Had a hard time finding a van that wasn't abused or way over priced. I drove all over NJ and NY for about 3 weeks until I went to mjtraders. Met Mark he was very kind and helpful. Showed me what vans he had for sale and the moment I saw this one I knew I found what I was looking for. I highly recommend mjtraders to anyone looking to buy a van! The van rides great and the price was great as well!

Came in with my guard up, left feeling at ease, taken care of and appreciated. Mark runs an excellent business, I'm sure his dad would be proud of the integrity he and his business show. I bought a 2013 Econoline van from them and they were fully transparent. As a buyer, when doing my due diligence I ended up at one of MJ Autos competitors and the competitor tried to screw me. MJ kept it real! Thanks Gary, Carol , Edgar Mark and his nephew! You guys are great!

Great place to buy a used car. I got a used car from them back in January of 2020. Its a father and son owned business. Joe the father is a sweet guy and his son Frank is a very nice easy going guy always looking to work with you with no hassles or gimmicks. They provided great service as salesman and i felt comfortable being there. Frank let me test drive it with no issues just as long as i left my driver's license and i drove it around the block a few times. I literally no joke was in there for about an hour and 15 minutes and i drove out of the lot as a happy customer. Its been about 7 months later and the car is still running in great condition.as he said. So there cars you see on-line is how you see them in person. I look forward doing business with them in the future and referring people to them. Overall i was very satisfied with there business and service. Car still runs great.

Probably the best car dealership experience I've had. Everyone I worked with were %100 accommodating with any an all questions I had. They allowed me to look at every inch of the 06 Subaru Forester, even letting me take it to a mechanic to lift the vehicle so I can check everything. No pressure when negotiating and completely honest businessmen. The customer service before, during and even after the cars purchase has been great. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again. Great business and very friendly people. Hard to find these days.

I ve been a business owner for 25 years and have purchased many vans. It was a pleasure to see guys stand behind what they sell. Mark(the owner) and Gary were awesome. Mark responded to every phone call or text within minutes. We actually had an issue with the van (as can happen with any used vehicle), and he made it right!! Without any hesitation!! He never dodged a phone call, and dealt with it head on!I was very impressed ! And would buy another used van from him in a heartbeat.

My experience buying a vehicle from M J Traders were awesome, both assistants named Jonathan were attendants also the Gentleman who has the battery into his back we're so awesome I never expected such a human like him still existing, he's such a wonderful gift to mankind. Salesman Jonathan gets a of perfect 10 score from me and my wife Sonia, he's our sales guy moving forward.himtthheavens and back.

Absolutely the best car buying experience! Easy, no-nonsense, no sales pressure, all done professionally with a smile! Mark was amazing and SO accommodating. I rarely ever post reviews but couldn t pass up an opportunity to give kudos to a small businessman going out of his way to provide the best customer service possible. If you re looking for a straight forward and honest approach, call Mark. If you prefer to haggle and nickel and dime , go elsewhere.

My experience with MJ Traders was phenomenal. Flying in from Charlotte, North Carolina, I was pleased with the selection of cars and the overall services. Mark is a very kind and considerate individual who took time to discuss my interests prior to looking at any pricing for my brand new Dodge Durango. I bought my last preowned car here and had a good experience. The guys took their time with me and made me feel comfortable. It was nice talking to them. Questions were being answered patiently, they helped me get insurance and send me on my way. The staff also was fair in acknowledging some things that needed fixing and gave a bit on the price to come to terms. I would come here again and I would send a friend.

Had a great experience buying my 05 Subaru Forester today. The owner Mark and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything which is a plus. Really quick process got to bring it home the same day. Also had a friend buy 2 cars from there a few years back and they were great buys. Thank you MJ Traders for a great experience

I had bought a Van recently from there and Mark and his staff are very professional, friendly, and reliable. They always responded in a timely matter and the buying process was quick and easy . I had some concerns in buying a used Van, but Mark assured me and gave me his word , that if there were any problems he would take care of it for me . The Van was from out of state so I had to get NJ Inspection. Because of the Pandemic, I was not able to get inspection right away but four months after I had bought the Van I finally got my registration and was able to take it for inspection. The inspection failed , I called Mark right away with my concerns and with no questions asked, he said he would take care of issues and cost so that we could pass inspection. I am a very happy customer and If you are in the market for a used Car I recommend MJ Traders . Great people Great Service

I was able to test drive a car that this auto dealership had on their lot. It was a quality car. A father and son team run the show and they were very honest and professional. They recommended me to a sister dealership to drive another car as well and I was grateful. You can answer better service. Their car selection is pretty extensive. Just like everywhere else you need to be thorough when you check your automobile because not everyone is perfect in sinding flaws with automobiles. It's a quality place to find a decent car. It's worth taking a trip if you find something in their inventory.

Bought my first 2 cars from here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Currently drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased from here and I love it. Gary helped me with everything and overall was a great experience.

