I was in a car accident almost a month ago(hit a deer) and was looking for a auto body shop. I'm new to the area and saw amazing reviews for this shop. I called and Andrew was pleasant and professional from the beginning. I was able to bring my car in the day after my accident compared to other shops that were booked so far out ( at least a month,some longer). He kept me updated and the parts came in sooner than expected which I know parts can be unpredictable. This whole process was smooth and not stressful. I finally have my car back after about three weeks, which isn't long for the damage that was done and it looks and runs great! I'm very thankful and grateful to Andrew and the whole staff at Napoleon Auto Body for not only getting my car in so quickly but doing such an amazing job and having great customer service! Thank you again!

Napoleon Auto Body did a wonderful job on my minivan. A tree fell on it during a winter storm. Andrew, the owner, was great to work with. Very communicative and fast. He kept me updated when parts were ordered, shipped and when they were expected to arrive so the work could be completed. We live far away and he was very flexible with dropping off and picking up. He did a thorough job with the repairs and returned the van to me SPOTLESS inside and out! Thanks so much.

Cris Garcia really did great job on helping me out on everything and even retouched some damaged paint around the car and made it look like new. What i mostly like is that i was having problem with the insurance that didnt want to pay for the damages their driver did. He handled everything for me with worries free. It took a little longer than expected because of the insurance. But i am glad the they were able to help me out and kept in contact with me during the processServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough about the folks at Napoleon Auto. Top notch customer service as well as repair service. They rebuilt my front headlight/fender/etc to perfection! Guy kept me updated all the way through the process and did so in a way I could easily understand.

Napoleon Auto Body is hands down the best auto body repair shop around. I went to several places for estimates and they were going to charge me at least 2 times the amount that Napoleon's!! The other places also had a waiting list to get in. Not here. The owner, Andrew, booked my car for the following week and got the work done quickly. VERY fair in pricing and the customer service is great. I would highly recommend this place for anyone requiring prompt and fair auto body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First time using Napoleon Auto Body. The team did a wonderful job fixing my car, I am so pleased with the results! I was also extremely impressed with the level of customer care that Andrew provided. Between dealing with insurance, fixing my car and the car rental agency, Andrew helped make the entire process way less painful. What a great job Napolean Autobody did on my car! I brought it in for some front and side body damage. My care came out beautifully at a very fair price. Additionally, my came back cleaner both inside and out than I dropped it off! Other shops I've use in the past left my car dusty and smelling of bondo...Great to communicate with to! My Classic Mercedes was struck, and I brought it to Andrew at Napoleon Auto Body. Andrew located all the hard-to-find damaged parts, and the finished product was impeccable! Most importantly to me was Andrew's customer service skills. Andrew is an on-site owner and each day he contacted me with an update on what was occurring and what I could expect. Pricing was very fair and was addressed by Andrew up front with no surprises. I highly recommend this shop. I advised Andrew that all my work will go to his business. Thanks Andrew, a real gentleman! Excellent communication and quality of work. We brought our vehicle in after someone hit our car in the parking lot. From the beginning the communication, availability and follow up were above expectations. Best auto shop experience ever! I was blown away by Andrew s professionalism, honesty and responsiveness. He made our experience stress free by handling the car insurance himself and keeping us posted every step of the way. Very nice nice people. My situation was througg an insurance situation. The shop called me minutes after they were chosen to evaluate/fix my car. Unfortunately, my car ended up being a loss, but if I ever need an autobody in the future (I hope not), I would go to Napoleon.

Great job with my front end work. New bumper installed and repaired my fender and nice work matching the paint. Car looked great for about 2 days before hitting an airborne road sign on Route 80. I had hit a deer and my insurance company had totaled my car. Andrew hooked me up with a terrific father and son team that sell used cars. Andy Ritter my mechanic at Kingwood Auto highly recommended Napoleon Collision and Andrew was great at calming my stress and anxiety. He and all the chocolate in his waiting room . If I ever need body work, dents repaired, etc; I am going to call Andrew Napoleon Collision the best!!!

Car looks amazing, very pleased with the results. Work was done quickly and for a very fair price. Andrew kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining each step along the way. Price was very good and clearly spelled out ahead of time, work was done in the estimated time frame, and the quality of the work was nothing short of amazing. When the work was done I drove into Andrew's lot and could hardly recognize my own car - it no longer looked like it was well worn but rather like it was just off the showroom floor. I recently had an accident involving someone hitting my parked car and fleeing. Fortunately my insurance company referred me to Andrew at Napoleon and I can't say enough great things about him and his work. He went above and beyond in regards to customer service and the work on my vehicle. I will recommend Napoleon to anyone who needs work on their car and would definitely return (but here's hoping I won't have to!)

I went to about 4 shops in the area and Napoleon was the last one I went to, and I saved the best for last. Met Andrew the owner and he was so helpful. He did his absolute best to work with me, answering all my questions, and giving me all the information. I felt very welcomed and I will definitely being going back to him in the future if needed. Amazing customer service and craftsmanship. My 2014 Ram was brought in for body work after an accident that the insurance paid for. They treat you as if the money came out of your pocket. I will be bringing my Saleen Mustang in for paint as well. Thank you guys!
