I thought my experience here was going to be a good one until I paid my bill in full and I was given a crappy receipt. It's so bad my advisor asked for a better copy of it. I called Hackensack Auto Springs & Wheel and asked could I please get a better copy and the receptionist was snappy and said " I could try and make it neater but it's going to be the same thing". Totally shocked because I was a good customer. Not going back.

These guys are worth their weight in GOLD!Good Guys you can trust!They are the real deal. Don t waste your time going anywhere else. They are true artist at their craft. They do a stellar job. They even take the time to go over everything with you. I have a 3500 dually that no one could align and these guys got me in and out.They don t make people like this anymore. This is a solid business built by generations doing things honest and right.

If you bring a project they will go above and beyond to custom make parts for you to do your project. Definitely a 5+ stars business.A big thank you to Brian from Angel off the Highway.

One word to describe the place is "HONEST".Good Honest People. I brought my car for a wheel alignment & brake fluid flush. The Young Lady on the phone is very knowledgeable & patient. The employees that called me are Great, Patient & Honest. Even though I had to be quick on the phone cause I had a line of people to help.

All mechanics are very knowledgeable and kind. They are truly professional. The price is reasonable and clear. Honest place. Highly recommend this place. They are busy, so you must call for reservations.

Phenomenal service & work all around. I first went to them about 15 years ago for an alignment on my lowered Integra as they were one of the few places that could align lowered cars at the time. I recently bought a new car & was going to go to a different place that was closer but a friend recommended them & since I already had a good experience, I went & I'm glad. Just a real good shop

When no one else could do my alignment they could. Only place I seen drive the vehicle before, during, and after the process to make sure you leave satisfied. Victoria at the front desk was amazing. Love the product that I get to use there! I haven't had a problem with any brushes scratching my paint in any car so far, and I been going there for quite a few years now. Very neat and organized with the way the items are hung on the wall for the power washer, foam cannon, and brush. Great place to wash your car, and if with friends it's a good little hang out spot to wash your cars together!

Brought my lowered G37 here for an alignment. No hassle or issue getting on the rack. The tech drives the car before, several times during and after the alignment process to ensure their work is done right. Best alignment I ve had done in some time.

Support this awesome local business!! HIGHEST quality work and friendly customer service. Bryan and his team are true professionals. My 2006 vehicle brakes and corners like it's brand new. I was given options on parts and services and they actually talked me out of the expensive upgrades I thought I needed/wanted. I won't go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

My truck had 2 broken leaf springs, and the stealership wanted $2100.00 to fix it. I went to Hackensack Spring for a 2nd opinion. I am glad I did. They replaced / repaired the broken springs, and I was back in my truck the same day, for about 1/3 of what the stealership wanted. My trucks ride is so much better now, no more shimmies and clunking. I will be returning for any suspension/alignment related repairs, and recommending Hackensack Spring to friends and family. Thanks!*** UPDATE *** I recently purchased a modest lift kit / suspension upgrade for my truck (leaf springs / coils/ Bilstein 5100s), and needed a local shop to perform the install work, so Hackensack spring got the job. They did a great job, and the truck rides awesome. Work was reasonably priced, and completed in a timely manner. Still highly recommended.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys were not only experienced, they put the ball in your court ,when it came to the repair, and let you know everything that was wrong with your car, that way it's your decision whether or not to get it fixed, It is your fault that if in 3 days later ,when something happens you you didn't addressed those repairs...

Needed no appointment. Came in for an alignment. Front desk receptionist was helpful and nice. I have seen other shops work differently when aligning my vehicle. I was confused on the fact that they took my car out from the shop for a couple of test drive to see if the car was running fine. After about an hour wait I got my car back and they charged me $70. They said nothing else. I since then sold the car I took to get an alignment but I honestly was not convinced on the work they performed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

The best place to go in town for any suspension or alignment problem. I went in this morning and was greeted by a young lady by the name of Victoria at the front desk, who was full of life and energy and very professional. She made my transition smooth and the job was done within 25mins. My car is no longer pulling to the left and my Wednesday morning is off to great start. Thanks you guys . Good old school Bergen County garage still going strong. Brian the manager is a very nice and honest guy. He definitely goes out of his way to make the customer happy. My only fault was the job they did was supposed to be done the same day. It ended up taking a day and a half. It wasn't totally their fault since on of the parts they were installing didn't want to cooperate. Overall I was totally satisfied with the finished product. Don't let the outside fool you, they do more than truck lifts. They do classics and modern car suspensions.

We are constantly on the move. Brian and the team managed to squeeze us in and even had a part overnighted from California to get us back on the road as soon as possible. Not only was the work done well, but we were kept up to date telephonically of progress. A great operation, fair pricing and friendly professional people. Highly recommended.

Had one of the best experiences here. Being a female, its hard to get an honest diagnosis on my car. I came in for an alignment because my car was acting funny. They checked it out for me, called me with the diagnosis. I couldn't afford it that day, but I did pay a diagnostic fee of only $40! Came back a week later and they got the job done that same day. They even deducted the diagnostic fee off of my final bill that was already a reasonable price. I am so thankful! Thank you guys. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for honest service.

I stopped in because of suspension issues from an accident. They were able to take it in immediately to see what would be involved. Once the issues were discussed, they were able to complete the job the same day with no regrets. My truck now rides like it did when it was new, and that was 10 years ago. The staff are friendly and professional, I highly recommend them.

What i like:- Best alignment place for after market suspension- By appointment only but on time- Cheaper than other places- Parking lot- Great customer service

The front desk lady had an attitude when she spoke to me . I wanted to drop off my boyfriend car because I was recommended this place by my own mechanic.since you guys were on trucks and 4 x 4. If you want to have your company have a good first impression, explain to the front desk lady how to speak with the right tone . This has nothing to do with the mechanic or anything because they could not work on my car. This is just about the front desk lady. #unfriendly

A lot of people talk about Ivan in a good way and they recommend him to the fullest. Everyone talks about his great work and his skill. I had to try it for myself and with that being said nice guy and very honest. he communicates everything to you and lets you know if there's an issue before working on your vehicle and recommends what to do to fix certain problems.

They did a great Job on my Alignment. Drives perfectly straight. Steering wheel dead centered perfect. They've been here forever. I use them for all my Alignment work.

The lady that sits at front desk has a very nasty attitude she doesn't know how to speak with customers i dont see how owner have a person like this working for him i seen review on her with other people. Saying same thing so you know i not lying. If someone as a customer came in and told her how fat she is how would she like that thats the type of. Energy she puts out whe you come threw that door
