Gerber RV is an amazing facility. We had them work on a front-end issue on our motorhome and install a flat tow system in our dingy car. The quality of their work is top notch! The facility is well equipped, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and refreshingly mindful.What is particularly unique, Gerber RV is a one-stop shop providing experienced and superior service on all aspects of an RV; chassis, engine, coach and body work.We have been to many RV repair centers over the years. Most were OK. These guys are great! If you have an RV, especially a motorhome, these are the people you want performing service on it!

Friendly staff and knowledgable. The mechanic knew what he was talking about, which is always good. I suggest make an appointment and don't just show up and expect to be serviced. I brought my rv because my Cummins generator kept shutting off. The place is spacious enough and very well equipped even for large, class A rvs.

Gerber RV is a hidden gem in the middle of Hackensack. David at the parts department went out of his way to find a part for my Rv.I never would have known it was there without Google Maps. Hip

Very good communication. Kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle and didn't approve any work being done without running it past me first. Very happy with the work done and the price paid. Would bring my RV here again in the future if in the area. Quality work

I highly recommend Gerber RV Truck and Bus for RV renovations, restorations and conversions. Scott and his team did an amazing job restoring our 1972 Airstream which was in quite poor condition when we brought her in. The team was so detail oriented, sourcing lights and other fixtures that matched with the other vintage fixtures, preserving the classic look and feel of the trailer without sacrificing function. I felt his team took a personal interest in the project and had an immense amount of pride in the work they did. We are extremely satisfied.

I visited this place to help me install a few windows on my 2018 Mercedes Sprinter Van. They understood perfectly what needed to be done.Few months later had them installed and I can't say enough about how happy I am about how the look. Very impressed.Been asking all kinds of questions to both Dave's and they absolutely remarkable explaining very clearly the bells and whistles of everything.Scott could help you understand any miss informaci�n you may have on anything you looking to install or add to your vehicle.They do collision work, electrical wiring and much more. They have 45 years in business so yeah they know exactly how to fix anything.

Def will be bringing my work truck back here for future work. Had multiple issues with my truck. They were able to fix all of them in a short period of time. If I can rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Their customer service is great. They fixed my furnace and the electronics on my tow car in one day. Their hours are convenient for early drop off and pick up (7am).

Dropped off Dometic boat refrigerator, 10 days later still no diagnostic was performed. Went to pick it up and was told that cooling unit was broken and that it's not serviceable part. I was charged $154 even though nothing was done (not even diagnostic I believe). I just had a friend charge it with freon and it works fine. Shame on you Gerber RV.

Gerber Review On November 29, 2017, I brought my trailer to Gerber for repairs as part of an insurance claim, after a motor vehicle accident.I was told it would take 4 days to complete.I specifically mentioned that we have a weekend business needed any repairs done for a Friday. I also requested that they ordered the parts ahead of time so the work could be completed on time.They said to drop it off Monday 1/8/18 it would be done Friday 1/12/18.On Thursday, the 11th they called to say they were waiting on a part and it wouldn t be ready until Monday the 15th. I was livid.They claimed it was a special tape that was needed, when in actuality they measured wrong and ordered the wrong part.In short, they tried to make the wrong part fit, which looked like hell.And I did miss that weekend of business because they wouldn t release the trailer until the insurance paid them.-That s no way to build customer relationship-When I went to pick it up the following week, they had my trailer parked up close to a bus hoping I wouldn t notice the shottie work. The panel they replaced looked worse than the one that was damaged from the accident.I told them it needed to be fixed properly.They told me to bring it back Monday 1/22/18 and they would fix it.Then they called and said Monday the 29th instead.Then they said no, bring it February 5th.Finally on Tuesday February 6 they replaced the panel and I picked up the trailer but the custom wrap still was not installed and I noticed 2 otherproblems with their craftsmanship.A safety light was reinstalled in a different location and half of it was behind a rain gutter (when I removed it to relocate it, there was no silicone. Thanks Gerber!)The other issue is with a section of trim that was originally one long piece.It appears they had some scraps lying around and pieced them together to save some money.Now, while all this is happening, I m using my trailer for work without the custom wrap.My business is all about appearance, presentation and atmosphere. So for for nearly two months my trailer is unwrapped and incomplete when they said it would take 4 days to finish.The trailer was finally completed on Friday February 16, 2018, more than a month later than they said it would be completed.If I could give zero stars , that s what they get from me.I went to Gerber with hopes of being a long term customer, mostly because of their location.Now, I ll drive as far as I have to.Gerber is not worth the convenience...PS- 3/23/2018 I finally got around to installing the marker lights (note: they took off and never put back on) and noticed more garbage work of theirs. The bottom of the replacement panel was never screwed to the trailer frame but they put decorative screws to make it look finished.

If you diy your car oil change. This is the one to go to for used oil and oil containers recycling. My first time going there and told them I have used motor oil and oil containers. The guy who helped me gladly took my recyclables and that was it.

Wow! I want to give a shot out to Gerber RV in Hackensack NJ. Someone tried to steal my catalytic convertor and removed half my exhaust instead. I dropped off at Gerber on Tuesday and picked up my complete rig today AHEAD of schedule!! What RV place meets deadlines, let alone is early??
