I have used Advantage Outfitters three times and each time they get better and better. From my first phone call with Kate who was an exceptional service professional, patient and knowledgeable to the installation with Gee who did a fantastic job and was very professional. Great service!!!!

I ordered a shelf for one of my service vans on 12/30/22 and here it is 2/3/23 and still have not received the shelf, it was shipped to the wrong address and I do not know where the shelf is or when I will get it. guess will keep waiting and see when and if it gets here.Update I finally received the shelfs and they are by far the best built shelves I've seen and installed would recommend them to anyone looking for a great shelve unit for a service van.

This business is top notch when it comes to customer service! I recently purchased the Ranger Design HVAC package for my new Transit 250 mid roof. Picked up my order in less than 5 days of purchase and I had it installed in just under 3 hours solo! There was a mix up and I didn t receive the refrigerant tank tower, I emailed them the next morning and they overnighted it to me right away!!! Couldn t be happier with the look and functionality of this shelving system. Highly recommend them!

Had the most outstanding A-1 experience with this company from start to finish! From the moment that i picked up the phone, the superb customer service was top notch. The end result was a van that I can use fully and worry free for years to come. No matter where I am, I'm asked weekly from other contractors where their work vans can look as great as mine. I will always point them in the direction of Advantage Outfitters! Thank you again for your attention to detail, speed, and accuracy with such amazing products!

Advantage Outfitters is fantastic! I purchased a brand new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and they did an amazing job installing windows, seats, and running boards. My windows are not the typical windows that they install, they were a special order, and it was done perfectly. The people that work there are all super nice and the shop is very clean and organized (and big!). They did exactly what they said would be done, on the exact days and times- no surprises, no delays, no problems...Just seemed like a very well run and efficient operation, with technicians/mechanics, and other staff, that seem happy to be there. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. AAA+++ customer service. They are also endorsed on Mercedes-Benz Dealership websites, in the area.

I dealt with Alba for the design and order part of my van buildout. She was clearly very knowledgable of her product line. Very easy to work with even when I kept changing my mind. Clifton did the installation of my van package. He is just an overall really nice guy. I wish I had 10 of him working with me. This van was cleaner when he was done than when it was delivered. I have done 30-40 van build outs for my plumbing company over the years and these two people made this one the best experience. We all tend to get on the internet to complain. I believe great people should be recognized. Thank you to Alba and Clifton

This place is amazing. I went here on 7/18/19 and the service was astounding. My Sprinter van was serviced almost as soon as I got there, and the technicians know what they are doing. I went here because of a fuse being blown in my Webasto HVAC unit, and they figured the problem out very quickly. Though they weren't able to fix my problem due to not having the necessary parts, they helped me narrow down the problem enough to possibly fix it up myself. And because of them not fixing my problem, I wasn't charged a penny! 5/5 stars would recommend going here.

From the moment contact was established by Rick, the Business Development Director, this company stood head and shoulders above its peers in customer service, as well as their willingness to go above and beyond for their clients, as well as those that I represented. Shannon Taylor and Sarah Parker handled every request for information in the most prompt and succinct manner possible, and I couldn't have been more impressed with their attention to detail. Advantage Outfitters stands as a beacon of professionalism in the upfit community, and I highly recommend them to independent, small, and corporate businesses as well as vehicle dealers.

Nice clean place with very good customer service! Everyone was eager to help me with my project. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and even helped with advice on a weekend while the shop was closed. Glad I chose them for my commercial van upfit needs. Will definitely be back. Thanks Advantage!

I purchased a new truck and needed a new cargo partition so my dealer hooked me up with advantage. The partition itself is a nice fit and is made out of quality material. What I really liked most about advantage was the excellent service I received from the technician (Tez) that came out. Tez called me prior to arrival, he was friendly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and installed my partition perfectly. I would definitely recommend advantage for any upfitting you may need. The salesman, Brandon who assisted me, was extremely knowledgeable about the products the company is selling and answered all questions to my satisfaction. I will purchasing a few products tomorrow for our new Sprinter Van and more after that, I'm sure.

I high recommend this company if you want organize you van or truckfirst good price , good quality , the very patient sellers explain step by stepthat exactly you need and they don't force you to buy something that you car does not need , the person who attended me was a very professional women and very attentive to every detail I was going to need .

Called the day before to get estimated time to install one shelf, they said it would be less than an hour. Came in 7:50 am left at 10:40 am. 3 hours for one shelf.

I appreciate your (Advantage Outfitters) help/decision in letting me keep the damaged floor and refunding me my money rather than placing the responsibility on me to take the time and expense of handling and shipping the product back to you
