They try to make you first and show your car. Dont fool for that. I had to call Police to get my car back. They keep you busy until the closing time so they can get more money. Please God forbid if you have in an accident tell Police to take somewhere. Believe me it will help you in any way.

He steals from people. Poor customer service, rude, barely answers the phone. Keeps ur car lo ger from what is needed to charge you.

God forbid you get into an accident near Garfield because not only will you have to deal with the aftermath of the crash but with this place as well. They will literally hold your car for days and days, specially if it's the insurance that's supposed to take it out. The repairs for your car will be delayed and you'll basically be carless for longer because they just want more money. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they NEVER answer the phone, it ALWAYS goes straight to voice inbox even during business hours. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take this as a warning: if you get in an accident near their area, tell the police, "Not David's Towing." It'll save you money and time.Service: Car towing

Stay away from this towing company. They lost my license plate and they put the blame on me. Never got a call from them that my car was taken to a copart. Tried to contact them too many times and no answers. They are a shady business. Zero rating!!!!

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!!!!! I called to ask how much it would cost to tow a car and I was yelled at by the owner. Very unprofessional business and when I went to pick up my car the owner did not give me a receipt and cash only. Very Sketchy!!! Charged me $275 for one night of my car being in their possession and claimed they were giving me a discount. Whoever is in charge of this place is greedy and the police should be investigating this! The owner is rude and I arrived at 9:15 am to receive my car and no one was there. I was left waiting for someone to call me and to retrieve my car back. The store opens at 9 am but obviously not since I was there and NO ONE WAS THERE! Absolutely horrible, bad customer service and bad attitudes!Service: Car towing

They are crooks. Kenny acts as the owner but is not. He is a bully and threatens to hold your car if you don't get the insurance company to pay ridiculous charges. I could go on and on but won't waste any more time with them. Beware!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My wife had an accident and the car got towed there. My insurance company calls and the owner cussed her out. I called to come get my property from the car and the owner cussed me as well.Horrible experience

These people don't pick up the phone, they stay with the car making it a day on purpose to collect more from the insurance, it's been more than a week and they don't answer and when they answer make the appointment and then they don't show up, the objective is to get paid per day they have the carEsta gente no cojen el tel, se quedan con los carro haciendole dia aprop�sito pata cobrar mas al seguro, tiene mas de una semana y no constestan y cuando contestannhacer la cita y luego no aparecen , el objetivo es cobrar por dia que tienen el carro
