Usually we don't do this, but if your are planning to buy a car I highly recommend you to run away from this dealer, we bought a GMC PICK UP TRUCK HERE, less than a month the car wasn't drivable and this dealer wouldn't take responsibility. The Owner keeps ignoring my calls or text. Now we are stuck with a 20+k debt with a blown truck! NO COMPRES CaRRO AQUI! Venden carros maquillados y lamentablemente nosotros confiamos y nos quedamos con una deuda y un carro con el motor da�ado.Learned Lesson! Consider going to another dealer ! DO NOT BUY HERE!

My dad bought me my first car from here and it was great! It is in a little bit of a hard to find location, but it was fine. They even lowered the price a little. They were very nice and helpful.

I was interested in the gold 2017 q60 in their inventory. I was told "the car has a salvaged title because it was stolen, it was involved in no accidents." After searching the VIN through google (notice they don't provide VIN's on some cars), there was a picture of the car showing it was involved in a front end collision. Don't do business with these crooks, I didn't pay attention to reviews in the past but people take the time to write these reviews for a reason. Do yourself a favor....by the time you read this the q60 might be removed from their website LOL...

STAY AWAY from this place! Dealership advised I was approved for vehicle. Gave me all the info to get the insurance. After paying for insurance and tow to bring my trade up there, he called to have the tow return to my home because he didn t have room for the trade car. I advised him the tow was already en route but he said have him turn around and he will provide the tow free of charge because of the inconvenience the next day. Told me the car I was purchasing needed an oil change and he was doing that as well the car would be ready the next morning. I called the next morning only to be advised that he would call me back in 30 mins after he has spoken to mechanic. He never called so I called the number went to voicemail 3 times. I drove up to the dealership only to see Mike and his staff outside talking and the car in the same spot. He and his staff proceeded to quickly go inside. When asked inside about the status of everything he pretended to be helping a customer which was the staff member that was standing outside with him talking when I pulled up. I guess he forgot this staff member was the same person that was there helping us the day before with the car. After waiting 15 mins in the heat he came out to let us know the bank didn t approve it and when asked wasn t I informed when I talked to him earlier he lied again and said he didn t know he found out right before I called. So again I asked well why didn t you tell me. He said oh I didn t know. He took copies of my License and bank info. He also have a copy of my insurance which I paid to purchase for the car I was buying. He gave me all the info to give the insurance company, so if it wasn t approved why was I told to insure the car. At this point I m gonna freeze my credit report and alert my bank. Please stay away from this scam of a dealership. After reading the reviews online, I m not sure why he is still in business.

We bought a 2019 minivan from Mike's three weeks ago and had a wonderful experience from phone call to driving home. We had searched for a van for WEEKS and were turned off by dealers that added extra fees and wouldn't have an honest conversation over the phone. Mike's was the opposite of that experience. Can't recommend enough!

Buying a used car from a dealership can be so scary but Mike is extremely professional, he answered all of our questions, and didn t give us any run around. He helped my father with his purchase & fixed all of his concerns without a problem. Thank you Mike.

SHADY! SHADY wow read the reviews this place might be shadiest USED CARD LOT ever encountered and that is saying allot. First off the place felt borderline dangerous, lots of shady people doing shady things. So the "salesman" says no accidents and clean title ( first lie ) reality it was in a MAJOR flood, then he tells me the sunroof leaked a little --meaning drops--then I showed him the salave photos I found from the auction site they bought it from-he played dumb-well it still seemed like a good deal-after sending message on what time to pick up as I left a deposit they stop replying--finally when I called they sold the car and played me for god knows what. Listen used cars will always be the shadiest business on earth with unscrupulous people running and working them just be carefull as this is the low of the low.

If your buying a used car this is the place to go. Mike the owner is very nice and accommodating. I hate how people write reviews that aren t true. I know for a fact that this business isn t out to hurt people. Or get over on them. Very fair. Honest. If something s wrong you will be told. This guy on here wrote a negative review and I have a feeling it s the dealership down the street. Makes me angry. These are good people. Hard working people.

GREAT PLACE GREAT DEALS ! I purchased a 2013 Scion FR-S 6 speed from them about 9 months ago .. car Is perfect no issues I love it . Easy process the owner did everything to keep me up to date and help .. he still stay in contact to this day to check up on the car and my self . Great customer service !!! Will definitely buy 20 more cars from here

This place seems extremely shady. My boyfriend and I arrived and were overlooked by two employees so we decided to check out the lot. We we approached by a man and we explained we had an appointment but were just looking around first. He said that part of the office was about to close and that we had to sign in and fill out paperwork first. He then went on to add that the cars weren t going anywhere ...we went inside and signed in . The office was small and filled with young women wearing jeans and sweatpants. Everything was looked completely unprofessional! None the less we began the paperwork. Upon filling it out I realized they asked for my social. I disregarded it considering they advertise no credit check. When I hand in the paper the lady told me she needed it to check to see if I ve ever used them before or if I had bankruptcies. Totally defeated the whole reason I was there . Giving the false advertising , lack of professionalism and environment I did not feel comfortable providing such information. I walked right out of there! I worked hard to establish the life I have and I m not about to loss it all a shady car place! So go at your own risk but know the truth!

It s reviews like this I wish the rating could be higher then 5 stars and this would be one of them! This is by far the best dealership I have ever come across and I m so happy I did . Malek is the definition of customer service and What it should be. He takes care of his customers exceptionally well, professional, courteous and keeps his word . I also did my test drive with sam who again customer service out of this world , very personable , when doing the test drive it was like driving and talking with a good friend and not a stranger . I was having a terrible car buying experience until I came to mike s auto , he doesn t play games or waste your time , the second you reach out he responds within 5 minutes. I live an hour away and told him i didn t want to drive an hour just to be turned down, he had everything sorted out and settled within an hour, the car I wanted with the payments within the price range I wanted . It was to good to be true, I was updated the whole time , car serviced on Thursday, sent my a picture of the oil change Friday and I picked up the keys car and signed paperwork on Saturday and he even took the car off of the for sale inventory because i said I would come and finance it. Malek and Sam are beyond phenomenal and i would recommend Everyone to go there , I m beyond in love with my car and i will be buying any future car through them and only them and i recommend everyone to go there . Great cars. Great prices . Customer service that s beyond incredible, by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience.Thank you Malek & Sam ! I ALTIMAlly love my carThomas

I m from Scranton, pa this is the only place I will buy a vehicle , so very honest in detail and when they describe the condition expect it to be just so, don t find that in other auto sales anywhere. That s why I drive 2 hours to get a vehicle .. Mike/SEAN sell QUALITY CARS,TRUCKS,AND SUVS...I BOUGHT 3 bmws and they went Above and Beyond with the 3 I purchased ......and Safety is number 1 issue with them and I can rest assured my daughter is driving a safe reliable car

I just bought a 2012 F-350 from this place and it s the best experience I ve ever had at a used car dealership the owner is very nice and helpful and will do anything to make sure your a satisfied customer before you leave in one of his vehicles I will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle at a great price!!!!!!!

one of the worst experiences you could imagine i bought a car for 6000 dollars and he promised me i can return it within 5 days if there is a problem in engine and transmisionnext thing i know im looking at the dealer a 5600 dollar repair on engine bebecause the engine is bad and he doesnt want to return the car now and im stuck with something that doesnt work and now i just got scammed.NEVER GO HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME YOU WILL THANK ME LATER
