If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Melody super friendly and very welcoming, I worked with Rob who was very professional! they made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. They were able to fix my car quickly and efficiently, and the quality of their work was exceptional. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. Overall, I highly recommend quality of work is top notch. Thank you Class A!

I wish I had before and after photos illustrating its quality work. There are some reviews I've read professing how rude the front office can be. I, too, was afraid of being treated rudely. However, my concerns weren't borne out.The shop does do quality work. Any consumer can make judgment by the cars it works on. I can certainly go to closer bodyshops to me, but when you find one like Class A, my fears are alleviated. Sometimes, a little patience and diplomacy go a long way.At first, I feared I was also being treated unfairly. However, coming from an aspect where customer service is crucial, take a deep breath and be patient. It goes a long way. Dave is great. You won't be disappointed. There are days they can be quite busy, so a little patience goes quite far for quality workmanship.I've worked for BMW at its port facility in Jersey City on brand new cars brought over from Germany. Extremely comparative. The choice is yours. Don't lose out. Squeak out the details. You're the customer. Class A will be worth it.

They have incredible service and are very fridndly and professional! Rob worked on my car after I got rear ended and he was super thorough with updates and the job. They regularly called and texted to keep me updated on estimate date it would be fixed and they actually were done a few days early. I was out of town so couldn t pick up and they kept the car until I was ready to pick it up. They were always super responsive when I called and they explained everything really well. The itemized bill was also very detailed and the process with the insurance was very easy because Class A handled it. Would definitely trust them with my car and bring it back here again for regular maintenance or if anything were to happen.

We had a wonderful experience with this Autobody. We have used them 3 times (not our fault) but the employees go above and beyond to help. Karen kept us updated with everything and Melody answered any questions I had regarding any insurance claims/help. You can hear her smile over the phone. They both seemed very happy to help.

My car was sent here by StateFarm auto insurance as they are an authorized repair shop. Initial repair went smooth, right up until the day of pick up which the process was weird. They first had me come in and sign all the documents and then took me outside to inspect the car. I noticed something wrong with the rear passenger side door lock, so I brought it to their attention and immediately they took it back inside. I noticed they didn t care to repair my front bumper that had damaged from the accident, made that know more than one time. Now fast forward 2 weeks and I decided to open the window on the door that had the lock situation and the mirror won t come back up ..it s 29 degrees Fahrenheit and I am in a different state. On top of all this I have my dog that travels with me and I do not know how I m going to get back home with this problem that was caused by Class A Autobody. Took my car to a glass repair shop and they said the door was missing brackets that would ve held my mirror. And guess what I found 4 brackets in the door pocket holder. Thanks for the safety check class A!

Class A gave me hopes again that there is great, high quality auto body shops that work to perfection. I ve used a couple different shops throughout the time and none come even close to how detailed and amazing of a job class A does! I recently dropped off my Honda accord there from a hit and run incident -_- as soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Service is amazing, Dave explained everything nice and easy and job was done within a week. You won t be disappointed.

My truck was stolen and upon recovery was taken to class A for repairs. The entire staff was so kind and informative. The process was incredibly easy, as they took care of everything and kept me in the loop. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car looked brand new when I got it back. I recently had a terrible experience at Class A Autobody shop and would strongly advise against anyone using their services. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I was left feeling completely disrespected and undervalued as a customer.From the moment I walked in, I was met with hostility from one of the staff member, Melody, who claimed that I had rubbed them the wrong way in the past. I was shocked by this response, as she was the one who did not confirm the drop off of my car by calling me to inform me that the parts have arrived as she promised she would.To make matters worse, the staff seemed to be under the impression that my husband and I were sitting in our car outside, when in reality we were standing in the entryway. We overheard Melody call me Satan since I rubbed her the wrong way the last time.To add insult to injury, I noticed that an Asian family who came in after me was treated with much more respect and courtesy. Melody was polite and friendly to them, and took the time to explain all the necessary documents. When it was my turn, I was simply handed my papers from Karen and given no further information.I was then forced to wait over an hour as the staff refused to believe me or the Progressive lady that the payment had been issued. When they finally called for my car, they brought out the wrong vehicle, causing further delays and frustration. To top it off, they brought the Asian family's car right up to the front door, but left mine far away in the rain.When I asked about the warranty, I was met with confusion and incompetence. The staff member I spoke to, Karen, seemed completely unaware of the details and offered to get the manager, Chris, for me. Overall, my experience at Class A Autobody shop was a complete disaster, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Progressive should remove them from their preferred bodyshop list.Service: Body & Trim

