This is the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. My car had a ton of damage around the front of the car, and they fixed it up in two days. The car was squeaky clean afterwards and Steve even saved the tow cover for me from my old bumper. I highly recommend this shop.

Please don t go here. Not only do they lack of professionalism but they also scam people with their prices and lie about the cars that they have for sale. My family went to buy a car, before making the deal they lied about a noise the car was making, they gave them the wrong car keys and then tried to get them to pay extra for THEIR mistake. Half way to their house in the expressway the car shut off completely and they had to get it towed. They took the car to a mechanic and there are many things wrong with it, they now have to pay $2000+ to get the car fixed. If you don t want to deal with people who are irresponsible and put other peoples lives at risk, PLEASE DON T GO HERE.

Please don t go here!!! This place is a scam especially Steve!!! I had a car accident and it was my fault and the other person took the car there .. it just had a little bump that in other bodyshops quoted for 250 and he quoted for 1000!!! This is so sad that he is using other people money to give to the customers!!! I hope he will buy medications with those money!!!

This was my first time going to a a body shop for a repair after my car was rear-ended, and Steve, the manager was very transparent and clear about what needed to be done, timelines, and how pricing would be negotiated through the insurance. The car was repaired very well in a reasonable time frame and looked like new when I went to picked it up. End-to-end professionalism. Would highly recommend this shop!

Hands down the best auto body shop I've ever been to. After I unfortunately got into a car accident, Steve immediately helped make the repair process as stress free as possible. He helped me work with my insurance company, he explained in detail how the entire repair process and next steps would work, he accommodated additional requests I had, and he provided updates the entire time. And when I finally got the car back, it honestly looked better than before the accident! Steve's a good guy and his crew are very professional and friendly. I got into a minor accident during the snow storm on Feb, and I brought the car to Adams Auto Body for repair. Steve was very honest and helpful. Since I had to pay for the repair out of my own pocket, he made sure that only the necessary repairs were made in order to keep the cost down. When the car parts he ordered were delivered, I brought to car to them in the morning and I was able to get the car back by the end of the day. At the same time, the repairs were professionally done. I highly recommended Adams Auto Body to anyone who needs auto body repairs.

I love the service.From my first visit they handle everything. Each small detail. Made a claim to insurance company and did all paperwork. Found me a rental car, while my car was at repairment. Meet insuranse agent to evaluate damage.Quality of car body work repair was excellent.Thank you!

When there after my Jetta got blown out by somebody plowing into me at an intersection, I'm a car enthusiast so someone hitting my car is like someone hitting me, but they got me up and running again in no time, Steve helped with the insurance and wasted no time taking action, Matt an Mike were very helpful as well. Professional place, reasonable prices, honest answers and will have your car looking brand new, I highly recommend this place

these guys are definitely the best mechanics and honest hard working guys. family owned and honest they make sure the work gets done and they are such sweat hearts. i don't trust alot of mechanics but i definitely trust these guys.keep up the good work Steve and family.

If you need a body shop in the Tri-state area, I highly recommend this auto body shop.Their prices are responsible and they give quality service in a timely manner. There are not too many places around like this one!
