DJ and his team have been wrapping my cars for over 5 years. He has done 20 cars for me. I don t trust anyone else, period. Quality, consistency, and the feeling you get, it s like family. He treats my cars like his own, and if I need anything, I know he has my back. If you wrap your cars anywhere else, once you use DJ, it's for life!

These guys embody excellence. Seeing as this was my first time getting my car wrapped I was a bit nervous about the whole experience. They gave me all the time I needed. Answered all my questions, and even went above and beyond for me by picking up and dropping off my car. I did a ton of research and these guys were very fair with their prices. Highly recommend.

Illmatic did a phenomenal job on wrapping my 911 Turbo. I did a full color change from Carrera White to Maritime Blue. The installer suggested I do accent black color on the mirrors, intake and wing - turned out to be a great suggestion. I was skeptical on doing the door jambs since it was a convertible and I was worried about the doors being installed back correctly but the wrap job was done perfectly. I had an issue with my spoiler where it was not working properly after the wrap install but they fixed that issue promptly. Hannah was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process.The job took longer than their initial time estimate but they took their time to do it right. Their pricing is a bit higher than competition but I went with Illmatic b/c of their top notch reviews and convenient location. Also, you get what you pay for. I will 100% be a return customer.

I must advise anyone looking to use illmatic Wraps is making a awesome choice ! Wether you looking for wrapping or many of other services , they are best of the best!!! I bought a new BMW M4 which was my dream car to cruise around . I loved everything about the car except for the tomato red color but it was such a great deal . DJ and Jay, owner and manager gave me all their time and showed me all my options of color wrappings When I picked the car up I had no idea that was the same M4 I dropped off. Excellent and the upmost professionalism work!!!!! DJ, Jay and the crew are top notch, no need to look anywhere else!!!!Robbie

First off, let me say this....it took me a while to write a review because I simply cannot put together words that describe the incredibleness of DJ (the owner) and the team at illmatic Wraps. There is clearly a reason why, they're the #1 wrap shop in NY/NJ (my humble opinion, #1 in the entire country). They have wrapped my past three vehicles and DJ's vision on design far surpasses anyone in the industry. Their level of communication, service, attention to detail and love for the auto industry truly sets them apart. I speak for myself and everyone that has gotten some sort of "ill" treatment when I say, don't think twice, just become a customer for LIFE! Thank you to team Illmatic! I just received the Xpel paint protection film, Fusion Ceramic Coating, powder coating, and window tints. From the consult, where I met with the owner, DJ, who gave me some great ideas on how to make my new Tesla pop, to the day I dropped off and went over my Tesla with the techs I felt like family. Illmatic Wraps is very professional and kept me up to date on my project and everything was so meticulous. They even got my car finished a day ahead of schedule which I was thrilled about. I came in to pick it up and it looked amazing. They told me to come back in a month so they can inspect it and make sure the PPF is up to the illmatic standard which goes to show that they really stand behind their work! I also have a 3 year warranty with them in case anything happens! They are the best PPF installers in Jersey hands down. You have a customer for life! Thank you again to the whole team for bringing my vision to life and making it a reality. I can t stop going outside to stare at my car.

I highly recommend illmatic wraps for wrapping your car! DJ, Manny and the whole team were all great artists and very professional. DJ s mom was also sweet and accommodating. All in all, they did such an awesome job with my Tesla MXPlaid with the Psychedelic flip wrap, PPF, window tint, and ceramic coating! They did it in a timely manner, even less time than projected. DJ quoted me a reasonable price for the work they did. Paying was all digital and seamless. They took care of my car so well and my wife and I are so happy with how our car looks! It s stunning! The pictures don t do justice! If you re still on the fence about wrapping your car, go talk to DJ. He s been doing this for a long time! It s my first car to wrap and I can say it s worth it and I m glad I did. Illmatic Wraps give warranty for the work they do! 10stars

These guys are top notch. Their work and attention to detail is confidence inspiring. Most shops can't wait to get you out the door, meanwhile DJ wants you coming back regularly so he can check on his work and make sure you're still happy. Everyone is warm and welcoming, and communication is excellent throughout the process. Attached are a before/after of the stealth PPF they installed. Absolutely flawless. Highly recommended

I loved the work done by DJ and his crew so much, that It's taken me a few days to write down this review due to not wanting to stop driving my car.The customer service and attention to detail is only superseded by the results given by Illmatic Wraps. They're so focused on giving you the best product, that the wait is well worth it. DJ is always there for any questions you have or for any issues that may arise. Great job and definitely recommend them. Love my car.