Exceptional work, car felt like it was brand new when I got it back. Needed some body work done due to an accident I had while on a trip. Dave was a pleasure to work with and kept me posted on the status of my car throughout the whole process - the work took longer than originally anticipated but Dave was on top of it, and took care of everything involving the insurance. Melody was also pleasant to speak with as well on the few occasions we did. I would highly recommend Class A to anyone and will be taking my car here going forward, great group of people. Outstanding service! Dave Fletcher kept me updated on the progress from start to finish. Everyone was kind and professional. My car was returned earlier than expected. Rear bumper replaced in two days. They went the extra mile and removed some scratches from around my car for free. All parts replaced on my Tahoe were original ordered from the manufacturer. Good customer service and outstanding workmanship!Class A autobody is the best Autobody shop, it deserves more than five stars. This place is absolutely amazing from the start to finish.The people are friendly, nice and good at communicating with customers. They also updated the progress during the repair via text.Excellent workmanship! After the repair was completed, my car was cleaned both inside and outside. The color of the car is completely matched. My car looks like a new car!The repair statement is very clear and detailed. I do not write a lot of reviews. As a matter of fact this is my first on Google but had to say something. Brought in an Audi A4 with rear and side panel damage. I do not have a lot of experience with auto body shops but if you have a high end car and are looking for high end service and high quality work then this is the place. From making the appointment, to the turn around time, the handling with insurance and the quality of work I was blown away by how seamless it all was. The car was returned cleaner then when I brought it in (inside and out). I was really skeptical and concerned that the quality was going to be where I wanted. My wife and I brought her car to Class A Autobody after reading many reviews. As most of the reviews stated, the quality of work was great and the time frame for completing the job was above our expectations. As for the price, it was comparable to the other estimates we obtained. Dave was excellent, very professional and explained everything to us in detail. I have had worked with Class A auto body twice and they truly work to live up to their name. They provide friendly customer service, did a superb job repairing my mercedes c 300 car door. Washed and detailed it before returning its which was above and beyond my expectations. I hope to have no additional accidents, however, I will indeed choose to work with them, if I do. They also work closely with progressive and enterprise, so my car rental was quick and easy with no wait.

They are called Class A for a reason! Great experience from start to finish...they took care of everything and made it as pleasant as can be after a recent car accident. The receptionist, Melody, was friendly and efficient. Gary, my service rep, explained everything fully and kept me in the loop until my car was ready for pick-up (which was earlier than I expected!) Top-notch auto shop! Highly recommend.

I don't have too much experience with auto body shops but I came away seriously impressed with Class A Autobody.When I called to make an appointment, I was given a guesstimate of a week turnaround, based on what's typical for that kind of repair. I brought my car in and was quoted 4-5 days once they saw it. They actually had all of the parts replaced and painted, and the car cleaned inside and out, looking perfect just one day after I brought it in. I was really amazed and pleased by that. Highly, highly recommended!

I just picked up my car at Class A Autobody and I was truly satisfied since day 1 with the professionalism of the place starting with Melody then Bill they both made my experience very pleasant. Car was ready before the time frame, work was well done, they communicate often about the progress in the reparations, and facilitate the whole process in the middle of this new social distancing approach.I truly recommend this place they are reliable, punctual, professional. Don't' have any doubts about using their services in the future.

Great customer service. Melody, the receptionist, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Thanks to Lou, he was timely with the repair estimate. I appreciated the timely updates as the repair progressed. Exceptional work on the car. The work was completed in the time frame I was given. I was impressed with the result when I picked up my car. The car looked brand new. Thanks to the team at Class A Auto body, Railroad Ave, Hackensack, NJ. This will the place to go If needed. Due to my great experience, I highly recommend Class A Auto body.

From start to finish, the staff at Class A Autobody were very professional, friendly, and really easy to work with. Receiving updates via text kept us well informed of the progress of the work. They were able to finish the work on our car a week early!!!! Would definitely use them again. Would recommend them to family, friends, and everyone!!! Thanks again!

Amazing customer service and super easy communication throughout the quote and repair process. Also they were able to take my car earlier than originally announced to accomodate the fact I was out of town for a few days and did not need my car, which saved me the cost of a rental car during the repair. And last but not least, I'm almost happy I got bumped into by somebody and needed this repair as my 2015 car now looks almost new, thanks to the amazing job they did ! ;-)

I've unfortunately been involved in several rear end accidents over the past few years. Each time, I've taken my car to this repair shop. They are friendly, dependable, and they do an awesome job - one that is backed up with a warranty.

This place was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was great!!! This is a place that really stands out in customer service!!! I give them a 120%%. I love it!!!! The repairs were done with ease and my car the front looks absolutely amazing like new!!! I will be coming back for further repairs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs!!! They will give you the best of them and they are highly dedicated!!! A++++++( not to mention I couldn t recognize my car when I saw it. I was in shock!!! Absolutely amazing) WOW!!!

Superb service, you get the car in and within 10 minutes you are on your way out, picked up by car rental agent. You get frequent text messages with the status and a link to a website where you see the repair cost estimate and the repair progress. After the repair is done, you get the car back, clean and in perfect working order with no sign of the accident.

They are the best in the business! Sadly, I've been hit several times and I only trust them to handle my car. The process is very simple from beginning to end. I love how they keep you updated, every step of the way. Even with the current state of events due to covid, it was a seamless, cleanliness process! I love them, 10 million stars
