Bruh!!! A&C Auto is where it's at!! So, I crashed my 2016 Honda Accord and after I filed my insurance claim I called A&C. Alan came and picked my car up, handled the inspection and estimate with my insurance company, got the new parts on and painted in like 2 weeks. He worked so fast I asked for upgraded headlights and THEY ARE SO DOPE!!! I'm happier today with my car than I was in 2016 when I pulled off the lot!! Every time I called, the shop employees were kind, informative and transparent. Step by step A&C and it's owner Alan took care of everything and kept me updated on progress. I mean, just check the pictures and see how amazing the work came out. Call Alan first, don't waste your time anywhere else!!

What can I say about this amazing place. I swear I wasn t even getting used to driving my rental when they were calling me telling me my vehicle was done. Amazing and friendly service. My vehicle looked like nothing they had ever happened. It took them less than a week. Highly recommend them. The Flores

AVOID THIS SHOP. My 23 Acura TLX was taken here after I got rear ended and it was given back to me arguably worse. Only the rear bumper had damage and was fixed, yet when I brought the car home the two passenger side wheels had the worst curb rash I ve ever seen (see photos). The roof also had numerous deep scratches that weren t there before, likely from laying a shop tool on it. This car was a month old when it went in and was in perfect condition aside from the bumper. Avoid this shop completely unless you want the headache of having to get even more repairs done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP!!!If I could I would give this auto body shop zero stars!!!! I recently had the misfortune of bringing my car to this body shop for repairs, and I have to say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. At first, they seemed like they knew what they were doing, and they promised to fix my car for a certain price. But as the repairs went on, they kept adding more and more to the bill, without any explanation or justification. It was as if they were making things up as they went along, and I was left feeling like I was being taken for a ride. To add to this I was told that the car would be done in a month, it took me 8 months to get my car back from them, UNFINISHED!To make matters worse, they actually ended up causing more damage to my car than it had before I brought it in. This damage was so severe that it could only be fixed by Infiniti themselves, which is obviously a huge inconvenience and expense. When I brought this to the attention of the staff at the body shop, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. They even had the audacity to demand that I pay them the full price for their incomplete work, which is outrageous and completely unacceptable. They wouldn't give the car back to me unless I paid the full price!!!Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering bringing their car to this body shop to think again. They are completely incompetent, unprofessional, and clearly don't care about their customers. They caused more problems than they solved, and left me with a damaged car that I now have to spend even more money to fix. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Al did a great job fixing the dent in my vehicle and getting rid of all the scratches. He was very professional to work with and my car was ready when he said it would be. I would gladly recommend his shop to anyone!

There was a very bad dent on the passenger door of my Friend s car. He took his car to various auto body shops and was told some crazy quotes, the length of time it would take and astronomical prices. So he brought his car to the A & C Auto Body Shop. Alan was very kind and professional and he gave a reasonable quote and price. And WOW within 3 days the work was done!! When my friend picked up his car, he was so surprised and impressed with the work that was done!!! The door looked like brand new!! Also, the men who worked with Alan were courteous, helpful and professional too!! I highly recommend the A & C Auto Body Shop for their reasonable price, their timeliness and such phenomenal work!! Kudos to them!!!

This auto shop is great! The service is great. They have your repairs done in a timely manner. And they do EXCELLENT paint jobs. My Mr. Benson (minivan) has been serviced by Al many times, as did my Sally (Bmw). You are in good hands here!

I brought my 2019 Range Rover here after I was hit on my drivers side, both sides. Every other auto body told me I needed 2 new doors. Alan, was honest and was able to repair both doors for half the price of the others. To top it off, he finished the car 2 days earlier than he said.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I tried to get a photo inspection for my insurance, and I was calling them for a month and leaving my phone number, and nobody called me back , and every time I called , I was told the lady that does the inspection she is not in the shop.

I highly recommend this Body shop which repaired and painted my Jeep in a timely manner, you could not tell it was in an accident! plus I also purchased my son first used car from them which broke down, Alan sent a tow to pick it up and got it fixed without any hassle! This has to be top tier worst auto body shops of all time. They will lie and tell you they are doing one thing and turn around and do nothing. They are non responsive, the front desk ladies are rude, the whole place is a mess. Look no further this is the place to go to. We had our brand new Lincoln MKC hit real bad to the point that my wife didn't want the vehicle. When A&C was done with it you couldn't tell that it was hit. Milissa and Allen are the best, they'll make sure you leave the shop with a smile once the job is done. Will recommend.

Did an amazing job on my car!! Went to fix a big scratch and dent on my car and they did a great job, it looks brand new, as if there was never any repairs! Highly recommend!

i have been a customer of A and C Auto Inc for 10 years and they have provided nothing but the best of service, as a female anything car related can be intimidating but they always put me at ease. The work is impeccable and superb customer service. I highly recommend

I went to get my car inspected for insurance and there was a man that came outside never said hello or anything so I walk up to ask about getting my car inspected, because I called first and was told to come right away.. Hw was the rudest person I ve ever came across when doing business. He said is the car wet I said yes he then said well I can t do it, take it to a car wash and let them dry it, I said I was told to come right away is there a towel I can dry it myself he then yelled to the guy that answers the phone you have to tell these people they need their car dry the other guy came out and said I forgot to tell her. The inspector then said well I can t do it.. left me standing outside.. the guys that answered the phone finally cam out and said he was sorry for me to come back another time. However I made a call and found another place.

Al and his crew did an awesome Job on my truck...From start to Finish they were on point...Melissa the front end supervisor was very knowledge and great person to deal with...by far the best body shop to deal with...Thank you guys again for the great work...definitely recommend!!!!

Horrible. had my car for 6 weeks, car is glued back together, missing screws and clips everywhere, nothings is even close to being aligned. not to mention my speaker system was disconnected idk why.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
