Just recently I was looking for shops to get work done ( Tire upgrades, Oil change, brake service) on my Durango and came across ETD Discount Tire & Service, I was really pleased with the genuine customer service and willing to provide information to my questions. I found that not many shops were willing to do while in my search for a place to service my vehicle;astounding by the way. Dave, the GM and ETD team provided great service and prices, highly recommend them!

Went in to change my tires and ended up addressing other issues. Was in and out in about an hr. Unlike some other places in the area that make you wait hours just to change a tire. Very fast and efficient. Dave is an excellent professional rep. Will be coming back for future services

I have been to ETD Discount Tire & Service twice already for my cabin/air filter and a new tire. Both times, the staff have been welcoming, friendly, professional and the prices are very reasonable. JR was such a pleasure to work with on my first visit! The waiting time has been decent with a comfortable waiting area. The facility is also very clean. I have definitely found a new home to service my vehicle.

So I made a eight o'clock appointment at AAMCO And I showed up on time. I ring both doorbells and no one was there so I left after 15 minutes and I went right down the street to this ETD. They took me right away.They went over my issue in full detail and the price was very reasonable for what needed to be done. Staff was very nice and prquestion mark.I would definitely recommend this place and I am definitely coming back

Full service shop!Not just tires!So happy I found this place. I stumbled across it when looking for tires, and have been back for multiple services. I worked at a family garage a long time ago, and this place has the same excellent and honest service.The managers, and Renado J.R., know they're stuff and give good advice. They don't look to add services or gouge prices. When they heard I had bought a used car for my son they took the time to great detail checking it over and walked me through everything. It's this type of care and service that will keep me coming here.Many times I or my wife have dealt with dishonest service at other facilities. It is awesome to know I can send my wife or child to this shop and know they'll be treated with respect and leave with a safe vehicle.

If I could give one more star for friendly customer service, I would. I've been to ETD in Westwood and couldn't get a slot for a flat tire. I called up Hackensack and they were ready to accommodate. The facility is brand-new, service is awesome and it is conveniently located. Has a nice waiting area with TV and a coffee machine. There are places to eat around in case you need to wait longer.I will be coming back here for any needs.

Highly recommend Renato to take care of all your car servicing needs! Excellent service, no waiting. Had my radiator and hoses replaced due to a coolant leak, and an oil change & new battery. He even checked out a separate issue I was having and helped me find the part I needed to order so I could fix it myself. I'll definitely be taking my car back here in the future!

I have been to ETD a few times for both of my cars and they made the process easy. They ensured to take care of my car and Renato the sales manager even gave advice on how to continue to care for your car tires and when you should consider getting new ones. I had an issue with a tire they installed and it was fixed right away on the spot. I recommend them if you are in the area.

Just had the struts and sway bar links on the 2011 Sienna replaced. The ride is just like the day I bought the Sienna. Dave and Renato take their jobs to heart and do it well and remind us why it is worth going the ETD Discount Tire Center. To the management team of ETD and John Boyle be sure to keep these guys on your team. They set the bar high. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Simply amazing customer service. Dave, at the front desk, is the best. I explained what was wrong with my car and he explained everything that they would do to fix my issues. Thanks again Dave. And thanks to the mechanic who fixed my car perfectly.

Renato was amazing!!!!! We have a brand new Toyota Tacoma that has been to the dealership eleven times because of a vibration on the tires. We even went trough the trouble of getting new tires on the vehicle and still the truck had the vibration. Not even the dealership was able to balance the tires and make it right. ETD Discount Tire in Hackensack is the place to go. Renato listen to our complaints and immediately got to work on balancing the tires. His work was excellent!!! We are so happy our vehicle is driving the way it should have from the beginning. Thank you Renato, you re the best!!!!

Such a good experience at ETD! My car broke down on the way to Maryland and got towed to their shop- they quickly looked at my car and it was thankfully an easy fix- I was back on the road in a few hours. Highly recommend!

