The trip over there took about 90 minutes because of the weather and traffic. I kinda expected that and the customer service and vehicle selection made that trip very much worth it. Now... If you understand that you are buying a used car, your expectations should be saturated with realistic factors. I actually had a bit of fun and the transaction really took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I will be taking my sons there to get their very first vehicles and probably my 4th one too. Lol!

Never been here before. Had to follow my GPS since there were several cars to look at here. Pulled into the lot and it's packed. They also had someone sitting in the only open lane to pull into. Tried pulling into the back of the lot and thought I found an open spot. A guy who works there starts yelling at me and asking why I picked the worst spot to park - saying customer parking was on the outside. I apologized and said there were no signs and I thought I was going the right way. He asked why I would think it was the right way after coming through a maze. I said I didn't see any signs telling me where to go so I thought maybe customer parking was in the back. The guy tells me I had to back all the way back out of the lot and I "better not hit anything." Then when I'm trying to back out, he's just yelling at me to be careful but refuses to move so I can pull up. I asked him to step aside so I could pull forward to back out at a better angle and he yells at me not to hit anything. He's shaking his head and cursing, saying I'm unbelievable, then steps back a few steps so I could turn around. Listen, if I went in the wrong entrance - I apologize. The way to handle that would've been to politely let me know I went in the wrong entrance and maybe even help me back out. Instead, the guy curses at me and insults me. Again, there were no signs showing customer parking in a separate area, so I can't be the first person who's done it. I ended up leaving instead of parking. No way am I giving my money to a business that treats their customers like this.

So I bought a truck here in December. Engine light came on hours after I bought it. Still not able to get the car inspected. The money that it will take to fix the car is more than the car is worth. 2 separate mechanics have said its a big transmission job. When I went back to get the title and tell them about it, I was told they erase all the check engine lights of the cars that come in. Like it was a normal thing. I was completely scammed, I have to say this was probably the worst experience I've ever had buying anything. Shame some of the people there seem decent. But do yourself a favor and bring the computer to check when the engine light was last erased, because it can lead to saving thousands of dollars.

Didn't explain everything. Told me that everything was included. But when I picked up my title it wasn't a clean title turned out I have to pay to switch it over and tags were not included. And when I started to ask about the guy started to raise his voice kept cutting me off so I wouldn't talk and really got ignorant with me. I really do not recommend this place once they see that you maybe in a bad situation they will take advantage of it and lie then tell you another thing later.

Shady salesmen that treat Veteran women as if they are stupid. Sold my daughter a car which they said needed a NEW battery and they were going to put that in for her. However the battery Isn't new at all and the day she got the Title the car stopped working and it is NOT the battery. (Probably the starter or alternator.) Russ promised to tow her car back and fix it. Then GHOSTED her. Doesn't return phone calls, when somebody finally talked to my daughter they made it sound like she was Stupid and the car just wasn't in gear. How do you determine that without being there to even LOOK at the car? They did not disclose a starting issue at all. Will be calling the Better Business Bureau - maybe they can get some justice.

It was nice to find a decent car dealer that was straight forward. I was looking for a truck and wasn't trying to spend a fortune or take out a loan. They showed me what they had in stock and the price was reasonable. Next time I need a vehicle this will be my first stop.

I wasn't very impressed with the quality of the vehicle's on the lot. The two I drove were in pretty bad shape. Bit if you are looking for an affordable vehicle, you may just find it here.

Asked multiple times two very simple questions about a Volkswagen that they have for sale, what codes its throwing for the check engine light and if the convertible top functions. Furthest I got was I ll check and after several days of waiting (figured they got busy) follow ups have just been ignored.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! YOU WILL GET A LEMON! I purchased a car here less than two months ago for my 17 year old son, drove it less than 75 miles and the transmission went already!! I called them within 30 days of my purchase to let them know and Bob said he would have the owner call me back, unfortunately, I never received a call back and now I am out $4,000 and no car. I had a mechanic look it over and they confirmed the transmission was shot. A&R Cars knew they were selling me a lemon. I am going to report them to the BBB. It is not okay to take advantage of people and sell them junk. AGAIN, SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND DISAPPOINTMENT AND DO NOT BUY FROM ANYHTING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a used vehicle! Rob made himself available to me and worked with my schedule. Their prices are reasonable and fair. I appreciated Rob he was honest and real with me and that goes a long way. I will definitely be getting my sons vehicles from here. Anyone who has a bad review about A&R, all I have to say is don t blame the dealer for the shape of the vehicle you chose AS IS, the vehicle can not be the basis of your experience because these guys are good dudes in my eyes!

Bought a PT Cruiser from them for $3300.00 didn't receive title for a month. Took car to my mechanic and he asked me where did you find this car in the ocean? I said omg why? This car needed $5500.00 in repairs and I'm not talking little things I'm talking like rack pinion, timing, tie rods struts calipers brake rotors all around brake hoses all around rear shocks rear tie rods the list goes on and on rims tires water pump tune up sway bar Links both control arms all motor mounts battery and this was just to put it through inspection and to make it reliable and safe to drive. This place has nothing but JUNK CARS N TRUCKS... BUYER BEWARE!!!

