I took my Toyota Avalon to get checked for a tire sensor light on at Midas and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The guys I dealt with (Anthony and Sander) were very knowledgeable and professional and trustworthy and it was a pleasure to deal with Sanders and Anthony. I would absolutely recommend Midas to my friends and family and for repairs and if I need repairs in the future I will definitely go back. Thank you so much guys.

Took my car in for routine maintenance, ended up having to have some minor replacements, afterwards my car wouldn t stop squealing, took it back to fix it and it kept happening off and on, ended up leaving it with them for a little while. They fixed the issue and were extremely patient with trying to make it right. Very nice guy at the front and technicians are all friendly! Overall experience, pretty well.

WOW!! I went to Midas Glassboro for a tire rotation and oil change. I have a 2017 ford (original tires and brakes). Sander explained my tires were starting to dry rot. I opted to get new tires (of course). He not only priced COOPER tires (which i love) but i was able to get one FREE!! AND, he and his Assistant found a 50 dollar rebate on top of that! AND, i received 20 dollars off my full synthetic oil change AND a 20 rebate on top of that! Almost forgot... My back brakes were worn so i also opted to get them repaired AND there is another 50 dollar rebate for the brakes!This Midas is the best auto repair and the people are personable and very helpful. Ladies, this guy you all can trust.

Anthony Velez is The most professional , caring person I have ever come across in Customer Service.. He genuinely goes out of his way and then some to make sure that u are taken care of in any way shape or form.. Definitely will be coming back here for all my vehicles services.

Anthony is the best! He does everything he can to give me the best price. I was in and out within 2 hours. The garage guys work fast and communicate everything as needed. Will definitely be referring Glassboro Midas to my friends and family. Keep doing great things guys!

Came here to get an oil change. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly but also finished in a timely manner. Jennifer the store manager went above and beyond to make sure she explained everything to me. She was friendly and had a smile with every customer she greeted. I will definitely be back.

I'm extremely disappointed in midas I've been going here for years and now when I need work done ASAP they are not following through because I have insurance that'll cover the damage. They tell me it's a long process but I called my insurance company to ask and they told me it'll take them only 10 minutes and they would approve the cost for the damage that it's covered. Sadly I will never be returning I've been patient and they have lied to me time and time again about calling the insurance company to put in the claim. Its truly disappointing because I'm not reaching into my own pockets they refuse to get the job done. Truly lazy from the team. Sucks cause I was a loyal customer for years. Do yourself a favor and don't come hereIf I could give 0 stars I would .

First time getting actual work done to my car by Midas and all i can say the guy in the front desk hector and the mechanic case who worked on my car did an outstanding job keep up the good work. Midas is the only shop working on my car for now on.

Awful service all around! Went in for a simple oil change with tire rotation and 21 point check and something as simple as that turned out to be a stressful experience. While my husband and I were sitting watching as much as we can see, we were able to see they never rotated the tires as they were pulling the car out, I said to a worker named Forrest, I don't believe they rotated my tires he said let me check and shortly after drove it back in to rotate them The best part was when we left and got home. I told my husband to check the oil stick and when he took it out it was bone dry!! Then my husband got under the car to check the nut in the oil pan and it was saturated with oil!!! We also checked all the fluids and NONE of them were added!!! I right away called Glassboro Midas to tell them all that we found and that I wasn't happy at all with the service I got!! He asked me to bring it back to him and I told him I am not right around the corner and it would be such a big inconvenience. He told me he would call the Midas in Woodbury, and I could take it there. Unbelievably unhappy at this point. We get there and they had to redo the work that Glassboro Midas should have done in the very first place!! As the mechanic was pulling it out of the Bay asked him his findings he told me there was oil leaked all underneath and he cleaned it up and adjusted the oil and added the other fluids that were NEVER added!! I recommend to stare clear of the Glassboro Midas unless you don't mind an awful expy and a big waste of your time!!

