The customer service was amazing.The work that was performed was so perfect and well detailed that the care looked new when I picked it up. I was allowed to drop off the car earlier to accommodate my schedule and the repairs were completed sooner than expected.

I cannot say enough Good things about Bergen Brookside, the customer service was Phenomenal the repairs done to my vehicle were Perfect as well as being done very quickly. The second I walked thru the door I was made to feel that everything was taken care of and it was Percent! I would Highly Recommend them to anyone. If you've had the misfortune of being in an accident don't worry they have you covered. Your vehicle will literally look Brand New!!! I added before and after photos so you can see the amazing job they did!!

Dash thank you for been so supportive during this time, you did an amazing g job! I m impressed with Brookside Auto-got into a small accident September 2023- Brookside did above and beyond!. Brookside spotted damage from a previous accident in which the mechanic did a horrible job but Brookside spotted that right! Not only did Brookside notice the horrible previous job they fixed it! Just by them doing that I will be a loyal customer from now on. I m so happy I m picking up my car today! ThanksService: Steering & suspension repair

The flatbed arrived very quickly to tow my disabled sedan and the service was professional and efficient. The driver JOHN was AMAZING! He was polite, calm, pleasant and full of suggestions, tips and shared his knowledge! My driver applied care toward myself, my car and showed kindness not often displayed! I would give him 100 STARS as he deserves! Thank you!

My friend had his car that s a total loss towed there recently and his car easily has over $8k in upgrades including upgrades I gave to him that I want to remove off the car and they told him that he needs to pay them 1k out of pocket just to take the car out and tow it to a partner shop of mine just to remove his upgrades that are very valuable to him and myself, this is not how you deal with customers that have personal items they want to remove and make something back from what was originally purchased which is his property. Insurance is suppose to handle all the costs not ask the customer themselves for money to take your car out of a spot that just happen to be where it was towed because of the location of an accident.

Horrible Service .dont Use this company! Truck driver was very very rude and unproffessional, started yelling for no reason and took off without towing my car.worst Tow trucking company ever. Seemed like Bergen Brookside Towing wanted to get paid by AAA withot towing the car. Had lots of excuses , they said store was closed when store was open anyway!

Driving home in Newark, a worker who was towing a city vehicle on irvingturner blvd in Newark on Friday approximately 1:23 pm. At the intersection waiting for the green light , the driver of Bergen brookside auto body and tow was in the turning lane while I was in the lane to proceed straight, this smart careful driver cut me off forcing my vehicle to the side of the road where traffic is coming. He drove aggressively and reckless as his actions could of cause someone life to be lost. I have a picture of the guy and his work truck he was driving. Made a police report but thought the public should be informed that this company hires maniacs to drive for them.

I have been a customer of Bergen Brookside for several years. they are hands down the absolute best Auto Body repair shop in NJ. Professional, courteous, keep you informed every step of the way and they do amazing work. They have done repairs on several of my families cars including most recently a 2022 Acura TLX with amazing results. I highly recommend them for any major or minor repair. 5 stars all the way!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Recently my neighbor have a flat she called Brookside. They came within the time they said the serviceman name was Izzy. He was very professional very patient and very polite and in my opinion did a great job.. So I looked up your website and wanted to give Izzy true acknowledgement for his service. He truly represented himself well as well as representing Brookside. I will definitely look Brookside up when it's time for me to get my auto body repair. Great job Izzy.

My car got impounded yesterday and this was the worse experience I have ever had in my life. Not only was I forced to have my car impounded by the police but the guy who put my car on the flatbed was the most disgusting and most disturbing "human being " I have ever experienced. I followed the truck because I did not know where they were taking my truck and this guy stops in the middle of the road to start a verbal confrontational fight between a teenaged young boy and a women. I was flabbergasted at how this guy was trying to get in a physical fight with us. Not only that, we continued to follow the truck and he was driving through red lights and going around different roads in order for us to not know where my car was being unloaded. Luckily I was recording everything and i will not stay queit over this treatmet. If I was ever stuck on the road I would never use their services. He was the most vile person I have ever met. This was the shadiest most unprofessional rising company to have faced this earth and I hope they get shut down

My driver was great and efficient. Just make sure that if you schedule a tow to keep in mind that Brookside does Police tows. I had to wait like an extra hour because my driver had to respond to a call.

This is the second time I've had work done on my car here- first was out of pocket, this time is through insurance- 6 years apart. Both experiences were impeccable and every person I dealt with handled my situation with expertise and kindness. They help to relieve the stress in a very stressful situation! My car is my baby and I know it's in good hands over at Brookside. You'll get a clear and concise estimate, an expeditious claims process, and won't be upcharged for frivolous repairs. You can trust these people, and in the car world- that's worth more than gold! Thank you so much Dashi, Roseanna, and the super nice front desk girl! You've been a blessing!

First time at Bergen Brookside Auto and they delivered on all fronts. The back of my Kia Telluride was hit and they did an excellent job on all the repairs. Looks brand new! Dashi was very straight forward and transparent when providing the estimate. He was honest about the new parts that were necessary and was resourceful with some of the existing parts, which helped with costs. He communicated with me along the way and gladly walked me through all of the damages. Vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and the car was fully washed/vacuumed! Also, the receptionist at the front, Roseanna, was a pleasure to deal with. Super friendly and welcoming! She communicated throughout the week so I was always clear on the progress. We had professional, attentive, and timely help from the Brookside staff. They were patient when there was a bit of a problem with getting keys for the vehicle. I am not sure of their names but we were there Saturday morning between 9-12. I thank them for their help and great customer care.I must decision recommend them for service.

I was sent to this shop by the insurance company after a rear-end accident. They fixed my car and he did really good job. I am very happy with the result.
