New to Copart I drove 185 miles without an appointment & no way to load myself. From the office staff, yard guys & the loader operator, they went above & beyond to make my trip successful without breaking any policies. I am extremely thankful for such patient, wonderful staff!! Thanks Eric, Zach, Joe & the patient, young lady in the office.

Horrible customer service. Our driver came to pick a cargo van from them and the forklift guy refused to load it up bcs it's too heave but 2 days ago another driver from our company picked up another Sprinter Cargo Van without any problem. Once I called to the dispatch department to figure out why it happened they put me on hold for 10 minutes without mute the micro and I was listening how the agent was talking to colleagues about her hair. Asked to be transfered to a manager and manager hanged up the call because she was too busy to explain why they don't want to load our trailer.

Very good yard with good cars, friendly and helpful office workers. Except the loader. I bought at least six cars with broken bumpers. And every time I walk around the yard to check cars I see cars are pressed against each other. I know you are not responsible for small bumper cracks and scratches, but all the time I buying cars here I have to pay about $500 extra for body work. I have complained couple times to the office, but it s not giving any results.

I go to drop off a sailboat (no more than 20ft long &1,000lb s) at the co parts @Glassboro 781 Jacob Harris Ln NJ. I asked if we could have the loader with 14 ft forks take it off for us . Could ve taken 3 minutes smh but instead some guy Joe Cross said the only way he can get it off is if we sold him our brand new trailer . Obviously we didn t want to sell our personal trailer so he said no meanwhile the loader is takes off numerous cars . But we didn t want to sell our bosses brand new trailer so we have to spend close to $1,000.00 to get taken off in the morning.Contacted corporate already, just wanted to leave this horrible review because of one bad apple. One bad apple WILL ruin the bunch!

This is a legal big scam company in US everybody need to stay away from this dealer. I spend over 30k to highlander the said run and drive. The car wasn't driving no radiator no condenser no radiator Ventilated no any airbags in the car I spent over 20 k to fix

I purchased a vehicle in December of 2020 and paid with money orders. In June 2021 copart had a audit and the money orders I paid with wasn't processed which isn't my fault. It is now August i have to drive a hour and half to the copart facility that mishandled my money orders every time I purchase a vehicle instead of them fixing the issue they keep me wasting time and money. They admitted fault multiple times but aren't fixing the situation.

Well ran yard, Bee/John are great! Sometimes long wait but depends on how many people (customers) are there! Break time for employees makes customers wait time longer but understandable!

Im waiting for a title for 6 month calling they never take the phone in case they pick up the phone send the call to virginia o new york bad services i email to the manager and everybody they not answer i no recomend to buy cars in copart very irresponsible they not take care customer ... i lost 4 customer i pay parking to mi customer because the title is not available and not one have answer ... copart is a really bad auction totally disaster customer service

Horrible customer service no ability to get to the vehicle you've purchased without moving things yourself Waited 2 hours and still had to do their job to get the vehicle I purchased

I'm Ben waiting for 2hr and my car is not coming out ,go to office and ask and they tell me that g forgot to put me in the system, poor customer service they don't care
