in UNDER budget and were complete professionals in every interaction. Great service at a fair price--that's what I call a successful operation. My brand new jeep Rubicon of 3 months was involved in a car accident. We were hit from the rear. There was extensive damage. I took my jeep to Ricca Auto body for repair.Luckily the parts were available and the Ricca family put humpty dumpty back together again. They did a awesome job fixing my Subaru it looks brand new. The guys there were very friendly and professional. I got a quote within 10 minutes. The price was much cheaper then other estimates I had gotten. They worked around my schedule and did a great job. Ricca came highly recommended by someone I work with who owned his own shop and has been in the business for over 30 years and they did not disappoint. I am an administrator at the Bergen County Technical Schools and I would recommend this body shop to anyone.

Ricca Auto Body are top notch. I brought my Benz in for a banged fender. They went above and beyond by properly doing the job which required the bumper to also be repainted. They also noticed some areas to fix and did those as well. The paint match and bodywork are perfect. Its a Benz so I like to keep it perfect and Ricca Auto Body does such a great job for a fair price. A fair price for great work. Thats rare.

Robin and Carl did a great job repairing my car. Painted and replaced part is indistinguishable from new. Ricca ordered the parts ahead of time and had the car back to me the next day.Before another satisfied customer recommended Ricca to me, I'd gone to another shop for an estimate. The other shop said the repair would take 1 week and gave me an estimate for double the cost.I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle to Ricca for any body work I might need in the future.

Honest, reliable, and most especially does an excellent work. I've been in this shop for several occasions: rear bumper on my Caravan; front bumper; headlights; and the wiper arm replacement on my Suburban. Their paint job is absolutely great. It's flawless. The gentlemen who manages the shop are true to their words and best of all, they're knowledgeable. Many years in business is what they have to offer. You'll feel their sincerity when you talk to them. They also do mechanical work, not just auto body. I recommend this shop and will continue to do so, to my friends and family. - Robert

Excellent Custom Paint Job and a Great Price! RICCA recently repainted portions of my 2007 Yaris which was sun damaged. Though primarly the roof needed to be repainted, there was also some side panel damage which RICCA was able to blend paint into without having to do the entire side panels. This helped contained costs since this job was not covered by insurance. RICCA has an honest, profressional and talented staff, which by itself is rare and refreshing! They paid attention to every little detail, providing a few nice extras at no charge, which I did not even request. This included cleaning the inside of the car, buffing out clouded headlights, buffing out scratches from other body areas, fixing damaged pinstripes, and adding door guards to protect from damage! I highly recommend RICCA!Service: Painting

Incredibly reliable. Very professional.From the minute I walked in with my 2 toddlers to the time my car was taken in and I was off to the rental company was about 5, maybe 10 minutes. Carl prepped everything so it was seamless. I walked in, dropped off the keys, he called ahead to the rental company for them to get me from his shop. I mean smooth. His fees are reasonable and his work is incredible. He really takes pride in his work.WORK:They replaced a busted fender and other issues with my Lexus. I have never met an auto body / mechanic like this. Carl is passionate about his work. He also fights insurance for you.UPDATE: I was asking people about who they have used and was very happy to hear Ricca Autobody pop up many times.

THIS AUTO SHOP DESERVES 100 STARS! ********I wish I have better ways to recommend Ricca to everyone who needs auto repairs! I had the pleasure of working with Carl Ricca. I was a victim of a hit and run in New York and my car was hit badly in front. Ricca had to take care of the bumper and paint my car. I explained to Carl that I am leasing the car and I really really need it back to its original state. Not only that he worked to get me original parts, but he and his men also did a STELLAR JOB on the paint. I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with Ricca.Both Carl and Robin are most friendly and professional people that I ever worked with. The estimates were given to me within a few hours, the job took 3 days and I got free vacuum and the car was really really clean and like brand new when I picked it up.I already told my workmates about Ricca and one of my officemates is also going to get his Civic paint job done.Carl, if you happen to see this review, I want you to know how grateful I am for your work and your professionalism.
