Very unacceptable. I paid for the VIP WASH. Which is the highest package you can get. It included everything and still yet they missed so much. and didn t even bother to open and clean the cup holder trays in the front or back. And my front windshield doesn t even look like it was cleaned with effort or something. I literally smudged it all off after the wash with my sweater. The vacuum also wasn t great they left behind so much I had to go back and pick it all up. The tire shine wasn t enough as their was patches of dryness and that makes the tire look ugly. And the trunk they didn t even touch as you can see in the pictures. It s so sad you pay for the highest quality a business offers and still yet receive so little.

I have been going to Ridgewood car wash for 30 years. They always do a nice job and have friendly service. I feel compelled now to write about the VIP option. We had been skiing so the car was filthy so I tired it the VIP for the first time (I would always get the Ultra). I am not sure how long VIP has existed but wow. A week later and my SUV looks like it was detailed yesterday. A few more dollars but I strongly recommend you give it a try.

This is by far the best car wash in my area! They are friendly and do a great job. The owner Kurt really cares about his customers satisfaction and is so easy to talk to if there's an issue. I don't know how other customers rate this auto wash 5 or even 4 stars.I pay $40 for VIP wash and they constantly leave obviously dirty parts inside of the car. Good thing if I notice and ask them to finish wash. I washed my car two day ago last time and I asked them to do a better job TWICE.BUT today I noticed#again they didn't even touch some spots inside the car.Honestly I had much better wash in NYC for $25

Got my car detailed here (inside/outside $240) and removed a few bumper stickers ($40). They left the windows open a couple inches during the day presumably while the car was drying so when I came to pick the car up and closed the windows, the bottom 2-4" were streaky with dried residue. Hard to get a good photo of it, but easy to imagine. Overall the car seems spruced up, but still feels dingy somehow. The front desk also verbally suggested I pass by their tip bucket on the way out, which I think in general is a pretty tacky practice. I see from other reviews that the owner is quick to offer a free car wash, but after dropping my car off yesterday and picking it up 24 hours later (per their request to have it onsite for the day, despite it being a 3 hr. service), I don't have more time to rewash the vehicle to fix the streaky windows.

To anyone thinking of signing up for any membership - think 1,000 times. It s a huge letdown for Ridgewood residents since there s no other car wash that s close to town.Absolutely agree with the other customer s review - not sure how others are able to put 2 to even 5 stars to this car wash shop, unless they are connected somehow to the management. It s unfortunate that for a VIP membership, you don t get the service even as close to fair. It s like literally throwing a bucket of water in your car and that s about it.Not sure if it s how they train their guys but they could obviously do a much better job taking care of customers, esp. being in a service-oriented industry. I wanted to tell the guy who took my car to make sure to vacuum well since they didn t do a good job the last time, but he didn t even let me finish, he said to just get out of the car since they are busy. All I can say is, wow.

Guys used to be way more efficient, make sure dry the door jams better , wash is ok , but wow does this even look vacuumed ?? I gotta go home now and vacuum this ! after paying over $30 whatever , plus $8 tip ? I mean what is this ? I didn t really check I got in and went bc usually it s good , so yeah I drove away and then see this ? how is that a good vacuum job ? And leaves in the tailgate? Idk need to have someone overseeing the work here ..

Hands down the best car wash in Bergen County. Thorough and very clean everytime! The VIP wash is always worth splurging on in my opinion

I always order a VIP car wash. they do it badly. What am I paying $40 for? This washer costs 20 bucks. improve attitude towards customers

I had my car detailed and it was excellent. They really showed great dedication and determination to make sure the job was done right. I dont remember how much I paid for it . But it's not expensive and worth every penny . Everyone very friendly - VSN

They do a great job detailing. However they didn't clean my visor area and I have to clean it myself bc it looks obvious. Plus, I found a small deep scratch on my car's touch screen and my car is leased. They said it was there before and have a video of it but looking at the video I didn't see the scratch and I am OCD so I notice everything and its hard for me to ignore when driving. It hurts my soul seeing a scratch!All I can do is apply blue tape on the screen next time I need it cleaned anywhere and I take it personally someone doesn't take care not to scratch the console or steering wheel or anything my car is my baby! Plus when I upgrade I don't want it happening to a newer car but I will talk to them before cleaning and remind them to take care.Maybe they used something to clean the seats and it happened? idk. We live and learn.. But the scratch feels etched into my soul, lol.