So, I see a truck online. In the pictures it looked okay. I have to tell you that in my over 34 years of buying cars, I ve never seen a dealership with so many junk cars. They have two lots full of them. The first lot I went to was interesting, the young lady I dealt with was nice. The second lot where the vehicle I wanted to look at was to be found. The salesman proceeded to tell me that the girl I dealt with didn t know anything about cars, and smoked a cigarette while explaining her to me. Very unprofessional. The last person I dealt with was John, whom has more cars in the lot not running, then he does running cars. And, at the end of our conversation he berated me about looking at a truck, because I m looking for a truck, that he has no idea if the truck will even run because he doesn t know what s wrong with it. Then why did you show it to me? Horrible experience. I d rather walk then give them a dime of my money.

Decent carsAverage price rangeThe salesman/owner here is a great gentleman who doesn't give you the sales pitch like most guys do and will actually give you what you are looking for.It may not be the best, but it's decent and alright.

Got a great deal with them but several major issues were found after taking the longer drive home. The check engine light had also been erased and the readiness timer had not elapsed to complete the reset. The golden rule applies here, so don't be dissapointed believing you got more. I gave them 3 stars because I liked the atmosphere. This is so much than searching the classifieds and trusting private sales. I also could have paid much more and gotten a similar experienced from much more expensive lots.

DO NOT BUY from here. All the papers on the cars say they run and drive good. And the people lie about the conditions of the cars. Was just looking for a car to fish in nothing fancy but reliable. Bought a car that I was told it runs and drives great asked all the questions was told one owner it's a good deal. It was in such bad condition the shop I took it too said they couldn't put it on the lift they were afraid it would fall apart. It has t been 24 hours sense I got it and I called to see about getting a diyone an exchange they were rude and told me I should reread my paper. After they told me the car was good had one owner just had high mileage. Do not buy from here unless you need scrapes from the cars you won't be able to drive the car

Avoid this dealership!!! Brandon was incredibly disrespectful while attempting to make a deal on a vehicle. I have purchased a vehicle from them in the past and wanted to purchase another. After my experience with Brandon, I will most DEFINITELY avoid this dealership at ALL COSTS.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I was in such a hurry to buy a car that I did not look up any reviews of the place. Listen to the warnings as you play russian roulette with their cars. Bought a cheap car that I knew was gonna need a little love. The check engine light was on but was told it was a simple fix. Head light was out but hey a bulb is cheap I'm not worried. Drove the car home which was less than 20min drive. The next day didn't even make it 5mins and the brakes locked up. Had to get a tow because the tires would not move at all. The headlight wasn't just a bulb as the wiring had melted which had to be replaced. The car wouldn't go into reverse all the time so I had my mechanic look at it. Wasn't even on the lift for 2 minutes and they said "Get rid of it." What was supposed to be an alright cheap car was in fact just a money pit. Was told they get the worst cars at the junk yard/auction and try to make a quick profit. Avoid them and just go somewhere else. If you must buy a car from them TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU!!

I bought a 2002 Dodge Dakota as is from them for $2195. The truck runs and drives great and only needed minor repairs. They have a good selection of cars and trucks for under $3000. The salesman was honest and up front about the issues the truck had. This was a very pleasant experience and I will be returning to them again in the future.

A&R sold me a car $2,200 that worked for 40 miles and then conked out due to a bad gasket. I have to pay 1600$ for labor and parts for a new engine. Owner refused to allow a replacement. He only allowed $1,000 deduction off next vehicle which means I would have to pay another 1400 for tradein. I kept this one and am fixing it. For $2,000 I believe all of those cars are broken.Salesman was nice and helpful but I still got a lemon which is too old to be covered under lemon law.

I loved the straightforward no BS honest attitude of Robert. We were buying a car for my son and he took safety into consideration when recommending the different vehicles. The car was nice and the price was fair. Very good experience

Bought a used truck and purchased a warranty. Took Me a month and a half to get my title, the $500 deposit I gave to them for the warranty was never given to the warranty company, nor was the application. I,ve called numerous times only to be given the run around. At this point I have to take legal action. Don't buy from them

Sold me a car they never had a clear title to. Its been 2 months tomorrow and I still can't register or title the car. Lie after lie being told to me. Tomorrow I'm going to the police to file a complaint maybe they'll be more responsive to them. Title skipping is a felony.

Had an issue with one of the vehicles I purchased and Rob went above and beyond for me to make sure it was handled promptly, He let me exchange it for a new vehicle which I am very satisfied with. Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable. Very good prices too. 10/10 satisfied

Absolute scumbaggery at it s finest. I bought a car from these clowns as is . I knew the car would probably need some work, but this car had everything under the sun wrong with it. They didn t even know to put the correct battery in it. Needed a timing belt, brakes, rotors, etc all the way around, 4 new tires, had a broken front axle, 2 bad cv joints, rocker arms, etc. I would not deal w these thieves if it was the last car dealer on earth. I would strongly recommend that no one else does either. I m not sure they ve ever seen an actual decent car before. These people are the reason that many people hate car salesmen.
