I've been going to Martens for more than 10 years and there is no one else I would trust with my car. Simply put: They get the job done, and they get it done right. They're an independent shop, not a factory churning out below-standard repairs (more on that below). Frank takes the time to explain everything that will be done and the parts they'll be getting. He's honest, fair and has integrity, something all too often lost in this industry.Martens just fixed my car trunk and I felt compelled to write because the trunk was not fixed correctly by another, not to be named, cookie cutter shop after an accident. I only went to the other shop because my insurance company said it was the shop they use and I mistakenly believed I had to go there. Turns out it's your legal right in NJ to say where you want your car to be fixed. I learned my lesson the hard way. Don't be fooled like I was. From now on I know to demand Martens and not anyone else. They are the absolute best!

Martens did an excellent job color-matching and repainting the front and rear bumpers on my 95 Impala SS; certainly not an easy task on such an old car. I feel that their price was fair, and the quality of the finished product is certainly top-notch. As a guy who is very particular about his cars, I was nervous about trying a new body shop -- but I walked away extremely pleased. I'd absolutely recommend Frank and the rest of the crew at Martens.

I hardly ever write reviews, but Martens Body and Fender gave me one of the best customer service experiences, I've ever had from any company ever. Not only are they honest and fair, they truly advocate for the customer. They went way above and beyond what I was expecting, when they tried to get Honda to extend my warranty for an air conditioner that stopped working after only 8,000 miles. Martens did the research and discovered this was a known problem with Honda condensers, that there was a back order on Honda condensers because they were all breaking at once, and that Honda was refusing to acknowledge fault or pay for repairs. They explained the injustice of this to me, and instead of using the opportunity to make a profit, Martens gave me a deal on installing an after market air conditioner, charging me only for parts. This was in addition to the excellent body work they did on a complicated dent on the gas door panel. I will definitely be using them for all my future auto body needs!

If I could give this business ten stars, I would. When my car got t-boned while parked in the street right after I signed a contract to trade it in, Martens handled EVERYTHING. They dealt with the insurance company, got me a rental and had it fixed with amazing speed. I could not be more grateful for this amazing place.Melissa was THE BEST!!!!!

Been using these guys (Frank) for about 10 years now. Had several cars done for various things related to auto body and outcomes have always been great.Did a great job on front end repaint on my Honda S2000. Down to earth and trustworthy....

Frank said Bring it over. I ll take a look at it . It was Friday July 2 2021, midday. The left fender was missing some clips and loose. In about 5 minutes Frank had it fixed. No charge. Great service and skill. This is my first experience here but I ll be back. Thank you Frank.

Great service!!!!You get what they promise, and then some!!!!!The car came back better than new. It was hit in the rear and they buffed the entire car. You cannot tell they needed to replace all of the plastic and the rear door of the station wagon.These people are pros!!!!

Excellent job on my Audi A6 which was a lease. They were nice enough to hold the car for the inspector as well while I was at work. Great service.

I went into the office to ask some questions for a friend. I didnt have a lot of information but when I asked if they could do specific rare colors the lady basically laughed in my face. It was very unprofessional and mean. I won't be going there for services because of it. Customer service is number one. I'm not a car expert so don't laugh at me because I don't know something.
