This dealership is highly recommended! Raceway Kia in Freehold is where you need to get your car and if you're looking for a sales person Justice is your guy. I promise you he wont steer you wrong. Justice was an AMAZING help in getting me into EXACTLY what I wanted and went out of his way to made sure it happened. That sounds like great service to me.. don't you think?! He made my experience of getting a car the best one yet and I will always remember him for being so helpful and patient with me. Thank you Justice and Raceway Kia for getting me into my Kia K5 (:

This was our first time dealing with Raceway Kia. From the moment that we got there we were welcomed and treated with professionalism. JUSTICE was the person to help us out with our purchase. We had lots of questions about the vehicle. Which JUSTICE answer all of them to put us at ease. This is how you know that JUSTICE is a good salesman, during negotiations where we went back and forth on price. And where we almost got up and left JUSTICE kept his cool and kept me in that seat until we both agreed and we BOTH were happy. We got the deal done and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. JUSTICE made this an almost painless experience (haha).... JUSTICE just want to thank you for your time and patience you definitely made our special day getting our daughter's first vehicle a memorable experience...

Highly recommend this dealership if your in the market. Daniel Jenkins made an easily stressful experience down right enjoyable. In every interaction through out the buying process Daniel was not only understanding but also was sure to make me feel like a priority. I was in a jam with over mileage on my 2021 Kia K5 and wanted to purchase vehicle . I walked into dealership and Justice was awesome in helping me even with my busy work schedule . He promised he would get it done and assured me no worries. He was right on his word ! He and Daniel worked out a great deal for me and I am thrilled . Nader was exceptional! I came to this Kia location years ago under different management and had a terrible customer experience. Today I came in. With a budget and knowing a few things I wanted. He had so much patience with me. Showing me different models. All the features. And being honest with me. He made the entire experience enjoyable and painless. I m leaving a happy Kia customer when I was previously with a different brand.

Car buying is not a fun experience, especially right now in 2024, but this is the second car I've gotten from Raceway Kia in Freehold. This time I worked with Justice and he did his best to get me into the Telluride I wanted for a reasonable price (it is their top selling model)! I'm hoping he's still at the dealership when I need to deal with the car buying process again!

We had such a wonderful experience at Raceway Kia! Dante and Tyler were Amazing! They were extremely helpful in choosing the vehicle that we were interested in and even went out of their way to find it in the color I was hoping to get! They made our experience very simple and pleasant! I would highly recommend this dealership! Ask for Dante and Tyler! You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely love our new family car! We worked with Justice and he was truly a pleasure to work with! He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and has outstanding customer service! During our first visit, I had no idea where to start (lease, buy, new, used, what vehicle, I had not idea). He did an awesome job at listening to our wants/needs in a car and presented different options that would fit what we were looking for. He gave us a lot to think over and throughout the week, he sent over additional options for us to review and scheduled test drives for the weekend. His follow up was appreciated and appropriate! I did not feel like we were being bombarded or just another person buying a car. His car selections were thoughtful and specific to our discussion. His approach made us super comfortable in moving forward with our new car that we love so much! Thank you so much Justice and the Kia Team!

Nader Zaki is the man to see! My wife and I went in with a specific car in mind and Nader took care of us. Not only did he help the transaction move smoothly but he made sure our concerns and questions were met and the deal was made quickly. I honestly dislike going to buy new cars but this time I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Nader was very courteous, respectful and great at making conversation and he did not just try to sell us into something so he could reach quota. If you go to raceway Kia, make sure you ask to see Nader Zaki!

I highly recommend you ask to work with Justice. He took a lot of time with me to find the trim level and colors I wanted and then worked hard with me to make the numbers work. I don t think I would have left with a new car that I love if it wasn t for him. Andrea in finance was amazing also. Very nice and had the paperwork ready for me so the signing process was quick and painless.

Recently purchased a Kia Sportage Hybrid and we couldn't be happier! The process was smooth and the negotiations were done on the up and up and they ultimately made a great deal with us. We worked with Nader who was extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable, which included a full review of all of the car's features before we drove away. I visited Raceway Kia this week and met with sales representative Justice. He made the experience extremely pleasant with his knowledge, patience, and professionalism. I told him specifically what I was looking for and he came through. He was very honest and did not sugarcoat anything. After my purchase he followed up to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle. Three days of ownership. (-1 day left in offlot) basically have a issue already. Went on a 10 minute test drive, obviously you cant hit all the bases but you can see how most of the cars run. Bought a lease Return and they pushed 2400$ in vehicle accessory fees which was negotiated.2nd day driving to work I smelled Coolant. With my flashlight I noticed that upper hose to the thermostat has a weeping drip on a 2022 Model vehicle 29K on the odometer Absolutely unrealToday friday the 15th of december I am beyond aggravated. Im around 3 hours in the past of vehicle use and im discovering layers of the onion overlooked.One mechanic lost their Bolt retrieval magnet under the hood? Its around 20" long and has a magnet tip.Guys cmon. Do better this is absolutely nonsense and I cannot express my emotions after leaving the finance office less than 24 hours ago. Thank god its under Factory warranty I will not refer anyone here Period.

