Got snow tires mounted on brand new wheels. When I picked them up, I found a dent in the lip and a gouge through the paint on one of the spokes. I pointed it out and was having a civil discussion with the guy who mounted them when the old guy behind the counter came up angry that I was "making such a big deal about it". I asked for -some- of my money back, which they agreed to and the old guy told me to never come back. I won't.
