I went to buy a headlight bulb and Prince was so helpful and kind. He even changed the bulb for me! I even tried to give him a tip and he wouldn t take it. I m so impressed with the service and will definitely be returning!

I ve been going to the AutoZone in Glassboro for three years now. Nothing, but great and honest service! I ve had my headlight replaced, new batteries installed, and tests run on my check engine light time after time. I m so grateful to the kind employees who always make sure I have what I need. I will continue to go to them with all my auto needs!

I would give Donte Taylor 10 stars if I could. I desperately needed a new battery, he explained my options over the phone and he had it waiting for me when I arrived. Not only was he pleasant, he went out of his way, on the coldest day in January and installed it. I can't express enough how much I appreciate the great customer service he gave me. It means a lot to know there are such good people in the world.

I was in the store Monday night. My tire plug wasn't working so the 2 employees on duty Breyden Money and Makayla Beck came out to help me. It was a cold night and they came oand helped me with no problem, and before they helped me they were both outside helping other customers. I was even able to pump my tire up because they let me use their air compressor. They went above and beyond to help me on a cold night and they should be recognized. Also I got there kind of late and they were also sweeping and mopping the floor. They were great in my estimation.Rickey

The manager Prince I have to many words to express the gratitude toward this man. He went out of his way to help me with my car and he was honest and straight to the point. I cannot thank this man enough for the help he gave to me today I will certainly be back and he deserves much more praise than what I m saying here.

I came in to get a new a headlight that went out, Mikayla was super friendly and extremely helpful! Her energy was very welcoming and genuine. I ve been to auto zone many times, and never had someone offer to do so much for me. She helped pick which ones I needed and even Installed both headlights for me. Again, no man has ever offered extra service like she did for me! I m not a big review person lol but I def had to appreciate her service out loud!

Manager came out and installed my battery for me. Was super nice and in/out lickity split! Polar opposite to Advance Auto who had no clue what they were doing because my battery is rear mounted. Thank you thank you! Freezing cold Alfa dude lol

My son call today (12/23/23) at approximately 11:15am to inquire about brake pad prices for our 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. The mumbling associate who answered the phone ask him to repeat the year/make/model several times. I joined in on the conversation and again confirmed 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. The associate then proceeds to correct us by saying the model we re looking for is an Outback. Again, I confirmed that the model is a Crosstrek and even spellled it to him. After spelling it for him, he tells us that There is no such thing as a Subaru Crosstrek .Considering I have a 2016 AND a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in my driveway, I can assure the Glassboro NJ AutoZone that Subaru does indeed make a Crosstrek. Y all might want to hire some associates that are at least capable of effective product research (or even comprehension and typing skills) considering the Crosstrek is one of the most popular vehicles in the entire Subaru line. The only thing this associate is successful at is convincing customers to NEVER consider this chain again when pricing out auto parts.

Happened to be in the area this morning. Check engine light came on and decided to stop and see about getting an error code check.I have never walked out of ANY auto parts store this relaxed and happy to have come in.The young man at the counter helped me out and was able to give me a brief explanation as to how I might proceed forward.Wonderful crew here. I'm thinking it'd be worth making the drive from Philly to get his kind of great service.

I had the best experience here today. My car was damaged a few weeks ago in an accident. It was mostlycosmetic and molding on the passenger side needed to be replaced. I really did not want to deal with the Insurance company and the long wait to get something minor fixed. I decided to stop here today. So glad I did . Prince assessed the situation and in no time had the molding glued back in place while showing me how to do this should I need to again.He saved me money and put a smile on my face with his kindness and concern. Thank you and thank you Prince for caring! I will return here for all my car needs in the future.
