The guys here are the absolute best!! I would recommend them to anyone! Trustworthy, reasonable, down-to-earth, reliable, kind. So glad I found this gem of a shop.Added bonus is that their dog is usually walking around the shop/property. He is so sweet and friendly!Thanks again for everything guys!

VERY pleased. I'm here almost 4 years and it's time to update this review with more glowing stories. I tore a gaping hole in an expensive radial tire and destroyed the aluminum wheel running over a metal chunk at 60 mph. Vac's replaced the wheel, tire and salvaged the tire pressure monitor all in the same day at an eminently fair price. Their balancing equipment must be calibrated as I endured no shimmy whatsoever versus almost every other tire replacement experience. I'm demanding. Any slight vibration or rotational sound tells me someone is not maintaining their equipment correctly and I'm wasting money paying for high speed balancing service. It's difficult today to find tire or repair shops who calibrate their balancing machines regularly. No small thing: I bought wiper blades from Vac's. They chose the mfr's original equipment blades, and they're the best blades I've ever used, snow and ice included. They always get me in and out. You'd think I was a VIP. Yesterday, I shopped online for snow tires no one had at any price. I asked Tony. He found 4 new ones in New England for $100 less per tire than I could find. I was referred to Vac's by a dear friend whom I thank to this day. She was right.

This place is the most ran down, disrespectful non-customer oriented place that I have ever walked into these people steal money from you. They don't care about their quality of work, nor the people that they are serving.

Place is great. Tony is one of the most HONEST people that I have ever met. Him and his crew can fix anything automotive. If it can't be done he will let you know. He doesn't try to UPSELL. He tells you what's going on and let's you make the decision. Great place great guy's

Vac is the best. Took my vehicle to him he showed me what was wrong. He fixed the problem promptly and got me back on the road. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend him

Charged over 2x s estimate.said had to do repair pump twice.was only once..added leaking hose to bill.was source problem not pump.they never noticed..good work tho didnt realize problem..wen taking pump off should noticed leaky hose as source of Oil..not happy paying over twice quote.did samr to wife 6 months earlier.guess thats modus operrandi..don't charge me twice if u failed to see problem thnx..

Vac s Auto is the only place to go in the area for quality, friendly and affordable service. Everyone wishes they could find an honest, reliable mechanic. Vac s Auto is exactly that! My fianc� s car sounded like it was about to explode. They promptly fixed the issue and treated her like family. The issue was fixed within a few hours with no problems. This is the only place I will take my cars from now on.

They managed to fix an issue with my car in one day that no one has even been able to diagnose for twenty years. Very friendly people as well

This is the #1 place in my book. I go 17 miles to get service all my vehicles. I believe they occasionally work on farm equipment as well. I've seen them work on tractors and backhoes.
