Returned lawnmower to me like new at a reasonable price. Friendly help in the office. I could take "a half a star" off because it took them almost three weeks to get the job done, but it still rounds up to five stars. If you're in a hurry, however, it might be good to see how busy they are and when you can expect to get your machine back.

Henry and his crew are a bunch of very knowledgeable people and know what there talking about. Any time I have questions or concerns about ordering parts Henry has always taken the time to answer any and all questions I may have had. Henry has also bin so helpful with with guiding me threw how to fix things and or what to check for when ever I've had an issue with any of my equipment and has always helped get me back up and running again when ever Ive bin in a pinch. Ide highly recommend him to any one who's looking for a good and honest small engine repair machanic.

I have to say after owning a few business over my lifetime, I have not seen customer service like this in a VERY LONG TIME!They sure know what Old School means! They went above and beyond helping me with getting my lawn tractor fixed. I asked many questions and not ONCE did they make me feel like I was bothering them. They provided me with parts that I needed and also torque specs, rocker arms specs, what I should look for!Larry gave me his cell number to send him the engine code to make sure I had the proper information!Know I know why they are so busy with most of the areas landscaper and also home owners equipment.They work on almost everything and sharpen chainsaws, sell chains, lawn mowers andother equipment.Their prices are very fair.I would not go anywhere else, thank you for all your help.Best regards,Scott Siegmeister

This is a good small engine repair shop that sells mowers snow blowers generators Etc fast convenient service at good prices very happy with their service
