Went to have my tracker tires change over and the customer service was great. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, will recommend to anyone who needs service for any vehicle.

I am an assistant fire chief in Bergen County. 3 of our vehicles desperately needed tires and the friendly staff of commercial tire got us our tires THE SAME DAY. Since then those vehicles have responded to serious incidents safely and without dangerous tires. Thank you for everything you do!

Professional staff, took my car in instantly after arriving. I got my tires ordered before arriving by Lauren, she gave me options. She also went out of her way to make sure I had the tire pressure sensors on time. Her opinion of Yokohama line of tires were a perfect fit and are actually performing better than my other brand of tires I usually buy. Thank you guys for being timely, professional, and all around a place I will always get my tires from now on!

THEY WERE GREAT! Got me in and out very quick. I had an emergency flat and my insurance had a 2 hour wait before roadside came these folks were able to come to my car within 30 MINUTES and fix my one flat. I decided to just change all my tires with them the next day. They swapped out my tires and balanced them. Soad and Lauren are a pleasure to work with. Prices can t be beat!!Definitely recommending to all my friends and family!

I had the pleasure of purchasing tires for my 2013 Ford explorer this past Monday from this company. I dealt with a very nice woman named Lauren who was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose what was going to best suit my needs. She had the guys in the shop jump right to it and while the work was being done she was kind enough to allow myself and my two daughters (who can be quite a handful) hang out in the office out of the heat and treated my kids like they were her own. My entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful and I commend Lauren and the rest of the staff for such a job well done. I will never use another tire shop again, commercial tire service all the way!

I had a flat tire and found my spare (including the hub it was on) was also bad. I walked in to Commercial Tire Service and in less than twenty minutes they patched the tire, had a new spare ordered, and even suggested some locations to find a new hub. Once the new spare came in they mounted it on the new hub in minutes and disposed of the old one. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to assist me; I highly recommend CTS!

Didn't like the woman's attitude. She wasn't haelpful while on the phone. She kinda was sighing when I was asking question. You dont treat your potential customers as if you are tired. I asked only 2 questions.

Bought a new car and on the way home we landed a flat on the highway, our GPS lead us to commercial tire service. Everyone was so nice and so reasonably priced! They were quick and got us on our way in about 25 mins. I m so glad we ended up here. I definitely recommend this shop!