I took my car here in May of 2023, after it was fixed, it ran until August of 2023 when I began to have problems again, I went back. Today is October 19th, 2023 and exactly one month ago from today, September 18th 2023, my car has been missed diagnosed, and I know this because I took it to another mechanic and they fixed it for a fraction of the price they were trying to get me to pay. They told me I needed parts I did not need. From May, to September, I have given this company close to $6000, and I'm still having problems with my car. With September being the most, I've spent at $2400. Some of the parts they fixed are still having problems. I do not recommend this place at all. Very nice people, but unfortunately it seems they do not know what they are doing or know what they are talking about, I only know this because of other mechanics, who have fixed my car for a fraction of the price of these people have charged me.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning

STAY AWAY THEY ARE SHADYI came in for a oil change and these "Mangers" tried to tell me the brakes and rotors I just got done 3 months ago needed to be changed because of crystallization and that I needed a brake flush even though I had the system bleed when I did the brakes.Older hispanic man who was in room behind the counter like the wizard of Oz tried to gaslight me telling me that because the quality of pad I used caused the the rotors the heat up prematurely lol I used Akebono pads they are the closest to OEM. When I said no they tired to haggle with me like some street vendor. Price went from.900 to 700 lol these guys are nuts when I still said no they tried to get me to get a credit card and some kind of predatory finance loan. DONT USE MIDAS,DONT TRUST THAT FAKE WIZARD OF OZ MILTON JUST GO TO YOUR LOCAL MOM AND POP SHOP

The staff here are viligent, attentive, and very reassuring, and it shows that they care. In the manner that they answered *all* my questions and helped me understand my own car better.They have a high standard and I appreciate the level of care they put in their work and customer service.Very highly recommend this team and location! Don t waste your time. I had an appointment at this location Saturday morning for a four-wheel alignment and they refused to do the alignment because they claim the condition of my tires was too degraded for their machines and I would not purchase their overpriced tires. They also refused to remount and balance one of my rear tires that was put on incorrectly at another location, even though I offered to pay for it.I told the service representative that I was getting new tires delivered that week and he kept grilling me when and where I was getting new tires. When I left the Midas, my alignment was worse than when I got there, my wheel now turns nearly all the way around when making turns. I took to my car to a local tire shop later that day and had the rear tire replaced and mounted at a fraction of what Midas was charging.

I came to this location with a check engine light, and a catalytic converter issue that I knew about. I dropped the vehicle off, and expected a large bill due to the nature of the repair, and I was quoted $1,700 for the part and two O2 sensors. I agreed to the price, and was then called a couple hours later and told it was going to be $2,402 for no additional parts or labor. When I asked why, the reason was because of an error when giving me the initial quote. I voiced my unease about the whole thing and was essentially told sorry, nothing we can do . It s ridiculous to be quoted and agree to a price, and be told immediately after that it s far more expensive, and be given no reason for why it was. Extremely poor experience. The associate I worked with was Kenny. Nice guy overall, but horrific customer experience. When expectations for price are set, I shouldn t have to pay for Midas mistake.

I still waiting called so many times...my car was running now its not simple brke wiring issue..missed a appointment with another company after i was told last week car would be running..some how between the manager from this area and the counter people..said that there not interested in fixing just want to drive it to other place to get fixed been a month now..simple old school motor with a wire harness sitting on seat to help trace problem. Is what was needed then oh.my manager said get it out of here..so if its not plug and play forget it..still waiting on tires for my jeep and gmc truck...

Horrible customer service, unpleasant workers. I went in to get my windshield wipers replaced and they ended up scratching my car, so I had to get the windshield replaced. They paid for damage they caused but made me drive all the way to Vineland to get it fixed. Didn t even offer a discount on the services they messed up on. Safe to say I will never go back.

This is one of the best, trustworthy, kind and professional places I have visited ever. From customer service to the actual battery service performed on my car. I was totally satisfied and felt like family. I will go back to have future work done on my vehicle.
