I bought my first Nissan Rogue in 2012 and today we said goodbye and said hello to my new 2024 Rogue SV Premium. I had conversations with Eli prior to my visit, clear on what I was looking for and quite vocal about not looking to sit at a dealer for 8hrs as many horror stories I have heard. Eli and I hit it off, we had some great conversations after our business discussions. Very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Raceway Nissan provided an easy, stress-free, and fair buying experience. I m incredibly happy with my 2023 Rogue SV Premium, and it only took 2.5 hours from the time I walked in to the time I drove off with my new wheels. This company and its sales staff are very time efficient and professional. Lastly, I want to give a shout out to Eli for his help and realistic, down to earth personality It s the best experience when you have a salesperson who is empathetic and understanding of your needs. I had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Rogue Sport at Raceway Nissan! Jim was a great help and really nice to work with! I unexpectedly had to purchase a new car after the previous Nissan I owned was totaled in an accident with a deer, and he was very understanding and made sure I was getting a car that would be good for all the driving I do. I am so happy with my decision and would definitely recommend Jim to anyone!

I had an excellent experience with the folks at Raceway Nissan in Freehold. I came in with a car already in mind, 2021 Rogue SV. I was introduced to Eli who was prompt in getting the car ready to take on a test drive. Once I decided to purchase the car, he helped me through the process. It took a few back-and-forth discussions, but Eli was reasonable in the negotiation regarding pricing. I also decided to go directly through Nissan Finance, and they were able to find me a better rate than any other bank or credit union to which I shopped around. At the end of it all the experience was excellent.

I recently purchased a 2024 Black Nissan Versa, and I could not be more satisfied. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant, much to my surprise. Most dealerships try to sell you something that perhaps is not in your price point, or ultimately not what you came in for. Not Raceway Nissan. My sales person, Veronica, found the exact vehicle of my dreams. I don t drive long distances, so I didn t need a larger vehicle, like an SUV. However, my wonderful new car, came equipped with every imaginable bell and whistle, especially safety equipment. I feel safe, and to me, that is of the utmost importance. I am thankful to all of the wonderful staff, and I will be recommending Raceway Nissan to everyone I know.

I blew into Raceway Nissan like the wind and told Jim I had one specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to test drive. He understood that I was in a hurry and was willing to work with me. I test drove the car & went back after my meeting to complete my purchase.Jim was very down to earth and never gave me a sales pitch. Being a Realtor that tries to keep things real for my clients I really appreciated Jim s awareness of my time and his ability to just be himself.If you are looking for a Nissan go see Jim.

It was my first time there as my Nissan rogue key has been recalled. Chris took care of me and was great at explaining everything. He told me that they will do a complimentary systems check in addition to fixing the key. And he also told me how long it will take to wait. When the service was done, Chris explained in detail the issues that my car had and needed to be taken care of within a certain time limit. He said I had time to think it over and bring it in. He was not pushy at all and I appreciated that.

Just got my first car from Raceway Nissan on Monday! I m so happy with my 2020 Nissan rogue sport!! I walked in without an appointment and was seen right away. I wanted to get a good deal on a certified pre-owned car right away, and they made it happen! We had the best sales rep- Eli Avii -that helped us and worked with us the entire day and really listened to what I wanted. I am so so so happy, thank you so much!!

Was given back my car not serviced correctly and drove it in unsafe conditions. The issue caused my car to shake above 25 mph. The service at the desk was completely fine. It was the work done to the actual car that was horrible. Will not be attending this facility anymore as I will be choosing a different location to do my car service. I had to find out from the website to know I needed my breaks changed rather then from someone at the facility which was problem #1. Train you mechanics to do their jobs correctly.If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't make the same mistake as me and don't even bother getting service done here.

The service advisor Cris is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He explained all the issues with my car, and gave excellent and practical recommendations as to which service I should choose at the time, and which I could postpone until my next visit. The waiting area is very friendly, spacious and comfortable, with a great selection of drinks and snacks available. I always enjoy my visits there.

What a big difference !!!!! Day & night we needed service for our car ... but were hesitant to go to dealership after having lousy experience trying to purchase car there so we ended up purchasing in Auto lenders !!!!!!! However service people were practically perfect here in freehold .. excellent ! Outstanding customer orientation & car was returned to us in no time & drives even better then before .. sales people should maybe learn few tips from service !!!! so will not loose the sales !!!!!!!! However thank you ( service team ) ! Exceeded my expectations ! Way to go !!!!

