The trustful and honest place when you need to repair your car. Very popular and got recommendations from many of my friends when I was searching to repair the car. Ever since I know this place, I have had so many positive and compatible experiences with other auto shops that Pro Autobody performs much better service and price.For this reason, I don't mind traveling from Rockland to Hackensack.

Pro Auto Repair is a perfect place for your auto repair needs. Mr. Tae is professional and his team is filled with skilled technicians. Work they perform is done in timely fashion and always with high quality standards. Highly recommend his shop for all auto repair needs.

This place is fantastic. I've had them work on my car a few times, and they've always done a good job for a reasonable price. A few other times I brought it in and they either fixed something small or told me it was fine and charged me nothing. Even though they're always doing a lot of work they can always squeeze my car in and have it looked at promptly. If you're waiting while the car is repaired they have an attractive waiting room with all the amenities

They are professional, courteous and most importantly honest. I found them through a good friend of mine and going there since and satisfied all the works they did. They are busy all the time even after the pandemic so expect to wait for a while or good idea to drop it off and then come back when the job is done. They do both auto repair and body shop so both can be done at the same shop. Highly recommended.

The absolute best. When the owner speaks to you directly and understand your needs, oversees everything his workers do and works hands-on with them, you know you came to the right place. Not only they're honest, they'll fix the problem that others couldn't. If they can't, they'll explain why, unlike some others that'll simply try to mask the problem (which will, obviously, eventually come up again). They'll recommend the absolute necessities and discourage you from unnecessary repairs that others may try to rip you off with (especially if you've been going to the dealership). I'd always recommend them to anyone seeking a new auto mechanics for their vehicles.

The business is run by competent management and individuals but my frustrations lie with the administration/reception. Doesn't seem eager to help or explain what's going on. Failed to tell me that using my credit card included a fee. And she doesn't really tell you what's going on.

I am sooo disappointed I came for an oil change at 1pm as that was the scheduled appointment. They advised we would have to wait about 30 min before they attend my car. I notice its about 3:00pm and they still have my car parked in the back. I ask the owner how much longer he advises about 10-20 min it then becomes 4:00pm and i ask him again and he states 10 more min. And it is then 4:20pm and he advises the oil change should be around 20 minutes !!!! The appointment was at 1pm. I ended up leaving past 5pm... About 4 hours for an oil change && to conclude the whole times hes giving me these time frames hes sitting pretty on the computer. I received the worst service ever. Please invest your money elsewhere. Don't come here they are rude and very inconsiderate!Service: Oil change

Came here 5+ years ago with my car to install a hitch.Went last week with s.o. and her car to ask for their input and change brake pads. The gentleman actually remembered me and my car and the work he did. He then promptly serviced the brakes same day within hours despite not having made an scheduled the work. Great customer service/ relations. That's the way to do it!

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Prices are about 20-25% lower than other shops in the area. Very knowledgeable and honest mechanics, unfortunately they weren t able to do my repairs because of my even widening financial issues. The owner sat me down in the shop and told me that for the age of my car it wasn t worth fixing because more would have went wrong. Hard to find an honest mechanic I will definitely be going back.

We brought an old Toyota Sienna that wouldn't start and Pro Auto fixed it on time and the car runs better than ever. Honest and reasonable. They know their stuff. Highly recommend!

I am really disaapointed with this place. I brought in a new tire and i asked them to install it. They charged me an installation fee which included balancing. As soon as I left the place, I got on route 4 and drove about 60 mph, the car started wobbling like crazy. I took it to my cousins shop in NY a week later and he told me they didn't balance it correctly. So i was charged a balancing fee, and they didn't even balance it right. If a auto shop cant even BALANCE a single tire correctly, why would you trust it for any repairs beyond that? That Korean guy with the curly hair pretending like he is the owner needs a reality check, you are just a lazy, employee. Do NOT goto this place. I am not exaggerating, they didnt even balance a tire correctly. I am Korean American so I am not being biased or racist when I mentioned about the Korean guy with the curly hair.

Haven't found a mechanic I can fully trust for a long time until I came here. They do fast and efficient work for a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend others to come here

Great efficient speedy work!! Installed car battery with higher voltage than the original BMW one and programmed it as well. Saved me half the amount I would had paid thru BMW!! Win Win situation all around!! Tae is GREAT!!

Horrible. Stay away. Scam artist. Started out replacing a hose which was supplied. Now overcharged to flush a engine and change a thermostat. Said he had to troubleshoot. Why when you know the issue is the thermostat.

So they told me that my ac compressor was messed up and if I changed that my ac would work so I paid almost $800 to replace my compressor and they did and my ac still doesn t work they told me it would take 4 hours but in the paperwork it says labor 1 hour . They suck because they replaced something that probably work I don t understand why they didn t check everything that had to do with the ac and just jumped on replacing something that was more expensive then other things,oh wait I understand because they re rip offs ..DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY SUCK AND IF I COILD I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR

I went there 2017 to replace my muffler but 2020 my muffler wasn't lasting i replace new one in other mechanic and they bought muffler is thicker and unti rust not like pro auto repair they bought not good product so i were you dont go there for muffler done

Worst service ever they take so long to do everything and the guy keeps talking about 10 mins 10 mins I had to basically argue with the guy so they hurry up everyone was coming in and out before me and I've been here for almost 3 1/2 hours for a oil change don't come here at all