This was an all around fantastic experience!When we called, the number, it goes directly to Aaron, their salesman's cell! He drove to their storage lot and brought the van we had in mind over before we arrived.The van was kept in great shape and had minor needs to get it to our version of perfection! Aaron had back up vans in mind if we needed, but this specialty handicap van was perfect for our family!The company understands how tough it is to pay for a handicap van when you are paying for all of the needs for a handicap person! That being said, they priced this van low to help our family as much as they could! They don't lie about any issues and are up front about everything.Aarons enthusiasm and love for the job showed, and we knew we were in good hands! (I am very picky about my vehicles and also who I buy from). If I am uncomfortable or annoyed with a salesman or their team, I will walk out.Aaron was just the first part of this wonderful experience! Next we met Gary, who was outgoing, a jokester, and quick with all of.the paperwork and payment processing.Mark came in to fill out a title on the spot! I'm not sure if they have the ability to do this with all of their vehicles, but it was a nice surprise at no extra cost to us! Mark had just as big of a friendly smile on his face as Aaron and Gary! He made us feel welcome and important to their company.All members went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, welcome and helped. They thanked us multiple times for driving a few hours and from another state to buy from them! I let them know that when Aaron was so fantastic and accommodating on the phone, we knew the drive was going to be worth it!I can't thank the MJ Trader team enough for such an amazing experience! It was not easy to find a handicap van that fit, a wheelchair, our daughters nurse, our daughters large equipment, AND the 6 other family members we have! To find a company that cares, does what they say they are going to do,.and does their best to work with you is becoming a rare thing in this world. I am glad we found one of the good companies and plan to use them in the future!

I called this dealer about an 07 Mazda 3. It was very well priced. Well below suggested KBB price and the carfax was excellent. I told them I was going to come down the next day and they said they would have the car ready for me.I drove three hours to the dealership and when I got there, I noticed how extremely crowded the dealership was. It was relatively clean though. However, they did not bring the vehicle over to this lot and told me I had to drive to their other lot. Not a big deal. Only ten minutes away.I drove ten more minutes to the other lot which was also very crowded. I walked into the office which was very filthy and looked run down. The salesman gave me the keys and told me to check out the vehicle and he would be back in fifteen minutes. They were unexpectedly busy.I went out and had to (unexpextedly) walk through two feet of snow, getting my shoes and socks cold and wet, and clean the snow off of the car so I could check out the engine. The car was great. I was prepared to buy it.After waiting an hour for the salesman, he tells me I will have to come back another day to do a test drive because it was parked in and there was snow in the way. After all that. The salesman didn't act interested in selling me the car and was too busy focusing on other things.Luckily, I found an even better deal at another dealership with an actual car lot and a legitimate building with very friendly salesmen actually willing to help me.TL;DR: The prices here are good, the customer service and environment are terrible.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and time that went into purchasing a car from MJ Traders. I paid a fair price for a great car. Everything about the experience was positive and I will definately send my friends and coworkers. It is great to see stand up people in an industry that I had previously had bad experience with other dealers. They even ket my frenchie hang at the shop. Thank you....LOVE MY FORRESTER

Dealing with Joe and Frank was an absolute pleasure. Needed a safe and reliable car and they gave me a great deal on an awesome 08 Subaru Forester that drives like a dream! Joe was so helpful with all the paperwork and they took all the hassle out of buying a new car! Would definitely recommend checking them out!

I bought a car 10 years ago from Joe, he was very helpful. He gave me a great deal on my Lexus. I went back Joe is still there and traded it in for another . They gave me a free oil change and give you the personal service I am looking for. I would recommend them.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. The staff was quick to assist us in the lot,they were helpful with all my questions. Great selection of vehicles, even brought a few vehicles from there other lot once they knew what I was interested in. Reasonable prices and friendly staff.The process of the sale was quick and easy, and they offered us refreshments while they did all the paperwork.

Myself and my significant other were in the market for a 15 passenger van to start our transportation business and we wanted a van that would be reliable and reasonably priced, after scouring the web we came upon MJ traders, we made the 5 hour drive and upon arrival we were treated very well especially Gary and Mike were awesome working with us as we had 1 particular van in mind we wanted to purchase, everything checked out and we left with our van happy as can be, if you don t want the hassle of grubby slimey dealers and you re looking for a good realiable van MJ traders is where you should be looking for your next business/personal vehicle purchase.Side Story: we had a mishap making our way home the next day one of our shackles where lead spring sits on in the rear driver side snapped and punctured a break line, we notified Gary and he was very cool about it we brought the van back to them and they were able to get the parts and fix the van up, no hassle this dealership I wish there were more of because not many stand by the product they sell but these guys went above and beyond for us!!!, definitely a dealership that cares about their customers and not their bottom line.THANKS MJ TRADERS

Some of the nicest people I ve ever met. We had the pleasure of working with Frank as well as Joe, and they were friendly, informative, and were not the type to put pressure on you. We also had the pleasure of working with Edgar, who couldn t have been more accommodating when it came to how many cars we took for a drive. At the end of the day we walked out with exactly what we were looking for.In response to negative reviews I ll say this. They re very clear that you buy the car as is and that once driven off the lot, you assume all responsibility. These guys run a good business. Don t tarnish their reputation for that. I d absolutely go back.

Would not purchase from here again. 3700 for the car 3200 worth of work done on it purchased in March, now the engine is shot so more to come. Spoke to the dealer again after my first call disconnected, older guy that said he was the owner when I purchased the car originally only to have him pretend he wasn't the boss over the phone today as if I didn't recognize his voice. Had a family member looking for a car but after today quickly told them not to go here. Buying as is cars is at your own risk obviously but this car seemed to have issues they put bandaids on to get it off the lot. Bottom line yes initially I was happy with the purchase then came issue after issue, tried to keep a positive outlook but the engine problems today were the last straw. Needed a decent used car for my kid and ended up with a money pit.8/4/17. The car was not fine after thirty days. I spent 1500 within 10 days bringing it up to par. Thanks for admitting the head gasket issue long after the purchase was made. We were aware and that first 1500 spent included replacing incorrect spark plugs. Also it was clear to my mechanic that a head gasket sealant was used. That's how you bandaid a 167k mile car. Car was overpriced for the issues it had period. You're probably the one who said to me that it was in good shape to begin with. And yes he did say he was the owner with his son in law
