After waiting for more than 2 years for my Ford F-150 Lightning Pro, the day came where I was finally able to go to All American Ford in Hackensack to sign the paperwork and drove off on my brand spanking new Electric Pickup. That beauty is fast, I mean, really really fast. Plus the over 200 mile range on a charge is more than sufficient for my daily driving needs.I just wanted to thank Larry for making it such a smooth experience. He walked me through everything, complementary key protection for 2 years, activated the car and explained everything that the car can do. Overall, top notch and very professional.Everything went smoothly. Happy customer and I have been enjoy the car immensely!!! The wait was well worth it!

My father has been leasing/financing vehicles through All American Ford in Hackensack since 2007. So when I needed a place to go this was my first thought. He loved it. And now I can say the same thing. The experiance I had was incredible. Between Fernando the dealer & Gabe the finance manager, I couldn t be more happy. They pushed and tried so hard to get me a vehicle that I love. I can t thank them enough. If you are looking for a reliable car and a great experiance, All American Ford in Hackensack is the place to go!

PLEASE READ THIS HONEST REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP ! THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY VEHICLES AND ONCE YOUR CONTRACT IS SIGNED YOU ARE COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THERE WRONG DOING ! READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING ON THE DOTTED LINE!It s been 6 months since my purchase. And here s a short list of issues I began experiencing only 3 weeks from my purchase date . ( 07/27/23 ) . When powering my vehicle on , my screen flashes green with lines through it . Sometimes I have toTurn my vehicle on and off to restart the computer in hopes of bypassing the error screens . Sometimes when I put my car in reverse instead of my back up camera applying to the screen I also receive error screen that flash , blink or stay blank. I also can t utilize my CarPlay because it freezes and causes and error on screen as well. CarPlay is implemented for a hands free experience but instead I can no longer use it because it does not properly function . So I have to take the risk of being ticketed or worse getting into an accident by having my phone in hand to access navigation. And other features. I also have no access any longer to ford pass . Which is so useful and part of why I even purchased a ford vehicle . When brining my car in for service I was told in less than 5 months I have a bad module on a brand new vehicle, that is not yet available anywhere in the country. In fact there a huge list of people experiencing the same exact thing also waiting for this module to become available. This bad module will cause you to lose so many features, as well as to have so many electrical issues with the vehicle, and the worst part about it all is that you will continue to have to experience all this until The module becomes available, and as of yet they have no idea when that Can be. I spent $70,000 on a vehicle that s going bad in Less than five months. They have wiped their hands completely With the situation, and the only advice I was given was to wait for a call when this module is available. They are knowingly Still selling vehicles, knowing that several of their customers Are Having the same experience, meaning that they are selling Faulty vehicles. If more than one person is experiencing this situation, which I have been advised by several representatives at the dealership, I m not understanding why they don t inspect these vehicles before selling them . they re waiting for the vehicles to be purchased, and then serviced to inform customers that these modules are bad, and cannot be replaced . There s some serious shady stuff going on at this dealership be extremely careful before purchase .

The service was incredible! Always very easy to to get an appt and smooth when dropping the car off. Ashley was so so nice and helpful and informative during the entire process. So cool you guys have valet drop off now for the service dept. Smooth sailing experience all around whether it s parts, service or the cashier, everyone is great.

I would never recommend all American ford. Since the day I bought my brand new 2018 Ford focus I have had trouble. Transmission rebuilt twice. My car dies for no reason ever since. I have extended warranty my brought many times. Problem not detected. I paid $100 copay in February got my car back same condition. Now have been waiting for a part for months. I cannot drive my carAnd told I cannot get a loaner and must pay another $100 dollars copay even though my car was never fixed. Still waiting for part to come from china. No no no. I will NEVER recommend All American ford. Anyone in power please tell them to fix my car.

Took my Ford Focus at the car dealer service that I never been. All American Ford @ 520 River St. Hackensack NJ staff was very professional and courteous. Allan the manager was very fort coming of what need to be done and the estimate cost. Eileen the front desk/cashier so thoughtful and informative. The best is Ashley who kept in touch through our the process and kept me in the loop. Ashley took time to listen to my concern about the car and very considerate and helpful in every way she can. Highly recommended.

