Outstanding Service and Exceptional Care: I recently had the misfortune of my car being rear-ended, but I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have chosen Son's Prestige Collision for the repairs. 2020 Civic Si looked pristine after I got it back. Good, friendly service. They worked in conjunction with my insurance and Enterprise to make the process as seamless as possible. Definitely recommend.

I only used this body shop because they were recommended by USAA but the customer service was exceptionally poor. First, I made an appointment for an estimate and there was no record of me setting up the appointment. Got an estimate which was several hundred dollars more than another estimate I received. The difference in estimates was the number of hours for body repair because the sheet metal is aluminum, but that was noted on the other estimate as well. I had heard the work and service was good so I decided to have the repair work done here. After I dropped off the car, I did not receive any updates from their text message system. Correction, I received a text message that the car was ready after I picked it up. I had to call for a status well before that to find out the car was ready. They charged me an extra $45 to clear an error message that popped up when they reinstalled the headlamp. (Seriously?) When I asked about the additional charge, the estimator, Ryan, was incredibly rude about the additional charge. He said the original estimate was just that an estimate and this was additional work and he needed to pay his worker for this "additional" work. When I dropped off the car and picked it up there were no customers in the front of the body shop and now I know why.

Fantastic. The service, the accountability, the stand behind our work is phenomenal. When we went to pick up our car, there was a problem and the team here worked to get it resolved. I may have had to wait a few more days, but it was well worth that wait as they resolved the outstanding issues without question. If I need to count on a body repair shop, this is the one. Brian was amazing to work with. T he staff was very friendly and answered all questions. They kept me updated on the status of the vehicle and it was ready quicker than promised. They also made it easy to coordinate a rental. Brian took great care of everything and I would highly reccomend Son's!

Horrible experience dealing with this body repair shop. My SUV had minor damage on the rear passenger door that they said would take about 2 weeks to repair. However it took 2 months for them to return my car due to them (Lauren) overestimating the repair cost to the insurance company. Would not recommend them in the future.

Have to share this very bad experience.Took my my mother car to get repairs which they fix the damage. But I always check the body of car to make sure it was done correctly all around. To my surprise there was huge dent on side of the car that wasn't there so if I didn't bring this to there attention this would of been left. Glad I didn't left lot this was only way I was able to prove they cause unnecessary and careless damage which they fix. Cause time and stess which no one should feel. I will never go again or recommend.Service: Painting

Dropped off with there drop box, it was done before estimated date, received text messages almost daily with progress reports and got it back a day early. Paid over the phone never ever saw anyone. And it looks brand new. Hopefully won't have to use again......

The autobody work is great. However, there's two elements for the company to improvement: communication and mechanical. I've had to reach out to them many times to get updates. Furthermore, I was not notified when the wrong product was received and my car would be delayed 10 days. From the mechanical side, the car had issues when I picked it up. Small issues, the hood latch light, AC, and odor in the car; I went back twice for the AC. For the odor in the car, they replaced the cabin filter at no charge, which I appreciated. The employees are nice and hope they fix some of these areas of improvement.

From the moment I walked in their door I was treated like I was their only customer. All professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date on everything. Enterprise Rent a Car picked me up and when my car was finished I just left keys with Son's. Liberty Mutual was also very easy to work with. Wonderful Experience but I hope I never go back!

Unfortunately before even having my car serviced, I was rudely called by the office staff (Lauren). I understandably was declined on Saturday from leaving my car on their lot due to policy. However I was not going to drive my damaged vehicle in bad weather to make matters worse.Instead of asking my situation with me choosing to rent a vehicle prior to insurance coverage, it was assumed that I was not aware of coverage policies or liabilities. She went so far as to ask me where my current vehicle was as if I was doing something wrong. Moreover she felt the need to let me know rather than survey what I did know. Her tone was condescending and rude. This is a friendly reminder to be mindful of the approach of a business in the event of an already troubling situation of having a car accident. It is my hope that they improve in such.

The phones in Sons Prestige Collision DO NOT dial out. If your car is not ready on the scheduled delivery date you will NOT be notified on a timely basis.I understand needing to wait on suppliers, but I do not understand why they cannot notify you.My car was scheduled to be ready Friday April 7th. At 2:40 p.m. on Friday, I received a text that the car was being rescheduled to Wednesday April 12th....A text at 2:40 p.m. is that a joke? I was already on my way there.On Wednesday April 12th, again the car is not ready and again no phone call.If you call and person handling your case is unavailable, forget about a call back. You will need to call them again to talk to someone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Office staff was top notch work..I am very pleased with the work that was done. From day one from the communication till the day I picked up my car. It was cleaned polished & everything was repaired like it never happened. The paint matched perfectly! They even took care of a few shopping cart scratches while it was there.They certainly made sure I was pleased. I definitely would use them again.

My repair was good. The staff is friendly & courteous. That said, their communication leaves much to be desired. 3 days after dropoff I received a text that my parts were in & work would begin. 7 days later I received a text stating that they were shooting for end of day completion, but car would most likely be ready on Monday. When I called Monday, I got a flim flam excuse about the failure of the text system. My question was, why not call me??? I was assured that car would be ready end of day the following day. I advised that I would be working, & pick up on Wednesday. Their response? Great, we ll call you first thing in the morning. No such call. When I called Wed late afternoon, I was again given a dubious reason as to why the car was not ready.The obvious answer is to be upfront with the progress of the repair, and call when you say you will.Do not recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm very pleased with the quality of service that I received from the entire staff at Son's Prestige Collision from start to finish. I needed my car repaired as quickly as possible and wanted my vehicle in and out of the shop on very specific days. Diane, the secretary (very pleasant lady) at Son's Prestige was able to schedule me in so I could get it there on the day requested. I brought it in and a friendly gentleman at the front desk carefully explained the process. He told me I'd received automatic updates on the progress of repairs and thankfully I did. In spite of some delays in shipment of parts required to repair my vehicle, Michael and his team of technicians professionally repaired the damage done to my car and had it detailed, and looking like new on the day that I requested.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was so great at Son s Prestige! In contact with me the entire time they had my vehicle. Updated me through the entire process, did great work and repairs and the best part was how quickly they had the car back to me and good as new! From making sure I had a rental upon drop off to returning the rental to them and picking up my vehicle. My insurance company suggested them as the body shop to fix my car but will be a personal recommendation of mine to anyone I know in search of a shop. Thank you to Ben, Diane and the team at Son s prestige.

Brought my car here to get repaired after I was T-Boned on driver side rear door. Excellent service from the first phone call to the job was finished. I bought my car in for work on my doors after an accident as they are the nearest Geico body shop affiliate. They ordered the wrong door for my car after I was waiting over a month for it to arrive. Finally today I was told the car was ready but when I went to pick it up the check engine light was on (which it wasn't previously), I was told this was due to a rodent living under the hood (which I believe only happened when the car was in their care). Most gallingly, the car's memory card was missing and I was told I must have been responsible for it going missing even though they are the only ones who have had access to the car (it was working fine when I dropped it off). Rather than offering to work with me on the issues that occurred while they had my car I was told there was nothing they can do. They made everything so easy. The estimate was fast and accurate, they worked with State Farm so I didn't have to, they even helped with Enterprise for our rental. Went here for some repairs on my car the staff was super friendly and nice! They updated me as soon as they knew what to do with my car and I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time.