Came in for tire installment, balance, and alignment and they did just that. Gave me very helpful honest advice but never tried to upsell me. Paid exactly what they quoted me from the beginning. I would average an extra 1-1:30hr to get the job done, however, it is a very well done job at that! Very satisfied, will definitely be coming back!

This place and its employees are awesome!On 12/22 I scheduled an appointment for today, 12/30 at 11:00am. Arrived 5 min prior to appointment.Was greeted immediately and very professionally.Car was done within an hour.Really can t beat the service and professionalism from this shop!Will definitely come back.Thanks again guys!

So today I realized I had a slow leak with one of my tires. After calling around to get it fixed. I finally got a yes from ETD even though they were closing in a half hour. I was so grateful for the professionalism and courtesy they showed me. I will be a customer for them again and recommend there services 100 percent.

I discovered a nail in my tire and the team at ETD were amazing from beginning to start. They are very friendly, when I called prior to arriving all of my questions were answered! I was in & out within a very reasonable time. Great service and prices as well! Thank you Renato!!

Excellent service. My vehicle was having severe electrical issues and I brought to EDT Service in Hackensack based on another customer's recommendation. The vehicle needed new alternator and battery which to my delight was completed within a 1/2 day. I was quickly back on the road and EDT Hackensack will be my go to place for service.

I came to ETD for new tires because I had a bad experience at a dealership. After walking in, the manager walked me through all of my options. Lucky for me they had a promotion for Michelin tires and I decided to move forward with this. The manager also noticed my rims were scratched and peeling. The damage was done at a dealership and I explained to him how upset I was about this. He told me that they can restore my rims as well so I decided to give it a shot. When I picked my car up the next day, I was amazed. My rims look better than ever and the tires are 10/10. ETD turned a bad experience with a dealership into an amazing experience. I will be taking my car to ETD only now and I am very happy with the service.

The service I received from the ETD Discount Tire & Service team was exemplary. Specifically, team member Dave took the initiative to locate a tire that was initially thought to be discontinued to ensure that my vehicle had all matching tires, which is a MUST for high-end all-wheel-drive automobiles. Moreover, after having just replaced all four tires a short time ago, they only had about 8K miles on them, so it was essential to have an exact replacement. He secured the tire at a great price and with quick installation.So, if you are in the market for a new, replacement, or tire repair. In that case, I strongly recommend the 340 River Street, Hackensack ETD Discount Tire and Service Center team. They will definitely be my new go-to place for all-tier services.

Not super pleased with this place. I wasn't going here.. I wanted the Toyota of Hackensack the next business over and the map led me here and said I arrived for some annoying reason. Now that's not the problem, but tell me y when I went to the front desk and told them I have an appointment, why try to trick me and take down my info as if they were who I made my appointment with. Eventually I caught on and I asked if he saw me down for an appointment then he finally agreed and he the guy was like yea you're right, we dont see you but we could fit you in. Like huh? I didn't make an appointment w u.. why are you acting like you're the correct dealership. It was manipulative. Idk get your own business

Dave and the crew are awesome. Had a set of tires professionally installed : timely, correct psi,and they even cleaned the lugs! Free alignment check, marginally off, didn't push correcting. Overall staff is very friendly and diligent, transparent pricing, and good at their job.

My husband and I were shopping competitors for a place to get all four tires changed and eventually settled on ETD for pricing and customer service. Renato provided a really great phone consult. He laid out all of our different options and was patient with my inquiries. Never felt pressured to buy one tire over another or felt like I had to buy during that phone consult. I actually gave it a couple hours before I booked with the company while I did research of my own. Jairo checked me in and was very kind, efficient, patient, and kept me updated with my vehicle. The whole staff was very kind and professional. Waiting area is small but neat, comfortable, and decent with small refreshments available. Will definitely go back !

I needed a tire replaced and came here. The level of customer service I received was incredible. High level of professionalism and efficiency. Price was very competitive with some of the other discount tire spots too. I will absolutely be returning for anything my car might need in the future. Thank you so much guys, this place is a gem.
