The management and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to answer any and all questions. They also informed me that the tires on my car (I purchased the car 4 days prior) were 11 years old, and gave me a very reasonably priced quote on a new set. I'll be making an appointment to have those tires replaced at the same Firestone location in the very near future. Thank you for being so great guys!

Tyler and the entire team are extremely helpful. They are honest, professional, and accurate. I also appreciate their regular communication throughout the process. That s a rarity these days and I will continue to trust them with 100% of my business.

Management/customer service was great, very thorough. Didn t try to push sales on me. Explained everything in detail if I wanted to follow up with certain maintenance work on my car. Listened to my concerns and didn t rush with the info. Very knowledgeable. Was also impressed on how clean the store looked, being that it s an auto shop. Was very impressed and pleased with that.

I recently took my car in for tire installation, but one of the wheel studs was seized to the rim. Tyler and his crew were able to remove/replace the stud without damaging the rim or hub. What I liked most about the service was the communication along the way. Whether it be good news or bad news in the repair process, it s imperative to keep your customer informed along the way and the guys at Firestone did exactly that!

They worked hard to fix my car. And they were honest about the problem. Probably a blown motor which is covered under my warranty so, it s going to the dealership. They gave me a lot of good information and everyone was very friendly.

*update* now currently at Firestone in Clementon. Different story at this location! They don't understand why the glassboro location would say my car would not go on a lift without even looking at it! If you need to go to Firestone, take your car to the Clementon location, stay away from the glassboro location!I brought my Corvette in last week to make an appointment to change the TPMS sensor. Spoke to the person behind the counter and then a woman who said she was the manager. They set an appointment for me to bring my car in the following week. I arranged for a day off to bring my car in. Today's my appointment day and when I checked in, the woman manager says that they do not have a left to raise my car up. I had the same exact car when I made the appointment last week! And then she says she was not here last week when I made the appointment. This is a complete lie because the counter associate called her to the computer to ask about the TPMS sensor! I was told to stay away from this company but I guess I was a glutton for punishment! You could have easily told me during the time I came in last week or seeing that the car on your 11:00 a.m. schedule was a Corvette and gave me a heads up call so I didn't have to drive here!

Took my car for a simple oil change and to check some shaking I was experiencing. After I went to pick my car up, they told me about the shaking and quoted me $3600 worth of work. As I was leaving I noticed it said "oil leak" on my paperwork. We went back in and asked about it and the guy said it was probably nothing. Just to be safe we called the next day to talk to the actual guy that worked on my car. He said it was a bad leak and it needs to be looked at. But they can't do it. I have no idea why they did not tell me this information while they were working on it, or even after. Now after getting it checked by someone else, they said not only is my oil leaking but my transmission fluid and power steering are too. They also said the whole bottom of the car is rotted out, to the point where they would not even bother to try and diagnose because my car is toast. I can drive it and top off oil constantly and drive it until the engine falls out the bottom. Great of firestone to let me know all of this. Ill never go there gain. Any location.Service: Oil change

I Firestone in glassboro. They are always very courteous, informative and always explain things. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. And im glad I had the tires rotated! Chris came out to explain that I also needed an alignment. I knew he wasn't just trying to sell me something I didn't need(they never do ). I hit a huge pot hole a yr ago and all my tires were wearing differently. Thier prices are very fair. Thier work is excellent and they all actually care about thier customers. They have a high standard of car care and people care. I hope they never close down bcuz Firestone of Glassboro is the best in the business. And I won't go anywhere else!! Thanks to ALL the guys there.

The guys there took care of me. Not only where they able to fix my issues, they were even able to fit me that day in order to take advantage of a sale that was ending the next day. There were a few guys there helping me but Chris was the name of the guy that I spoke with the most.Really Happy!

They called and canceled my appointment two hours before my scheduled visit. Simply to replace a broken valve stem. A ten minute job. Was told they had no time because he had too many cars there. What's the purpose of scheduling appointments for?

Was only impressed with the help of the two gentleman in charge today 9/15/2020. They helped and pointed out a few things that were not made aware to me during my first visit , and even fixed a part free of charge. They recommended some useful tips and body shops.Even with a warranty and their fault for a sh*tty (done in February 2020 by same place different people) I had to pay for two new tires.

This location is top-notch. I've worked with a few of the managers & techs here over time, but Tom is just a very professional, overall good guy. His crew does excellent work, & while I don;t know who actually worked on my vehicle this time around, service is always done professionally, done right the first time, & the people I com into contact with are very pleasant & professional. Pricing is reasonable, they don't rip you off, & they get the work done when they say it will be done. Highly recommended.

I caught my first flat tire on my first vehicle! .. I knew i couldnt go more than a day or two without my car so i called around looking for a tire n install.. Most places i called wanted close to 200$ for an install and one tire! and lord knows i cant afford that right now. The last place i called was firestone on delsea drive. I talked to tyler who was very polite, informative and patient as i explained what i needed..cost was much cheaper and he scheduled my apt right away n also doubled checked to make sure they had the tire, since my car is an older..unique model. When i arrived tyler informed me of a 30$ discount offer if i applied for the store credit card which took 5mins and about a complimentary fluid check they would do for me as well! I was so thankful and happy..they did a great job..fast and efficent and kept me informed every step of the way! I highly recommend! I will be going back to them if anything is needed on my car! And WILL the mechanic was so nice and did a fantastic job. Much appreciated!

The wawa air pressure machine ripped out my valve seal on my rear driver side tire. As soon as I walked in they said they could help me, had me pull my car around back and had me out in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service and friendly advice, be on the look out for mechanics trying to make a quick buck, but not these guys.

Great service. Tyler Frank and Tom are all good guys. I didn't really get to talk to the guy who did the work but if he is anything like then I'm sure it's fine. I'll be going back for 3 more tires. I got 2 tires the lower ball joint and alignment. Can't say enough about these guys they really took care of me

Last month, I made an emergency appointment with them for my car, turns out to be power steering leaking. The price is reasonable for size of the job. After the repair they had done for over a month. I am proud to say that they did AMAZING job on my steering wheel. I don t know how I can emphasize the highest honor of recommendation but it s the best place they can take care of your car like their own. The prices are reasonable. Don t be so cheap! Parts are expensive, and so is labor. They deserve the well done vacation if they have that for their employees!

Took vehicle I around 115 pm 12-14-19 . The associate told my wife today would be better because I have less people working tomorrow. They close at 6 pm . 4 tires to be installed. At 515pm we show up and the car is still where we parked, three associates where standing there not doing anything. I go in and get the car for the night. Go back on 12-15-19 and I was told less people so it wouldn't be ready until later this afternoon close at 5 pm.. At the same time another customer was told he had to reschedule his appointment . Very bad management of great Company.I made an appointment at Pep Boys and they were happy for the business.

My husband's car had a slow leak in the rear passenger side tire. I have been using his car since mine is currently being worked on, so we need his car to function properly! He called Firestone in Glassboro and spoke to Tom to ask if they could patch it up for me before I went to work. They were able to fit me in and the job took about an hour. Since the tires were under warranty there was no fee. Turned out to be a rusty bolt! I just wanted to say how much I appreciate them accommodating me so quickly and getting me in and out and on my way to work. Thanks Tom and the staff of Firestone for a job well done! Hubs usually goes to the Audubon location but we will be coming here more often!

I've been to to this Firestone location a vaious times and would recommend them. They have always helped me schedule appointments that don't conflict with our work schedule. I really appreciate their knowledge on what needs to get done now versus what can wait until the next visit. I find their pricing to be fair and have never had to return to "fix something again". Tom and Tyler have always been great.
