I paid for the most expensive service hoping to get a thorough clean inside out. But super disappointed and makes me wonder if it s a scam I still have the coffee stains and white dust / prints inside the car everywhere - completely untouched, so they didn t even bother to wipe the interior. Those prints could be easily wiped away - I tried myself at home.And exterior - still have stains of the cleaners / detergents left on the car PLUS stains - and I already asked them on-site to wipe a few of the stains I luckily spotted there.

Unfortunately I had to take a 5 star review I left in the past and take 4 stars away. This is a $15 carwash. Looks like I'll be going elsewhere.

I like using this car wash. If you're looking for a cheap and good car wash. I would recommend this location. The employees are respectful and polite, and they do a good job. Just an exterior wash is $4 for basic, and a full exterior and interior vacuum is $24. The monthly plan for exterior and interior is around the same place.

Excellent Carwash at an amazing price. The location and monthly membership make it super convenient. Plus, the quality of the wash is great. Their staff and machines do an excellent job of getting into the difficult areas other washes miss. And they actually use a proper amount of suds/product to clean the vehicle.

Extremely disappointed. I come here not too often anymore because the quality of interior cleaning is poor. They take 5 minutes by the time they finish I regret coming because interior does not look clean. Little effort is put in especially for paying more for best service.

I got a car wash and they cleaned the inside of my truck. Every single penny is worth it. Each single person works as if they own the place. Make sure you tip them cause these guys deserve it! My go to spot moving forward!

Great establishment. Highly Recommended!Decided to take my car for their Express Detail Service and I was impressed. Great value and even better results. The staff takes their time to perform a great detailing job. Friendly atmosphere overall. I will be coming back periodically. Also a very convenient option if you exercise at the nearby Planet Fitness plus there is a discount if you show your membership card.

Started going here after I canceled my other monthly membership and zero regret. Tunnel always clean and updated staff very polite and my truck looks like it just came out of the showroom floor every time I leave that car wash. 5 star for sure

Did not like the service. Left all my mats wet which will make my car smells bad did not vacuum well. Had to tell them 2 times where they left garbage. My car is 3 rows and didn t clean last row, I had to tell them to clean it. Disappointed. Not coming back.

Fake & Phony ManagementHighly not recommended, overall disappointed & dissatisfied! They left garbage in my suv, along with spots on the grid, hood, roof, and car doors. My license plates were even left dirty and dingy. The employees they have operating the vacuum and wipe down are highly rude and absurd! My windows and both my front and back windshield was smeared with the microfiber cloth they used. This was my first time here and last time not worth the hype for $35 full service car wash. I want my money back will go elsewhere!Re editing my review as an update, upon contacting the manager/owner Richard before I wrote this review online, upon speaking with him by phone 1st as an attempt to get this straightened out he took my initial complaint not serious and light until I had came online to complain where he then pulled the surveillance camera 2nd shame on you, for asking me to take down my review or to modify it! The only thing that is changing is that I m adding to my original review True enough Richard did accommodate me by giving a FULL refund of $35.00 in which I had paid in cash, upon when I had went to the car wash to obtain my refund there was an older gentleman with salt & pepper hair along with a beard who was counting the money near end of day Sunday, February 4th @4:41pm who was inconsiderate and not friendly upon me walking in the car wash he did not greet me he had me standing in front of him while him and another man working behind the counter counted the money after I told him im here for a refund he then cut me off while speaking and said what are you here for and what do you need? Advised him two times already I was here for a refund, after speaking with the owner Richard he then hands the envelope which is attached below in a photo to another employee who was coming down from the back of the car wash The older gentleman states to the other employee here give this to her and see if it s her first? The hell? He didn t even ask for any ID. Since he grabbed the envelope he could have at least handed it to me directly, instead of passing it to another employee to hand it to me. Give or take I did walk in with my pup maybe he is afraid of dogs that would only be giving him the benefit of the doubt again I personally feel it was the merely the color of my skin. Either way, beware and most of their good reviews are from employees who either work there or their friends/relatives! I also paid for armor all on my tires but did not receive that neither. Never again, will I ever return, Richard you need to replace your bad employees if the service is not good and if people don t like something they will give it thumbs down, whereas if they do they will give it thumbs up! I noticed as well most of their good reviews also come in from people who had never left a review before!

I love how well they clean the inside of my car so well. That's a Major plus. I've been to other places and paid more and I had to vacuum and wipe down myself after they did.My new favorite car wash.

I'm not a fan of car washes, but in a pinch, when it's, when there's a ton of salt and de-icing chemicals on the car and when the price is right, I'm in. For $5 for a basic wash, they do a great job.

Amazing service---carwash was great, they really focused on details and got my car sparkling after all this snow! Kid friendly too -kids love to go with me -waiting area is cool!

If the car wash was $1 I would still choose not to go to this place, so they will dry your car with a wet cloth not dry for sure, and make your car worse than how it came out to be. The worst car wash doesn t waste your money and time here.

I ve been a satisfied customer for a little over year now. I initially switched from another car wash s monthly package to Pelican s based on location but pricing was also better. Great sitting space to wait if you have to have an oil change and/or other longer services as well.

Very convenient for me and reasonably priced. They can probably improve on their cloths. When a car is washed and clean, the boys then wipe down with dirty cloths which leaves windows with streaks.

The car wash service is okay. The reason I am giving 1 star is because they promote free car wash with and oil change they don t tell you until after they OVERCHARGE you for an oil change that the car wash is exterior only .. every other oil change place that I have used that promotes free car washes actually does what they are supposed to do. This is ridiculous.Service: Oil change

Been going to this car wash for years and they have never failed to satisfy , highly recommended going here if your looking for a good car wash or even to have your car maintenance. All the employees in the front and the lady in the back Paola are very respectful and don t mind answering any questions. If I could rate it higher I definitely would.

Worst car wash experience ever.. when I asked why it s not clean I got a rude arrogant answer saying the if machine don t clean, we don t clean it.. First time visitor to Pelican yesterday but won t be the last. So happy to have found this place. I stopped in for an oil change and was very satisfied. The staff was very pleasant and they provided me with the cost upfront before beginning the service. It was a busy afternoon but my wait was only about 15 minutes. They do a full diagnostic check on about 10 different items and provide you with a receipt of the findings. For example, I had my coolant and washer fluids and tires filled all without asking, at no extra cost. I was told my car needed synthetic oil and would be 70 dollars. That seemed a bit expensive to me but this was my first time getting this car serviced and I am not familiar with prices at competitors. It also included a free exterior car wash at the end! I think this was a great deal considering all the services included.Thank you Pelican for your hard work in servicing the community!Service: Oil change

This place is amazing. They are quick, efficient and do a great job. Everyone is so friendly. I love this place! I get my car washed once a week and this is the only place I will ever go. I live 30 minutes away and I drive for this level of service!