My husband and I decided to buy out our lease. Being that the price was set in stone from date of when the lease was agreed upon, it was supposed to be an easy process; fill out some paperwork, get approved, be on our way. Started out okay, but when it was time to go in the back to finance, the financial "manager" is who I sat with, was trying to strong arm me into a warranty which I had already voiced that I didn't want, added in a $900 gap insurance fee which was never explained to me, nor was I given the option to decline, and had added an additional $1250 fee that is called a dealership fee that the sales rep told me he was removing. I questioned all of these factors.The financial manager didn't like that I wasn't agreeing with him on having a warranty. He went from saying you have to buy a warranty, to at my other dealership they wouldn't let you buy a car without a warranty, to taking it off. He even had the audacity to question if we were comfortable to spend $ if something went wrong with the car. I think he thought I was a woman and uneducated to be honest. He was really trying to convince me by saying well anyone else would of course get this warranty but you aren't. Oh okay? The whole time I'm sitting there I'm thinking, this guy really does not care about how he sounds, or he thinks I'm that dumb to not realize what he's trying to say/do.Moving on... I then noticed the $1250 dealership fee, I explained that the sales rep up front said he was taking it off, he said no it must be there. I was like well get the sales guy cause something doesn't seem right. I questioned both of them, the financial guy says what's the difference if it's there, you're comfortable with the monthly payment, it stays the same. I said I have a right to know what I'm being charged and where my money is going. He had his hands in his pockets, rolled his eyes and huffed. The sales guy said no worries, I'm taking care of it. Ok..they take it off. At this point I feel so awkward and feel they are trying to take advantage of me. So now I'm on super alert making sure they aren't trying to get anything else by me. We continue with the paperwork I had to restate again no warranty cause this guy would not give it up. I had to ask him for paper and pen, and all the " charges" that were being applied. I had to write it all out, to his dismay .. he was not happy about it. And again I was asking him to explain everything to me. It seemed to be ok at that point and I agreed to the terms.He even offered me a job as I was walking out.I came home but I was upset and still felt like something didn't seem right. I was talking to my friend about it, who happens to be my auto insurance agent. I explained everything that happens and mentioned that apparently we had to have gap insurance added in there. She said tell them you don't need it, you already pay for it yearly. To give you perspective we pay $30 a year to have it under our policy. I call financial manager back, I said hi can this please be removed, I already have coverage through insurance. He said, no I don't know what to tell you, tell your insurance you don't need it cause you got it through us. I said no I want to cancel it through you, what are you charging me for it, he said $900. I said can you please remove it? He said no, you must call corporate I gave you the number when you were here. I said, ok fine. I called corporate, the nice woman said it absolutely can be removed, but the dealership does it. I said well the financial guy there won't do it, she said call him on 3 way. So I did, he then all of a sudden said he can remove it and we will be credited $900. I then googled dealerships charging gap insurance, and apparently in NJ you are supposed to be explained that this is optional and have 30 days to remove it. Is this "manager" kidding me? That was never brought to my attention. That's how you do business?Moral of the story, I felt I was taken advantage of that day being that I was alone and a woman. Would never go back and recommend for no one to do business there.

Unfotunately this dealership does not honor any of their advertised pricing. They "reduce prices" and then add made up dealership charges that change from month to month. Typical bait and switch. Wasted time getting a price with on-line sales manager and agreed to come in to buy at that price and was met with a $3495 dealer fee (IKON fee, which they refused to remove or reduce and does not appear on their website) for oil changes that I don't want and a "Lojack" box to record your driving habits. Just like the box (or app) most insurance companies would give to you for free to track your driving habits to lower your rates. If they were just honest about the pricing they would actually sell cars, but false advertising and last minute made up fees are how they choose to do business. Its just really unethical. I've been to 3 other Nissan dealers between Monmouth and Ocean County and Raceway is by far the worst.They also extremely low balled me on my vehicle trade in. They were $5k under my next lowest offer, which is weird because I did their online trade in tool and it gave me a price about $12k higher than their actual offer. It was just really insulting and frustrating. Please don't waste your time.

Went to a different Nissan in Vineland that couldn't approve me for 60 months. Got an IDENTICAL vehicle (mileage, year, trim all the same) & got approved at Raceway Nissan for 60 months, not 72 & for a better interest rate & more perks. Thank you Damen!Also, if you plan on going to Raceway.. don't hesitate to make an appointment with Johnny. He isn't pushy, but yet you feel confident when purchasing with him. He made sure a mark on my car was removed before I pulled away to ensure that we were pleased with the detail. He also reached out 2 days later to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Thanks again Johnny!

Reasonably nice dealership with decent prices, however they try to throw a ton of random fees into every car and are extremely inefficient. The manager will come and say he has no wiggle room on price, but it is complete nonsense, the price is still high and he still came down. Weirdly, it seems like half of the employees just sitting around doing nothing at all times. If you come here, plan to wait around for literally 45 minutes to an hour before their so called business office can talk to you.

I scheduled an appointment for 7 o clock in the morning. I was having trouble with my car starting had it jumped and got it there the night before when I arrived at the shop at 9 o clock I was told that I would be getting a call. Why did I come here? It should ve been the first car in the bay because that was the first appointment and it wasn t. I had to speak with the manager and then it took an additional 2 1/2 hours for Service you make an appointment it should be honored, not happy at all

Leased a Rogue. After doing my research I was able to get a great deal from Sherif. We all know it s not easy these days but this dealership proved to be honest, reliable and nice guys. Damen the finance guy is terrific as was Sherif my salesman. Highly recommend
