On June 4th, my spouse and I were involved in a fender bender. The insurance company suggested Victorio Auto Body. After performing an initial estimate, we dropped the car off on June 28th. i thought of getting other work done because our car was in there, Victorios care. Why not perform a few additional repairs? I received an additional quote, which was done by Sandor. I confirmed the additional work by email correspondence late that night, and the next day, I followed-up with a phone call. I briefly spoke to Gigi regarding the approval of the additional work.On July 10th, roughly two weeks later. I received a call from Gigi, the car was ready. So upon driving into the lot, we noticed the same discrepancy on our car. Upon speaking to Sandor, he explained that an oversight had occurred and the additional work wasn't completed. I was disappointed, to say the least. Sandor stepped out of the office and reviewed the original work caused by the fender bender. Victorio auto body did an excellent job on that repair. No complaints there. The car looks great. The next business day, I visited Victorio auto body again, and I spoke to Sandor once again regarding my disappointment. He understood, and IMHO Sandor was sincerely apologetic. I asked if he would honor the initial quote, and he said yes. He stated I would have to wait the two week lead time, I said that's not a problem.so I'm waiting on Victorio auto body as of July 20th, 2023.I will say this, any company can drop the ball, but not all companies are willing to follow-up and make things right. Thank you, Victorio Auto Body, for your transparency & for making things right. At victorios, I personally found the staff to be friendly and professional. So, would I recommend this shop? Yes! To family & friends alike. Thank you guys for a job well done. I appreciate your work.Update: September 13, 2023Gigi, from Victorios, gave us a call, and we scheduled (August 7th, 2023, and the car to return to the shop for the additional repairs that weren't completed the 1st time around. After meeting with Sandor, the car was left at the shop. To our surprise, It was completed before the scheduled pick-up date, and it looked great!We felt that our visit wasn't as warm/ greeted with the same charming flair. However, Victorios is a business and not a dining experience. I was contacted by Mario, who reached out regarding an additional quote for a new bumper, It wasn't that much more, so we decided to move forward, and it was for the best.Overall, Victorios is a serious business that aspires to do a job well done. I would say customers are significant to them based on my personal experience, even if a monetary lost is taken by Victorios. The cost of service/repairs is visible in the quality of their work. Thank you for your business, I personally appreciate it because you didn't have to honor your previous quote, but you did. Enjoy the upcoming holidays. Thank you!

Highly recommend! A tree fell on my car and I needed extensive body work done. Victorio Auto Body was in network with Progressive and repaired my car in such a timely manner. I m extremely happy with the outcome, my car looks like nothing ever happened to it Thank you team!!

From start to finish, I was thoroughly satisfied. When I arrived, customer service was excellent. Paperwork was ready and in order. Updates and estimated time for repair was very accurate. Inspection of my car at time of arrival pointed out an issue that was not part of the repair to my attention. Excellent service!

AMAZING WORK ! They fixed everything that our 2010 Ford Escape needed fixing after someone crashed into our left side! I was shocked when we went to pick it up at how new the car looked ! Loved it & would definitely recommend Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a small accident where my front bumper needed to be replaced. Victorio Auto Body invited me to come the same day that I called about the damage and inspected the car. They provided me with a quote and ordered the parts which came in the next day! The turnaround time was great! I brought my car in on a Tuesday and it was ready for pickup by Friday evening. Thank you for your help and for the ease! I definitely recommend this business for anyone looking for repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough positive things about Victorio's Auto Body in Garfield. This place truly went above and beyond in every aspect when my mom was involved in a severe accident. From the moment we towed our car to their lot, the service we received was nothing short of exceptional.First and foremost, the frequent updates on the progress of the vehicle and repairs were a lifesaver during a stressful time. Their communication was top-notch, and it was reassuring to know that they were keeping us informed every step of the way.The professionals at Victorio's Auto Body are not only great at what they do but they are also incredibly kind and friendly. This is long overdue. I checked the reviews before taking my Hyundai Elantra 23 (red my baby) there for repair after an accident.1. I was kept updated on how things were going via text.2. Estimated pickup was spot on3. My baby was literally out of the show room ready!Sandor was patient and understanding. I ve never experienced anywhere that has that volume of work be 100% in service. Even down to car rental pickup. They had that done.Thank you to the crew I met and the unsung repair crew!Fantastic!Donna

This is the second vehicle I have brought to Victorio's autobody. With that said, they go above and beyond with every detail from the moment you walk in and constant updates. Gigi and the young man (forgot his name)at the front desk are beyond professional and amazing. I have been to many auto body shops in the Bergen county area, and by far; this one is hands down the best. I highly recommend them.

This shop Victorio Auto Body does the best work in the world. They are friendly, keep you fully informed during repairs, and even help you coordinate with your rental car if needed. I would go far out of my way to get work done by them. Top tier quality of service. 100% recommend.

My son referred me to Victorio Auto Body. The service was great. It was on the list my insurance company provides for auto body work and the work by this shop was guaranteed by my insurance company. They communicated frequently throughout the process. They have a relationship with Enterprise car rentals, which is nearby, so it was very easy to coordinate. My car was ready a day earlier than promised and they did an excellent job.

Great service, the staff is very professional and friendly.The whole process from dropping off my car to picking it up from the shop was smooth, no issues at all.I received updates via email and text.They even went out of their way to touch up areas around the accident to blend in everything nicely.My car looks brand new! This is my second time taking my car at Victorio body shop they are super my husband and I we got in to a car accident Gigi jerry sander and all the team were so helpful when my husband call they helping immediately we so thankful for what they did again for us an amazing work god keep blessing you all all the best Victorio body shop thanks again a million all the best to you all and your family too I really rrecomend them they are the best

After the man in the SUV decided to redesign my car from behind I decided to use a local auto body shop that I had encountered previously that did an excellent job on a minor repair.The mangled car went in like an old wrinkled up piece of aluminum foil and came out like the day I drove it off the dealer's lot and just as clean.The accommodating employees at Victorio's auto body shop include a polite receptionist, premium mechanics, and their management staff is very professional. They handled everything from drop off to pickup including dealing directly with the insurance company, so there are no worries for the customer. A shout out to Mr. Chris T. for having control of everything. It is such a pleasure doing business with a company that is knowledgeable and timely with their repairs. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would because I feel they went above and beyond to guarantee the customer's satisfaction.Thank you kindly to all of the people on your team!03/27/24On another occasion recently, a man punched a deep dent in my passenger door with his SUV door on a windy day, so I brought the car to Victorios for the third time. Everything about this business is organized and professional. They are 100% accommodating with other needs that arise during your repair time. Just ask if they don't ask first.Their quality repairs are always performed in a timely manner. A shout out to Dominic and Chris and the receptionist for service with a smile and an easy transaction!Victorios Autobody "bends over backwards" for their customers:1.
