I have been taking my Jeep there for years and they always do a great job. Here is my story from this time: I had a lot of work done and one of the things they told me was that the water pump needed to be replaced. But then they said there was no charge for that because they replaced it last year and so they replaced it at no charge. I would have never known. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare and why they will be my go-to garage for as long as I live here!

The people I spoke to were very nice and knowledgeable . They took the time to discuss my cars needs as I have two they work on. The garage is clean and my cars always come back cleaner on the inside then I had them.

My experience at GVG was great from start to finish. Making the appointment with Jeanette was easy and she scheduled me very quickly when told I was having a transmission problem with my car. When I arrived they were prepared with all the correct parts needed to complete the repair. Pat the technician explained each step in the process so I completely understood the procedure. The problem was fixed in a timely manor and I felt the cost was more than fair and reflected the quality of the work performed. The overall customer service was excellent. I will continue to bring all my vehicles maintenance needs to Mike and his staff from now on. Thanks again !!!Service: Transmission

Amazing service as This Garage is amazing!!! What looks to be a small family Garage in a small town turned out to be the most tech savvy and advanced shop I have ever been to. They took care of my car like it was their own. Getting a complete diagnosis of what was wrong with high quality photos, videos and a detailed description of it all was a first for me. Not only emailed but texted to me with updates and laying out all my options with pricing. Just made what is usually a frustrating or confusing experience simple. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. GVG will definitely be my go to shop from here on out. . Family run and always put customer first. I called and scheduled an oil change for my vw. The team at GVG did a thorough job overlooking everything else while having the car in for a simple service. I like that they sent an electronic vehicle report with pictures and items that need attention down the road. I even got a ride home/back to the shop when my vw was ready!! 5/5 will be back for service here instead of the local vw dealer from now on. Thank you GVG team!!

Awesome service. Booking an appointment is easy and their polite reminders are a plus. They were ready for me when I arrived and the truck was completed in a timely matter. I have used GVG several times for both foreign and domestic cars. They give a very thorough summary of the cars condition complete with pictures that really helps you make decisions on what work to do. And it helps make note of items to think about going forward. BEFORE you have a problem on the side of the road. They do excellent work, are trustworthy, very communicative and the garage is full of the most modern equipment. This is a unique auto repair shop, and I would put them in the best-of-the-best category. The team of technicians is professional and high-integrity. They are very experienced and knowledgeable, whether working on maintenance, diagnostics, or repairs. The communication is open, honest, and transparent. They take time and patience when answering your questions or addressing concerns without being condescending or defensive. I first used them for an air conditioning problem, and they provided an excellent end-to-end experience. The customer service "department," Jeanette, is also friendly and knowledgeable about cars and trucks. Appointments are made, and commitments are met unless there is an unusual circumstance. The repair price is fair, and photos of problem areas are sent to you for review. The office is clean and comfortable, and the technician's certifications are framed and hung on the walls. Both the office and shop are spotless. This team makes you want to come back. I've been using Green Village garage for our fleet & personal vehicles for 15 Plus years. Best service ever! I've been around long enough to see and try other shops in the area. Many good shops "BUT" they don't compare to the personal service and quality we've learned to depend on at GVG. I've 7 commercial vehicles, multiple personal vehicles, trailers etc. and GVG is always there to service & repair our fleet in a timely manor. Between Fleet vehicles & personal vehicles we've over 20 currently registered and GVG maintains them all. And beleive me good Prompt service is important as well as competitive pricing. Dollar invested for quality service provided GVG is by far the "BEST DEAL" around! Over the years GVG has assembled a great assortment of talent to handle any repair that comes in the doors.Try them, you'll be glad you did! Tell them Jim from Stashluk Inc. in Summit sent you! Very friendly service and easy to work with. I think they did a good job providing a thorough review of car issues as well as repairing the selected items to address. While there were some delays on parts and tools coming in that they needed to make repairs, they kept me updated throughout process and even provided a loaner car at no cost. Had a leak in my tire and needed it addressed quickly as I had to be in Philadelphia that morning. Another great experience with these folks! Had a slow leak in a tire. Drove over, they fixed it in about 30 minutes....while I sat inside and had coffee and chatted with the lovely young lady at the desk.
