I was driving back upstate on 46 and the muffler on my truck completely dislodged, dragging along the ground. Lanza was the closest auto shop so I took my limping vehicle there. The owner immediately took care of me, got the truck up on a lift, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 90 minutes for a very reasonable price. It was a great experience and I'd recommend Lanza to anyone in the area in need of honest work to their vehicle.Service: Auto maintenance

Frank and his crew are extremely professional and always there to help me. I have been going to him for years. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. I highly recommend them. If I have an emergency where over the years I did, he would take me right in. I've been bringing my cars here, and recommending friends and acquaintances to Lanza Automotive for years.. I always get fast and courteous service.. The only place I trust with my car. I tried to give this shop a couple chances, but decided that its no longer worth the trouble.Today I called to get a labor estimate on a standard headlight replacement (I have the bulb). The guy on the phone asked for the make and model of the vehicle to which it was provided, only to be told that they're not sure what parts need to come off and that prices are not shared over the phone to which he then hung up...Pretty scary to hear that an "automotive shop" doesn't know what parts need to come off to replace a standard headlight in a vehicle. I'm no mechanic, but if one works with vehicles on a daily basis, then wouldn't one have an idea of what needs to be done?Unfortunately the lack of knowledge and professionalism makes it difficult for repetitive business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excelent service,owner is truthful about his business. Been doing busoness yhere for st least 15 years and find no need to search out another mechanic. Not looking to overcharge. State of the art equipment is used where applicable. Fast turn around in most cases, truthful lead times at all times.Have not been dissatisfied yet. I reccommend this place, highly.Used by colleagues, neighbors and friends alike. I was told of Lanza Automotive by the owner of Window City,Mike Mastroberte.Available for corporate fleet accounts as well. Owner has the individuals need at heart. You can't go wrong or do it better yourself. Honesty is their best policy.We swear by their service, which is very important when looking for a top notch mechanic. Bless you.

I called to change the rear light, I had to leave the car. I didn't know if there was a broken cable or not and I was right, something was broken...excellent work and kindness..Llame por Cambiar Luz traceras tenia que dejar el carro no Sabia si abia un cable roto o no y tenia rason tenia algo roto...exelente trabajo y amabilida..