I just have to say we had the BEST experience with Justice Hodges!! He was beyond personable & helpful & went above & beyond to help me find my car. He was always available to talk when we had questions. At the end of this, he really became a friend. If you ever go to Raceway Kia...go to JUSTICE HODGES!He is the man!!!

Today my husband Jon and I came in for a lease return and wanted a new vehicle. We had an awful experience at the 1st dealership we went to. When we arrived at Raceway Kia everyone was very nice and introduced us to Justice. We wanted a 2023 Sportage hybrid. Justice was very patient and was able to get us in our new car. Recently I got into an accident and my car was totaled. I was stressed because I knew trying to buy a car right now would be a little tricky with the market. I ve been looking at the Kia K5 GT Line for a while and a friend of mine referred me to Justice at Raceway Kia of Freehold. At the beginning of our appointment he was very attentive to what I was looking for. After hearing what I wanted, Justice took me to look at some cars. He is very knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of information about the car. After looking, I found the car. There she was, my new baby with everything I wanted. A 2023 Kia K5 GT Line. I was extremely happy and satisfied. I financed my car so he helped make the process as smooth as possible. Justice was very patient, kind and made sure I was happy with my purchase before I left the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and Justice to help you with your next purchase. Thanks to this dealer and special thanks to Justice for working throught from the beginning to end and going over and beyond for finding a blue color for the car which is very rare to get and on making the deal smooth easy. I recently purchased a KIA K5 GT Line and Chris R was a top notch salesman. From the moment I stepped onto the lot until I left with my new car waiting for me- he was amazing. He went over all my options, was so helpful during the test drive and very knowledgeable. The staff including the loan manager to the woman who guided me through signing the papers were friendly and professional. I defiantly recommend buying a Kia from Nader Zaki! He was such a pleasure to do business with and even after selling me my car he took the time to answer any and all questions I had. I went in to buy a Kia ev6 and had the pleasure of dealing with Justice as my sales person and Daniel as my finance person. Both were super knowledgeable and helpful with every step. Not only were they knowledgeable/helpful, they were also wonderful people who genuinely were trying to help me get a good deal/warranty. They did not partake in the negative business practices some dealerships have been know to do which made the process enjoyable and easy. I would recommend this dealership and these two individuals to any of my friends and family looking for a kia!

Ron King completely screwed us over. He was so bad at his job that he had us drive off in the wrong car that was not the one we signed paperwork for and added to our insurance. They had to drive the right car out to my wife at work today and the correct car they delivered has a stain on the seat. The sales team was incompetent and the only reason we did the deal was Dan was great with all of the paperwork and honoring the deal that the Sales Manager had us agree to and then tried to change with the paperwork. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership and we will not be going back, this was the 5th car my wife got there and definitely the last.

Update: Raceway KIA contacted us. To be clear the Daniel that worked with us, was terminated. There is a few Daniel's there, so don't get confused.Hector was are new salesman and he was outstanding. Our finance assistant Daniel was helpful, understanding, and very considerate. All staff was polite and made you feel welcome. I 100% recommend this dealer, they made it right and that says a lot to me. Thank you Raceway Kia, you are top knotch.Very unprofessional, we went there January 10, 2024. My wife needs a new car. We had Daniel as our salesman. It started nice, we took a test ride, liked it, and went back inside. We are trading in a jeep liberty. We asked for numbers he said his manager wasn't available and he'd would contact us in the morning. Nothing. My wife contacted him 3 times and we got nothing. I don't understand, you don't want our money? We also would've put money down if needed. Do go here at all. Very disappointed. Going to the North Brunswick one instead.

service department never answers the phone, too busy. so difficult to schedule oil changes. i understand the dealership may be busy but there s no reason why every single time i call i cannot speak with someone. if you need an oil change, can t book online until a month later. really fed up and WILL NOT be leasing another vehicle here. Don t even bother to leave a message, they don t call you back. how ridiculous. don t promise people complimentary oil changes when you cant keep up. If you re looking to buy from kia, wouldn t recommend this dealership.UPDATE: had to call myself today, after leaving message after message and was able to come in later for my appointment. then was given this, like really???? how are you going to tell me how to fill out a survey. nobody reviews the multi point inspection, nobody informed me with the status of my vehicle, nobody focused on me and my vehicle needs, i was not offered transportation, my vehicle was not clean, not vacuumed, not washed on the outside there was still bird poop all over the hood. i ve really had it with this dealership. if you look at all the reviews they re all forced reviews. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

Purchasing our Kia Sportage was an amazing experience from start to finish. Justice is a true professional that listens and delivers. My must have list was long. Justice was so patient and presented many different options. In the end, we drove off the lot with my wish list fulfilled, with a reasonable payment. Our interactions with the whole team, from Justice in sales to Juliana in finance, were professional and stress free. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends.
