Aida the office manager is AWESOME!!!She went beyond her scope of duties and met me on Saturday, on which AAMCO is closed, so I could get my car. She also kept me informed about my car. She is a true asset to your company. She is also very kind, knowledgeable and understanding.I am also very happy with the work that was done and really appreciate the free check ups.I will definitely recommend your company.

Absolutely love this place.1.Customer service amazing , I really appreciate how they communicate with me during the process of what's being done with my car and things I didn't see that need to be addressed.2. Drop the car off they have enterprise down the road get you in a rental immediately at a great price.3. Heida really is the real deal for sure, the other reviews were spot on !

Bought car there for repair due to engine knock & check engine light on with multiple misfire's .AAMCO said it was a timing chain issue.Had timing chain and timing components changed. I was called saying car was repaired and ready for pickup. Paid bill, went to car and started it up, 2 minutes later engine is knocking and check engine light comes back on. I never left the facility. They said the car was fine that morning that to leave car and they'd change the spark plugs to see if it fixes te issue. Turned out to be the fuel injectors. My thing is why you couldn't they find those problems. Very sloppy workmanship.They then wanted another $1500 which I refused. I did paid for the parts. The only thing I can say is they provided me a loaner. I don't recommend getting your repairs there, Run/Drive the other way.

Ambulance won t start do to electrical issues staff is amazing and ambitious. diagnosis made and issues was fix, aamco is best place for all repairs not jus transmission.will recommend if looking for an honest shop that fixes almost anything thanks for the great services, and keeping our fleet ambulances going. I had a great experience with AAMCO Transmissions. Heida Garcia and the rest of the staff assisted me on very short notice and repaired the issue that was going on with my vehicle. You can tell that they cared about their customers. I observed other customers that were treated with the same level of care and respect. First of all, I would like to start by saying, staff at AAMCO at Hackensack location are very friendly and helpful not to mention knowledgeable as well. This was my second time getting my car repaired.Advisor Heida is a very warm and pleasant person. She was very accommodating as well. So I booked an online appointment for Friday at 8 Am today.No one was here. I rang both doorbells front and side. I waited until 812 and was leaving And I saw the lady pulling up. I kept going and went right next door to e.T.D and they accepted walk ins.

The last thing anyone wants to hear is that their transmission is toast. That said, I couldn t have worked with a more professional team than AAMCO Hackensack. They were thoughtful in showing what was wrong. Gave me options on the repair and kept me posted via text as they did the installation.They made things as good as they could. Heida was great to work with!!

Sheida and mechanics very professional. She was detailed in all paper work and information that needed to communicate with me as far as mechanical work..now for the owner of the shop..customers wait for a long period of time, at least have a good heating system and coffee station for customers to keep themselves warm.Its not even winter the office is so cold! I intend to recommend this shop to anyone and i will be back for other services bcos my car found a home for repair..thank you eida and staff

Great Customer care by AAMCO. Ada has the absolute best customer service of any service-related place I ve ever been to. I don t know much about cars and have a certain level of anxiety going to car places, but hats off to Ada for helping me feel like I was in good hands. Highly recommended!

This place is great! Honest people, which is rare to find in the auto industry today. I brought my car here a few weeks ago under warranty thinking it was a transmission issue. They could've easily said the car needed a new trans to make $$$$$, but they diagnosed the issue as the battery and replaced it quickly. On top of that they made sure they kept the car clean inside which I appreciated. I plan on coming back here for my oil changes and I'm going to make sure I send my clients, family, and friends here when they need transmission work or any other work done to their cars.Service: Battery

I can honestly say it was such a relief to find an honest car place. I really recommend Aamco in Hackensack. If they can't fix it they know someone else who can that is honest too. The customer service is good old fashioned American... excellent. Shout out to Aida Garcia the service advisor (ask for her) she is the best and will take care of you. I ve used them once last year for a transmission maintenance and they were great. No issues and prices well. I recently visited with some issues. I was hearing a whirring sound in the cabin of my car. Danny diagnosed it and determined it was a bad bearing in the rear of tiny BMW. The tech also found an oil leak from the pan (which I opted to handle later) and an issue with one of the oxygen sensors which was triggering my check engine light. They took care of my repairs quickly and accurately! My advisor was a whiz and she made sure to manage my expectations on timing and cost through the entire process! I was treated with respect and they were all super friendly! I think I just found my go-to repair shop! I took my car to this place because it was close to my work and my experience with them has been the best, in this place they are very professional, they changed the transmission of my car and I have not any problem with the work they did. This was my first time at this AAMCO location. I had initially scheduled an appointment online the night before. The following morning I received a call from the manager Robert about my appointment. I brought my vehicle in that afternoon. Because I am not from the area (I work in the area), it would have been difficult for me to just drop my car off. Heida (at the front desk), was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to get my car serviced. They were forthcoming and honest with what they felt the issue was and I was able to repair my car that day. This particular location it s fairly new, with plenty of seating. There was bottled water for the customers, a flat screen TV, and air conditioning, They also have a pick up service for customers and are able to assist customers with receiving rental cars. Heida and staff was very personable and really wanted to get to know and help me. She even asked that I call back within a week to inform her if the issue has been resolved. I will definitely get my car serviced at this location again.
