Top Notch Service and Reasonable Prices! Rich is a pro who knows his stuff inside out! Him and Joe get the work done fast and do a great job! Highly Recommend!I forgot to mention that Rich also does "Powder Coating" right there in the shop. He has his own ovens right in the shop. Check out the pictures.

Rich is one of the best mechanics I have come in contact with. I've called him and had lengthy convos about parts and future mods. Refer everyone I have come in contact with to him. 2 year warranty on a harley through the dealer but still only go to Rich. He is clean, thorough, and very accommodating.

Terrible. I've been waiting on them for months to start work and go over prices on my bike and they just won't get back to me. I'm not sure exactly the problem is. Whether it's being too busy or my skin is too dark. I would rather you just tell me you don't wanna work on my bike instead of stringing me along.

What can I say about Rich? Well...not many good things. I brought him my 2010 road glide for base gasket leaks and I got the bike back 5 months later with oil leaks and a collapsed push rod. After I tore my bike down to fix what he didn't/couldn't, I found that my clutch basket was damaged from what looked like a drop.He was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me when I called him back about my numerous problems. No offer to make things right and unfortunately I paid cash so i coukdnt dispute the charges. Needless to say I wouldn't bring my lawn mower for him to work on. I'm surprised this man is still in business from my horrible experience.

Very profesional, great service the people there eazy to talk too great experience , and prices were great. Took my can am in for some service and couldn't be more pleased wit the quick work and bike came out feeling like a new baby lol

I was referred to Rich from a friend. I dropped off a rim and he was going to supply a tire and mount it.ONE MONTH LATER AFTER CHECKING WITH HIM ONCE A WEEK HE STILL DIDNT DO IT. the tire is in stock and literally behind his desk and the rim in front of him. He wasted my whole summer .. Thanks Rich.

Called for info.Answered with a "Hello" so i wasn't even sure i had the right number.Employee wouldn't give price/estimate over the phone.Overall, he seemed like he simply didn't want the business?Not helpful in the slightest.

Just gave them a ring inquiring about road conditions from ny,ny to upstate NY and they were extremly helpful. would recommend them to anyone who needs help both on and off the bike.
