I am extremely pleased with my experience with Dave and co. at Classic Cycles. This Fall I brought in my 1970 Triumph Bonneville, a stalled restoration project for which I needed a lot of help getting across the finish line. From the start, I could see that these guys were real British motorcycle nerds, in the best sense - very detail-conscious and thoughtful about every particular (like Don Hutchinson, the MA-based British bike guru whose shop I had worked with years ago when this restoration project got started). Throughout the project, Dave was communicative and open about timeline, cost projections, and kept me informed with pictures as the project progressed. He was also sensitive to my budget, and kept me closely informed on unexpected items that emerged (which all made good sense and were reasonable etc). This shop is a true gem - I can strongly recommend Dave and colleagues to anyone looking for conscientious and friendly workmanship in the art of classic motorcycle restoration.

If you own an old Triumph - or any British bike for that matter - you need look no further. Dave has the knowledge and the skills to get the job done right. On top of that, he deals with every customer with professionalism and respect. You can have confidence your baby will be treated right. I rarely give ratings but happy to do so here.

Dave was great, he stayed late at the shop so I could drop off my bike. Beautiful place and very clean. You know a person loves what they do. When they work on motorcycles. Have the respect for their customers with a clean shop.

Long story short. Extremely uncommunicative and 6+ months to achieve nothing. He could've easily said from the beginning I don't want to take this project. Done deal.. I never got to meet the guy and had find my parts in his shop with his handyman. It was the worst mom and pop shop experience I've ever had. He might be nice but it was not cool to treat a customer like that.

Great Shop! Outstanding Service! Just had two new tires mounted and wheel bearings replaced on both front and rear hubs. I highly recommend this shop for all your vintage motorcycle needs!