OCD. I am OCD. Ppl think I am crazy as I see things ppl don t. I do. The hairline scratch on the iphone screen, even the case I have need to be scratch free or I have to switch out the cases. Also have to buy protection for cases. So call me whatever you want but I need to be sure that my goods are scratch free and perfect. I got my new tesla m3 And wanted to do a full body PPF. after debating for a while, whether I should go to Hillsborough NJ after seeing some recommendations on TMC NJ post or Illmatic due to the Google reviews and proximity, I decided to stop by at Illmatic to check out the owner and his shop. DJ, like many ppl mentioned here was very calm and cool personality. Very accommodating and gave me a tour around and let me see the PPF work they were doing. It was just impossible to tell there was a film. (I have done my PPFs before on my other telsa and always seen the edge of the film, but his job was perfect.) No bubbles no seams. I knew this was it and I went for it. Had to reschedule once as I had to refuse my delivery from Tesla as they did a terrible paint job on the first car. But DJ was very understanding and rescheduled with no problem. Got it done a few days ago and picked it up. I rarely say perfect but it was. Couldn t believe my eyes but it was. I was told that there was a follow up meeting to see if there are any issues with the PPF installation. It just goes to tell how serious he takes his professionalism. It is just art.. and I can t thank him enough for his work on my car. Recommend recommend. I ll upload the pictures later.

Their work is immaculate as well as the turn around time.. I've my truck wrapped their twice. For my second wrap, I took some advice from the owner, DJ, and his idea came out phenomenal.. Here are pics of my first wrap (Satin Gray w/ Satin Black Stripe and door handles) Second is wrap is (Suede Gray w/ Gloss Black Stripe, Running Boards and Door Handles)

These guys did a awesome job I got my hood wrapped and my tires powder coated by them this pic comes 6 months later and everything looks amazing and the reason for this is cause the place I got the hood from totally different place called vicrez took 6 months to send me the correct inserts. As soon as vicrez sent the inserts I called illmatic wraps told them I got them and they told me to come right in and did it right there on the spot it was awesome. I feel like they went the extra mile to make me happy super good guys and put in the inserts at no cost six months later and was mad cool about it. They are all great where really professional and the best part whenever u go there u get to see some awesome cars like a car show everytime I go. Thanks guys I appreciate it great job!!!!

I just a bought a rare 2021 r8 spyder and wanted to get top notch work so I came here.They did a great job , they we re able to wrap the car completely with no issues. They were very professional , they also were able to wrap the middle back trunk black and the sides black , and also sides mirrors too. The middle back trunk came with carbon fiber and so did the sides. So I decided to change it black to match better. Once I get more pictures I will post them on the website

I had ceramic coating done 2 years ago at a shop in Parsippany who did a terrible job. I brought the car to Illmatic to correct their job, recoat, as well as try and fix some scratches and custom rally stripes. I am super happy with the job, truly professionals. Rebecca at the front desk does a great job too. You definitively get what you pay for. Price was reasonable. Will be back in the future for sure. A+Service: Paint repair

I have been using illmatic Wraps for over 6 years now. They are always my go to whenever I need a car wrapped. They have done about 5 wraps for me to date and I am never disappointed. They are the best in the game hands down. DJ the owner is very hands on and makes sure he is involved in all the projects in his shop. He has great vision and can make magic happen. Have recommended him to countless people and they have all been extremely satisfied. You will not be disappointed.

Overall great customer service but lack of communication amongst the Illmatic team and quick fix work caused me to drop off my vehicle on multiple occasions.The initial installment looked good but required the courtesy one month follow-up to see how everything had set. Unfortunately, I had to redo 3 doors, which I had initially appreciated as the team recognized these areas at the follow-up.However, I noticed additional mistakes that caused me to schedule another drop off after the courtesy check-in. I had told Illmatic to take their time as I wanted them to do it right and I also didn t want to have to come back if rushed.Unfortunately, I had to go back two more times as the concern wasn t addressed and the team had miscommunicated. Bryan and Jay were very nice though and I know that they wanted to deliver great work but their team was a bit sloppy.As a result, this caused me multiple, unnecessary trips, costs of Ubers back and forth, and multiple inconveniences as I was left car-less.Overall, nice people with good intentions but be clear with what you want and make sure their team communicates amongst each other.

Man oh man...One of the hardest things to come by is a business that is attentive to quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction - and Illmatic Wraps succeeds in all of these things.The services at Illmatic wraps are by far one of the best in the game, very much so the East Coast. I had a Satin Grey Vinyl wrap, chrome delete, powder coating on my wheels, and sand and paint for my calipers to come out with the beast pictured below.The second I arrived at the shop, DJs crew was so welcoming and they all made sure your presence was felt. I was in and out in 10 mins, a very quick process in which I picked my color, talked about the job I wanted, negotiated pricing, agreed on some dates and settled payment. Came by in 1 week on the date promised to a phenomenal job on my vehicle.The wrap detailing is legit incredible. The vinyl is meticulously wrapped around the edges of the panels evenly to hide the wrap, and everything is so flush and smooth that it looks like a paint job. Chrome delete and badge blackout came out exactly as desired and DJ had especially followed through with many special requests. The powder coating came out sweet and DJ and his team were there through out the entire process to make sure things went smoothly by answering all questions too, which is contributed to why they get the 5/5 for customer satisfaction.5/5 stars, and if you re looking for an honest business that gives you a quality job for a very VERY fair price, Illmatic is most definitely the place.Service: Painting

From the very start , there was an amazing energy and friendliness about the place. I made an appointment and DJ and his assistant gave me their advice and expertise on getting my first wrap done. The dead matte black wrap came out amazing and gets compliments and awe staring eyes everyday! Would definitely recommend since everything about this place is professional and very welcoming. 5/5 Amazing experience. Will get my rims done from here too.
