SJ Glass was contracted by the landlord to replace windows and entry doors last week at the business I work for and manage. Everything looks great except for the fact that nothing was sealed or caulked leaving open gaps above all the windows and door frame allowing cold air to blow inside with winter fast approaching

The employees at the glass store really went above and beyond to help me with my glass shelf replacement. I measured the glass shelf opening myself and measured it right to the edge, which was not a good strategy on my part. After this company cut the double strength glass accurately, the shelf was millimeters away from fitting down into the space. Understanding my dilemma this glass company worked to adjust the already cut glass so that it would fit in my space. They really did a great job, and now my shelf looks great!

Installed defected glass - SJ glass denied responsibility. SJ glass had glass manufacturer inspect - they denied responsibility. Both glass manufacturer and SJ glass agree the glass is defective with small particles/imperfections imbedded in the glass. Solution was to flip the defected glass which would still contain the issue putting it on the exterior instead of interior. Unacceptable solution thus far, and neither are taking accountability. I ve used SJ glass on a few other projects with no issue.Updated to 3 stars because they did replace the glass, but it s still showing imperfections. They should find another manufacturer of the glass, it s its old castle you ll have low grade glass installed.

Well i was happy that the guy made sure it was the rite measurements which it was jay was very nice and cooperative and he also made sure the glass was secure from wrapping and protecting it from being broke but i will recommend the company if someone is looking for glass thumbs up great job

Came here for the first time, super friendly staff extremely professional. They were super fair with their pricing and went on to give me extra clamps and things I needed to put this glass back in the window at no charge! Highly recommend, thank you guys very much I'll be sure to come back.

My son accidentally broke a window at my parents beach house while we were on vacation. They answered my call, we exchanged emails and I sent them pics, he sent me an estimate immediately and they said they were booked solid for 2 weeks but they d squeeze me in and they did! Within 2 days it was fixed. I am putting this review in bc my husband and I hate dealing with contractors but this was a great experience.

Call multiple times and they all said the same thing, They ll pass on the info to a Project Manager and they will contact me . No Project Manager ever contacted me, and there was never a follow up from the company to see if I ve been helped. 4 months later and my 2 windows and door still did not come. I left half down payment and everything . Everytime i call its i will call you back. Its for a store front so the job on hold going with south jersey glass

Dropped off 2 window screens, promised completion in a few days; they called the next day and they were done already! Highly recommend.

Called for an estimate and they stood me up twice in the same day. Never showed up or even called to say they weren t coming. If they can t even show up for an estimate how could you trust they will show up for the job. Very disappointed in the way they treat customers.

I have called both the Glassboro store and the Vineland store to come out and fix my broken glass door for the store I manage. I called the Glassboro store twice and received no return calls, so i decided to call the Vineland store to see if I would get a different response. Nope, I was promised a call back from both places and never received a phone call back. It must be the culture of their business. I would never recommend them to anyone as they are seriously lacking in their customer service. I believe they have forgotten what a good business is built off of and that is customer service.

I was given a price for a piece of glass so I left it to get replaced. After getting home, I received a call saying I was given the wrong price. The price is triple the original quote. She told me I can have it done in about an hour. I asked her to call me when it's done and I will come pick it up right away. I got NO call! This is my first and last visit to South Jersey Glass. Very disappointed in the customer service.

This was the first time we used SJ Glass. They not only did a beautiful job but they did it quickly and at a good price. I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a few items, they only did 2 to the 3 I ordered. Had to wait an extra week for the item they didn't do.Overall , good place

Why don't you have some one check out the job and see if you are happy with the job because I'm not they did a lousy job that's what happens when you pay in full before the job is completed
