Highly Recommended!! I purchased my battery here about 2 years ago. The other day my car wouldn t start and needed a jump. All was good until a few days later it happened again. I called Carquest and spoke to Joe. He was very helpful and efficient. He was able to verify my transaction and warranty coverage. Once I came down to the store, he took my battery and had a new one exchanged for it. Covered under warranty. Carquest really honors their warranty without any hassle. Thank you

I saw 4 employees yesterday pm but no one tries to open another register to help customers because the chunky guy was on the phone for a long time even he saw we are waiting for him to hang up the phone. It is rediculous that he can not call his coworker to help customers on the line to pay for the merchandise. I ask him if there someone can help us and other customer but he replied in arrogant manner "NO" He is Big guy but no common sense to take care/help their customers.

Old school service. When you come in no smile but who needs that. " how can i help you. ? " they have and know everything. Be ready they work hard all day and close at 5 and not open Sundays

Jimmy was helpful and pleasant. Answered questions on phone and had items ready when I arrived. Convenient location, fair prices, helpful staff.
