I honestly never had such a smooth car shopping experience. I was only looking to inquire about my options in purchasing in the near future but left within hours with my new car. Ive been car shopping with family before so I went into F&M with the expectation of an all day experience. The team was professional, kind and patient with all my questioning. I visited other dealerships to inquire on my options and always felt the salesman was taking advantage of me. Not here. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car. Love my new Honda!

F&M Auto Brokerage did it once again! This is my 3rd time working with them. Alfonzo literally made the process so easy and all I had to do is come in and sign. I was in and out of the dealership with 30 minutes. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!If you are looking for personalized and efficient service when looking for a car- F&M Auto Brokerage is what you are looking for. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Quick and easy application process. I asked for quotes for various different cars. I received the quotes within hours and never had to deal with a hassling sales man. Once I arrived my car purchase was ready to go. I filled out the necessary paperwork quickly. Then I was off to enjoy my new purchase!This is my second time working with F&M and their service is flawless!!!Thank you F&M Auto!!!

F&M Auto Brokerage customer service truly stands out! Alfonzo's professionalism genuineness and constant communication made me feel at easy during the entire process. I at no point felt like a customer but rather a friend or family member whom he was trying to help. The process was streamlined, quick and hassle free! Note that I was in a vehicle accident on Saturday.I was worried I wouldn't have a car for months, however F&M Auto Brokerage made sure I had a car in less than 5 days. I found out my car was totaled on a Wednesday, filled the credit application that same night and was contacted by Alfonzo the next day, Thursday. By Friday of that week I had a car! Alfonzo's knowledge allowed me to be confident in my purchase and for that I am super thankful.

F&M Auto made my FIRST car buying experience a very easy ride, providing nothing short of phenomenal customer service. You can relax knowing that you are in good hands and those guys act as the middle man so that you are stress free. Matthew Gonzalez was extremely communicative and assuring throughout the entire process. His knowledge and professionalism allowed me to be confident in my purchase and for that I am super thankful. Great team of guys that are definitely "Miracle Workers" !!!!

The good people at F&M Auto Brokerage are miracle workers! Prior to purchasing my vehicle I was told that the car buying process would be stressful, drawn out and annoying. However, with F&M Auto NONE of this was true. Alfonzo Smith ensured that my experience was smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. He provided me with the required information to ensure that I was fully informed about my vehicle and confident with my purchase. To them I wasn t just another sale where they were working for commission like most dealers. Instead I was able to work with honest & genuine people who understand that the car buying experience can be a little nerve wrecking. I can say I was very anxious going in. But I soon came to realize that this is a place where my dream car can become reality without signing over my life. The staff at FM Auto works hard for what you want & makes the process easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

When i could not find a car dealership that would finance me I had but all given up when my daughter referred me to to F&M Auto Brokerage Firm. From the very beginning Alfonso and Frank showed me professionalism, charisma, honesty like I've never seen before. And I knew I could trust them straight from the door..I contacted them on Monday I was driving in my new car by Friday. They found me my "dream car" and I am forever grateful.. Not only did they find me a car they also help me get insurance without having to lift a finger or make a phone call .If you are looking for the perfect car with low monthly payments, a dealership you can trust, and 2 Amazing "Car All Stars"...LOOK NO FURTHER!! Best car buying experience ever by far. I needed a car in a short amount of time with lots of limitations. Not only did they find me the best deal, but they handled Everything. All I had to do was sign and drive away. I don't ever want to go anywhere else. Caring, honest and professional. I'd highly recommend F&M.

Exceptional service! Quick responses to any inquiry's I had, they make shopping for a car, simple and easy. I felt as if everything was at my finger tips. Was sent the application directly to my email, was able to fill it out and send it back in minutes. They are truly the miracle workers! They turned the stress of shopping for a car into a positive experience. They went above and beyond to help. It is very comforting to have a middle man between yourself (the customer) and a car Dealership- Not to mention the headaches, trials, and tribulations associated with car shopping.....5 stars, is not enough! #FMauto

FM auto takes away the dreaded hassle of trying to fight for a good car deal. From the credit application and appraisal, to the negotiation process and the small formalities, they handle it all. I was especially impressed with Alfonzo, who is very professional, courteous, knowledgable and PATIENT. He will also put in an admirable amount of effort to get you the car that YOU want at the price you can afford. He used his many resources and worked a miracle. I learned so much in the process and walked away from a horrible trade into a beautiful luxury car. I will always use the FM auto team when buying a car. Highly recommend this brokerage firm.

Let me just say this within 5 hours I Had My FULLY LOADED SUV; 2020 Volvo! I didn t know too much about Volvo but they gave me time to research and didn t pressure me to settle. They were patient and pleasant. Contact them for your vehicle; you will NOT be disappointed!

Communication is nonexistent. Reached out twice over a 6 months period via their website and was never contacted. The sheer unprofessionalism in communication alone is a direct reflection of a business that I would not want to handle a $50,000+ purchase for me.