Brought our new trailblazer here for its second or third wash since new. Should be pretty easy to get all the salt off a new car with a ceramic coat. Clearly not the best wash for salty new cars! This was with their ultimate wash . They did a slightly better job with my m5 but still had to touch it up myself after. Seems like Mobil detailers/washes are taking over

My chrome bumpers still have dirt/ road grime on them. My hood still has bird poop on it. Wheels have brake dust on them in the spokes, cup holders still have random crumbs in them. My dash is dusty as hell and my floors still have dirt on them. On a good note my windows are clean. Was it worth $40? Absolutely not. I now have a half washed truck that I have to finish myself if I m breaking out the cleaning supplies and wash buckets I might as well have done it from the beginning.

So I picked this hand car wash because my car is modified and doesn't fit in some car wash . So area is nice and clean but the issue I'm having is that all they clean is the outside because inside wasn't even cleaned . No carpet vacuum or floor mat re moved . Also have a fitted racing seat and they moved it passed the b pillar area causing damage to rear of seat now . At this time I will not be going back to this car wash and wouldn't suggest to anyone

After looking for a new hand car wash I decided to try Ridgewood auto wash. They did a great job with the interior/exterior and vacuum. First time @ Ridgewood Auto Wash and had a great time! Kurt was very friendly, professional, explained the plans in details to me. In addition went out of his way to finish up the cleaning job since my car was a little bit more dirty than usual. Very convenient and knowledgeable quick service shop for oil changes but prices for oil changes are expensive. They would not wash my car because it was too dirty . It had light oil splashes on it from something I drove through on the way to the car wash. I was told it would get their rags dirty. I was able to wipe the oil off with a wet rag and have it washed at another car wash

I went to get my car washed and had tree sap that was sitting on my paint. I spoke with one of the workers, Brayden, and he took extra care and worked all the sap off my paint job. He went above and beyond to hand wash my entire hood and even roof making sure to get all the sap off. I would definitely recommend this car wash and their amazing staff. Thank you again Brayden!

Just came from there. (3 PM - 5/19/2019)The bird poop on my car has survived their car wash !!! And the chrome looks like if it hasn t been even touched. Not to mention the dirt that stayed behind on my rims.Preparing a bucket with water and soap as I m writing this and do it myself !2 stars is for the friendly lady behind the counter

Needed a car wash bad and came to this location because the line was wrapped around the street! Once my car was ready I saw two black smudges the guys drying it overlooked and mentioned it. He showed me the inside and it looked ok until later that night I put my passenger side seat forward to place a box on the back floor and saw garbage and water bottles that they did not throw away or vacuum and I paid $45! Very disappointed to say the least

Allow me to edit this review. I was unhappy with my original experience here. Kurt fixed that. He explained to me that there wasn t mud left on the car that it was tire shine. He was extremely apologetic and rewashed my car. Thank you KurtGot the exterior only VIP wash and let me tell you how much of a waste it was! My car is still just as dirty as when I went there. My driver side door still has the exact same mud splatter as it did before I went in. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.Service: Auto detailing

Outside ok, inside really bad. Awful vacuum, don't offer it of you're not really gonna do it. For the same price Soft Cloth car washes do a phenomenal job. This was closer so tried it, won't go back. Picture is AFTER they vacuumed.

I've been using Ridgewood Car Wash for many years for both my business and personal vehicles. Their service is both personal and professional. The owner is very hands on, friendly, and always seems to be around. The staff works fast but diligent getting you in and out quickly but never at the expense of your vehicle not getting its full attention. There pricing is great. I recently signed up for their unlimited monthly wash program and it has been an incredible value. Did a great job on cleaning the car got car mats that were reasonable