From start to finish process was great. Brian helped me with the whole process and was very professional. Car was serviced and cleaned up before I test drove it. The car had a new clutch put in and drove like butter, so smooth. I want to thank the manager Steve Plunkett for all his hard work and keeping his promises throughout the deal. I think this dealership is pretty efficient they took 1 day to repair my car.I was a little disappointed. I got my car back with snow on it......Years ago, they used to wash car before they gave it back to you......Overall, I'm happy and I will go back..I like stephen the surface advisor who helped me......He communicated with me via text message regularly! I would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mohamed, Liz, Ed V, and the entire team at All American Ford of Hackensack, and I must say, they did an outstanding job! I had a complicated and detailed roof rack installation on my 2022 Ford Explorer, and they handled it with ease, making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. Mohamed is top notch, so engaging.Not only that, but they also took care of preparing, priming, and painting my Thule XXL in the same Atlas blue car color, which turned out absolutely fantastic. They paid attention to every detail, making sure everything was perfect before handing it over to me.What impressed me the most was how effortlessly they used my Ford credit points to cover the expenses. Jose and Nelson and Gabe did a Great Job. They were very patient and helpful. Treated me and my wife like family. All American Ford collision center did a great job on my Ford Edge. They fixed the collision damage although took a little longer than they had promised. Gio and his team do great work and I had by far the best customer service experience with Jenna. Will recommend them to anyone.

Joe F, Jose, and Gabe were awesome to work with. No one could beat their prices on the Bronco Sport Big Bend w/ the package and features in this particular trim. They were efficient, kind and there was no bologna or surprises. They did a nice detail on the car, we were in and out in about 3 hours! Jose, Carlos, and the dealership as a whole were easy to work with, making the purchase as seamless as possible. A recall on my Ford 2017 Fusion took me to All American Ford in Hackensack, where I was stunned how seamless the process was and how kind the employees were in getting quick repair done. From getting a quick appointment, to the young lady atthe front desk checking me in and offering to have my car returned to me, free of charge, to meeting the service manager who got the car immediately in line for the repair and before I knew it, within 2 hours, the driver of my car was calling me that my vehicle was downstairs, at my front door. Where do we get that kind of service in todays age? Seamless and sensational!!! I applaud everyone at All American Ford, for their part in a great customer relationship. How refreshing!THANK YOU ALL. I want to think Brian and tema for their awesome job in getting me my dream car. They both worked with me in getting me approved and a number I was happy with. Brian also really helped me out when it came to my trade in.Brian also went above and beyond to show me cars and the design that I was looking for. He even did a search and found my car in an amazing color that wasn't on the lot.Love it! Payments were a little higher than expected due to the warranties that I added, but it is worth it, especially with today's car prices for parts.

The service center is not like what it used to be. I ve been a customer for 7 years. Very disappointed and will not come back. The service advisors I used to see who have great attitude, provide updates more promptly, and are more transparent in fees are longer here. I understand they need time to examine the issue before giving a total estimate, but I was charged two hours of labor without knowing the diagnostics fee is charged hourly, and after the first hour, they just proceeded without asking me. The bill was over $500. The ridiculous part is, the light bulb they replaced turned out to be a wrong one I found out about this three months later when I brought my car to another shop. The mechanic at the other shop quickly notice the bulb is not the right bulb, which is why the tail light sometimes is still not working properly. On top of those, when I had no choice but to pay the $500 bill, they told me now there is a debit/credit card surcharge fee of 3.15%, no matter of the bill amount. Save your time and money, avoid this location!

Good dealership. They remodeled and created a drive-thru service greeting entrance. Great improvement and much more convenient and customer friendly than the past setup. Large pleasant waiting room (s) with sofas, free coffee, water, popcorn and a tv area. Service is typically fast so you don't have to spend much time waiting for oil changes and routine service. Nice large new car showroom holds about a dozen cars. Of course, like all car dealerships they are a bit pricey. The bright side is they know their Ford vehicles and how to fix them quickly. Everyone I met was friendly. On 7/5/18 I went in to pick up my new Escape. Josh was my salesman. He knew his stuff and went above and beyond in familiarizing me with all the new features. Excellent A+ job, Josh. UPDATE 6/21/21 I purchased my expiring 2018 Escape lease. The paperwork was handled by H.D.. Daley and all went smooth. HD is a good no nonsense salsrep.

I highly recommend Brian, he was our sales consultant an absolute pleasure to work with.First of all his is very professional, polite and knowledgeable on EV vehicle with all details, super friendly, honest and patiently answered all of our questions and gave us a lengthy shown-down how to navigate the new EV technology at a time the dealership was closed after hours with everyone else left.
