Don t ever go to one of those chains again! If you re in the area, these guys are good. The other chain places will either tell you they can t do it, or keep your car for 3 days and charge you twice as much. They ve taken care of me twice now, so I know it s not a fluke. They have phenomenal customer service, and they do great work. Wonderful! As long as I m in the area, they re going to be my go-tos.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Had two tires repaired, very happy with how fast they were and the $$ wasn't to bad. They also showed me an issue with my brakes. Great bunch of people

very bad they damaged my wheels and di nothin to fix them and gave attitude when confronted.. scraped my wheel from the tire change machine on all four wheelsnever go here

Very unprofessional and rude called two weeks ago to have an engine replaced in my 2005 Honda Accord 4cyl was told they could do it but they needed the car to give me an exact price but they could give me a ballpark figure of 2200 to 2500 but needed a deposit due to used engine cost things could vary. Had the car towed to them. Followed up a week later and was told the new engine was there but still didn t have a price but it maybe done on Friday called on Thursday was told it would be done the following week so I waited till Wednesday the following week and called was told it be done at the end of the week called on Friday to be told it be done the following week told them I wish you would have told me when I called and gave the deposit it would be two to three weeks before being completed I would have found another shop. Guy said well it will be the last engine we install for you and hung up. I still only have a ballpark price on cost and I unfortunately live 4hrs away from the shopService: Engine repair

If I could rate it higher I would ...it's so hard to find someone that won't rip you off in today's world ... Was charged 700 at meineke and ended up going to Gloucester transmission and was told it was a very simple fix and paid close to nothing ... Would definitely recommend this place

SCAMMERS. Took me for my money for a problem I didn't even have. Tried to steal parts they took out of my vehicle that were basically brand new. Bad customer service and communication. Worst experience I've ever had. Save your money, go somewhere else.

$3000 I spent for my transmission and they only offered me a 14-day warranty and right now the transmission failed again I don't recommend them 0 Stars

Can't fix anything. Went there to get my trans fixed for 1400 dollars. Took it there 3 times they were trying to blame my wire hornies. Took it over to Ace Ford and got it fix.

Ask for an estimate!! they wont give you one unless you ask.They are only after a quick buck, and the work quality is marginal
