Al and his team did a terrific job with my Audi after I was rear ended. They handled everything with the insurance company. Made it as easy for me as possible. The job they did repairing the damage was top notch. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! Thank you Bridgewater Collision!

Excellent experience here both times we've had our vehicle there. This time, we dropped our car there on Monday and the shop manager Al Bartocci knew that we were leaving for vacation on Thursday. Keeping that in mind, he gave us his word that he'd do his best to get the work done as soon as he could. When we drove by the shop on Tuesday, the work had already been done and very professionally at that! We were able to pick our car back up on Wednesday. This facility is excellent - Al and his team are very professional, friendly and thorough. The repair done on our vehicle is immaculate. Keep up the good work! Excellent service! The manager Al Bartocci and his team are thoroughly professional, courteous and above all friendly in their approach. Have gone to this shop twice and had a fantastic experience. Al really listened to our concerns and really rose to the occasion to have our car ready prior to our trip. Highly recommend this business.

Poor craftsmanship and cheap materials, clear coat peeling several years after repair, and is severly peeled now. Find a shop that offers lifetime guarantee on their paint/bodywork.

I can not say enough nice things about Steve and the team at Bridgewater Collision in Glen Gardner. Steve made the process so easy and got my car fixed in a timely manner. He explained everything to me so that I can understand the process and followed up to make sure the car was good after the repair. All the guys there are super professional and Steve runs a great location. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there!

I had a brand new Tesla Model 3 that was backhanded Steve and his team did a great job repairing the damage it was "like it never happened" Steve and his team are great. Steve thank you and your team for your outstanding work on my 2017 Tacoma. The only regret that I face is not bringing it to your shop from the very start. After a two and a half arduous monthsl with a different body shop, you correctly diagnosed the issues with my vehicle and got me back on the road. I sincerely thank you for your honesty, integrity and quality workmanship.

My front end was demolished by a deer, and based on the ratings here I selected these guys to do the work. Progressive linked in with them and everything went amazingly well. Steve kept me in the loop every step of the way, helped me with critical decisions, did an amazing job restoring my car, looking to save me money when/where they could, and actually got it done earlier than estimated. The car looks and rides great again, they went above and beyond and the whole staff was very professional. 99 out of a hundred, only one point off for not changing my clock after they replaced the battery haha. It would be hard to do better than these guys did. Also showed me a ton of photos of the tear-down and build-up, showing exactly why each part needed to be replaced. No padding here! That said, I hope I never have to use them again :-)

Cheap people can't be trusted. You'd think people who got great pay & great tips, or at least WANTED good tips, would understand & tip well, too. That's what I live by, at least. If you cut corners one way, how can you be trusted not to cut corners in so many other ways? Have a GREAT day.

Great work buy a bunch of great guys. Steve is a little rough on the edges but once you know to get him he's a hell of a guy who knows what he's doing. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Steve is unprofessional and is very rude. He was rude to me when I delivered his food. I drove 16 minutes away and he only gave me a $1.68 tip!! I ll never deliver to him again. He also shoo-ed me away as I tried to tell him the amount of his order after he asked me the amount

I like using bridgewater collision cause I have used them many time and my mom and dad has used them and they do a very good job. I like using Steve he is a nice guy.
